The worst company to do business with. I purchased a wig from wigsbuy, color was described as medium blonde mixed with golden blonde. What I received was a dark brown wig with red highlights. Cut I ordered was a textured, layered cut, what I received was a bob with bangs. In order to get a refund or exchange you had to return the wig, estimated cost via DHL was $135.00 from the USA. Clearly not worth it, so I just kept a wig I will never use because they send whatever they want despite what you order. In addition I have a real issue with paypal who claims they have buyer protection but they would not intercede at all. They insisted that the wig must be returned; a $40.00 purchase plus a $135.00 return fee did not make sense. Since then if the product is shipped from China, I just say no. Wigsbuy is nothing more than a scam company.

I ordered a wig from this company and it didn't look like anything that I had ordered. It look like a raggedy cut up mop. I paid 199.32 for this trash and then I returned it and had to pay another 52.00 to return the wig to get a refund. Paypal emailed me and tells me that I will not get a refund because I didn't give proof of return. That was a lie too! I called Paypal and emailed them and gave them my return number and receipt. I'm very upset that these people can just take money from people and get away with it. Do not buy from these people!

Wigs was ordered on line. It took quite a while to get it. For more than 4 weeks. When got it, it was not the right one. Company must have ordered from China for shipping. Therefore, I did not bother to contact them for refund. Because I looked at reviews and customer complaint similar as me and she indicated that she did not get refund.
I have to pay custom duty which was not mentioned by company. But when I contacted them, they advised me that I have to pay.

On 7/16/2019 Paypal sent me a text. Asked if I had just made a 79.93 purchase. I said NO. So they said they would start a fraud case. Two hours later they said because I had purchased a wig in the past from another company this was in my purchase history that I purchase wigs and denied the fraud case and went ahead and paid these people the 79.93. I about crapped. I argued with them over this most of the day and then got online with this company and asked to please cancel the order. Says on their site that you can cancel within 24 hours I explained I did not order this wig. They will not answer in any way. I have sent 4 emails and 4 inside messages on their site. I am so upset over this that I do not know what to do. Paypal should have never gone ahead and paid them. Called Sync bank that handles Paypal and am begging them to look into this and explained that I did not order this and do not know who did. I can not get this company to even do their "chat". As soon as you click it nothing happens. There is no way to talk to these people in person. I tried the phone number and I get that "you have dialed a number no longer in service". I am sick over this. Did not even go online and order this and now I am being scammed and I feel scammed by Palpal as well.

If I could give a ZERO star I would. The pictures are nothing like what you receive. The color does not match what you receive. The quality is poor. They sent the wrong color and I requested to return immediately for my full refund. I paid 140.00 for the wig and they wanted to offer me 75.00 for the return because they stated they have to pay for their labor. That's not my problem. You didn't send me what I requested and their policy states a full refund if they send the wrong color. Because I was persistent and would not accept their offers they then stated would only give me 25.00 for the return. I disputed the charges with Paypal and Paypal determined that I would be refunded my full refund. DON'T LET THIS COMPANY BULLY YOU BY THREATENING TO KEEP DECREASING THE REFUND AMOUNT TO GET YOU TO SETTLE BECAUSE SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING!

The wigs arrived and lookd like Halloween wigs. Cheap, ugly, wigs that look NOTHING like the online product showcased. Automated email and voicemail, no customer service+no return address=no returns. Wig was 3-4 inches shorter than website said it was supposed to be. CHINA all the way. AVOID HASSLE, DONT BUY!

I bought a wig and when I received it, it was nothing like the picture! I mean nothing! Wrong length, wrong colour, the stitching on top was white on a dark coloured wig. It was the quality of a wig you would buy for dress up parties that cost $10. I emailed and they totally refused me to send it back for a refund. Saying it was handmade. Totally ignoring the fact that it wasn't the wig pictured that they advertise. I still haven't been refunded. Honestly scammers. Don't buy from this site!

I purchased a wig about a month ago. It looked nothing like the pictures so I emailed them and told them I wanted to return it. I didn't hear from them so I emailed them again, and then again. They would never acknowledge my request to return the wig. I had ordered another wig at the same time I ordered the first one. When I found out wigs could not be returned, I tried to cancel the order. It had been a month and I had not yet received it. They sent the wig anyway. I don't feel they are honest at all. Buyer be Ware, the wig does not look anything like the picture on the website, it was a matted mess! And when I tried to return for a FULL REFUND, all I got was the run-around! They would not provide a return addressed and then said if I returned it for a refund I would have to pay $105 for the labor and they would refund the rest. I said no, then they off a discount of $25, then $50, then $65... I want my $239 bucks back, the wig is a piece of crap!
