What you believe you are ordering is not what will arrive. You will receive a wig that looks like it was made in a poorly lit basement by a blind person. They will say they will allow returns, exchanges, refunds if you ship the wig back to their US address within a week, but they will never give you that address. EVER. I opened a PayPal dispute and they offered me $30 and to keep this trash of a wig. I sent photos showing how the weft was showing in the bang and back section, they would not budge that this was a quality wig that I received. This company is trash.

I have went back and forth with a return address from this company,, I ordered 2 hair extensions. First was a 12 inch, I later realized I need a 16inch. So, 2 weeks later I ordered a 16, in the same color. They both arrived one week apart, but 5 or 6 weeks later. THEY say I ordered same color. But one is Strawberry Red, 12 in, the other was almost Dark Brown. I sent in photos, showing such a difference in color,, If the 16 inch was same as 12 inch, I would have been satisfied. 16 inches don't even feel normal. (not human). They just keep saying that's what I ordered,, Their address is from China. They will Not give me a proper return address, just a Return number. How do I at least get a partial Return? Cause that's what they are saying,, They just want me to keep both. STAY away from this company!

What a joke! Do not, i repeat, DO NOT, order from this company. I ordered a wig in size large, and received something that looked child size, not even near size average, actually more like a hairpiece. I contacted their "service" department about returning it, and was offered to make an exchange. Actual return/refund involved buyer paying shipping to China or Poland, though it was not explained. I won't spend another penny with this scam company. The wig will go in the trash.

I received the rattiest choppiest cut wig I've ever seen. I fought to have it returned for my money back through Paypal. Wigsbuy shipped it from Canada, but gave me a China address to return. It costs $150+ to return items to China from the US. The wig cost $75. It is a Dollar Store wig. It is horribly made, cut. It made me look like Jerry Lewis in the Nutty Professor. They said, "It not look bad." DO NOT BUY! They do not stand behind their promise of "High Satisfaction."

Warning! Warning! This wig the worst matted wig I've ever seen, Wigsbuy you should be ashamed to sell a piece of crap like this. Nothing like the picture. Pls trust me when I share that wigsbuy.com is a total scam artist rip off company. Any positive review is a 100% lie. The wig pics look awesome and the wig that arrives 6months later is a matted discolored mess that won't even pass for Halloween costume. Don't waste ur money or time

Beware of these fraudulent wig companies that their ONLY service is ripping people off!
There is a huge risk when you purchase any items from over seas. These scavengers have been known to lie, cheat and steal from whom ever patronizes their business. They frequently use false advertisements to get you to buy from them. Do your self a favor and buy locally and always read the reviews on the company, this will save you a whole lot of headache in the future.
