The wig is unusable! Not the color or style that was shown in the picture. Just a total rip-off! It came in three weeks, so sending it was on time. But the wig is just awful. When I put it on my head I look ridiculous. I've purchase another wig from wigs.com and I could wear it immediately and it looked great. This one is supposedly human hair, and I guess it is, but it needs, cutting, coloring and styling, and even then I have no idea whether it will ever look like the picture they provided.

When it was finally delivered over a month later wasnt anything like pictured. Don't try to return because you will get the surveys sent but zero responce! This company finally replied offering I ship it back, at my cost, and they will refund less than half what I paid. Horrible response, product and customer service!

The product itself is thin, oversized cap and low quality. For the price it is a complete joke.

Good luck to anyone that is in the need and orders from this company. I'm sorry, there are other options out there!

I ordered a wig from Wigsbuy Canada with free shipping. I waited WEEKS. DHL tried to deliver the package with $40 owing. Sent it back. When I contacted them they said I should take the package and they may also try to apply a part of a refund for you as our gift'. They want me to send them the invoice from DHL. NOT HAPPENING! They can credit my account with the $40 fee first then I will accept the package.
When it buy something from a Canadian Website - I don't expect it to come from China.

This was my first wig, I wanted to change up my short natural look. I was a little confused when it came because there was a huge sewn track that went across the front. After trying with no success to get the hair to lay in the right direction for the style, I called a wig stylist. After looking at it, she told me the wig was a piece of crap because of how it was sown and I should try to get my money back. I have not been able to reach anyone. $160 blown.

I purchased a Wigs buy with light brown hair color. I mailed the wig back to them almost a month ago. The wig was brown in front and black in the back, which was not shown on the website I emailed wigsbuy customer service about my refund. Received repeated e mail stating to send them a picture of the item, which I have done 2 times, they have the order # why do they need a pic of the wig?. No phone # to call them, and no refund. I ordered my wig on May 4th from wigbuy and it was promised to arrive by 5/20th. As of 5/24 the wig has not been complete... not until June 2 and mailing after this date maybe. Not only have I not received my wig and it has not been completed, Joey wants to refund me 30% because she says the wig has already been made which I have proof and an email that proves otherwise.

2nd secondly she offered 45% and thirdly she wants me to accept the wig with $20 discount. This service is unacceptable, you accepted my money and my wig won't be completed until June 2 maybe and you want me to pay for unfinished work. Absolutely not... I contacted my bank and canceled since I did not receive my merchandise. I am confident all is well. I won't order from this company ever, ever, again.

I give them a fail for customer service, truthfulness and blatant disrespect to me as a client I give them out of 10... a zero. I am so upset that they keep emailing me and asking me to pay for something that has not been completed or received.

I have about 15 emails back and forth to back up my review if necessary for my bank and this review.

This is a scam! While they look legit, they actually pull your money from your account and put you in "pending" with no shipping details. I've been in "pending" for three weeks. See other reviews. I have contacted their customer service twice and got NO response back - laughable that they claim "24 hour" response times. Also, on their "fine print," the company says they will only refund 30% of your purchase price after 72 hours. What a joke. Luckily my credit card filed a dispute and I'm pretty confident they will get it back for me. This is a FOREIGN (probably China) company. DO NOT BUY.

They started a shipping label with the carrier to make it appear they had shipped the wig. However, after tracking it for nearly 2 weeks and seeing zero movement with the carrier I contacted carrier myself who stated that Wigbuy never delivered the package, just created the label. Fortunately, I paid via PayPal and was able to provide evidence of the scam and was refunded my money. During the interim period of editing for the PayPal decision the scam company Wigbuy shipped some god awful wig that was wrong in color and horrible in quality. I guess they thought that they could get away with the scam if they could prove shipping and delivery to me. DON'T BUY FROM WIGBUY

This wig cost over $200.00, and when I asked them to take it as a return, they refused, and directed the shipping company DHLl' to DESTROY it! I was livid. Tried to rectify this easily and they would have NOTHING TO DO WITH IT! They do NOT BELONG SELLING TO US IN THE UNITED STATES, and YOU do not belong BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM I CHINA. They do not stand up for their products, and are not willing to negotiate. Once they get YOUR money, they are done with you. KEEP THEM OUT OF OUR MARKETS!
