They advertise like it's a wig shop in Florida, when in reality, the wigs come from China. They look nothing like the pictures and to send them back, you have to fill out a customs form, then pay close to $30 for postage. They gave me a credit of $10 for a $100 wig! Wig was platinum blonde with ORANGE highlights! Style not at all like picture!
There is no likeness of wigs received to that which is pictured online. Further more getting your money back is almost impossible. I do not recommend any purchase from this company unless you have money to waste. Horrible wigs, poor quality.
Sent wrong wig colour. Can't return. No way is this light brown with blonde highlights. This looks like a black skunk just landed in my head. No way to get a reply from them. Based in mainland China, Just wasted $$ plus customs charges for nothing, The "contact us" link has a security warning not to open. That's all you need to know.
Do not purchase any wig from wigsbuy. Wig i order suppose to be a very full wig it was not.the wig was short and matty looking all like a raggety mop head. Please do not order from them. Scam the wig cost.me. 38 dollors look like the wig was just put 2gether any kind of way
To my complete loss of money, I read reviews too late. What was sent to me was not even real hair. I attribute it to fake cotton or some other non-beneficial material. Company advertisement a total fake and fraud. I can't post a picture because I put it in the trash can. Didn't bother with returning the trashy item because I decided I didn't want the hassle - I want nothing else to do with company. KEEP YOUR MONEY and believe the reviews!
This company is a scam. I believe it does not exist. There is NO way to contact them. They do not answer emails. Their livechat does not work. I am getting ready to contact my State's Attorney General and the BBB. Do NOt buy under any circumstances. The reviews on the website are false.
Do not waste your money. False advertisement. They do not care that women spend their hard earned money and get nothing in return. There's a place for scammers and it's not Heaven.
I purchased a wig from WigsBuy and it came late- the wrong color (way too dark compared to photo online) I immediately emailed them and requested a refund the SAME DAY IT ARRIVED. I did not open up the plastic to make sure it was returnable. I emailed 4 times and finally got a response 3 weeks later. Then they said it was past the "7 day return policy". I wrote back and explained. I just kept getting the same response and then one said they would give me a discount on a future purchase, then another said $10 for my trouble and disappointment. This is the worst company. I didn't read reviews because there are not on their website. The phone numbers and address do not work. Buyer beware!
Respectfully requesting that if you are purchasing a wig DO NOT buy from Wigsbuy. Took forever to receive and it is the wrong color and long hair when I ordered short hair! So disappointed. Wigsbuy hasn't answered my emails for directions on how to return. Paid $151.00 and buyer beware. What a total rip off and they shouldn't be allowed to do business in the USA.
Been waiting over a month now. I see all the bad reviews are non stop for this company. This is a TRUE SCAM! THEIR ADDRESS IS POLAND? RETURNS TO california? And service department is In China? Reporting to US Attorney General!
Stay away from this company! I ordered a wig with expedited shipping and it took 6 weeks to receive. It was shipped from China. It looks like a dead animal. The worst part is that they have added TLC on their website. TLC is a reputable wig company endorsed by the American Cancer Society and Im sure they want nothing to do with this place. Maybe they can start a lawsuit.
My experience with wigsbuy was terrible to say the least. First I didn't receive everything I ordered and than what came was wrong. I tried contacting them with the numbers they provided but none of them was functional very disappointing after spending so much on them. Their customer service also sucks, simply put they suck in every level. I wouldn't even refer them to my worse enemy.
This company is a TOTAL scam. I went the mile with them and filed a well documented complaint with the BBB. The BBB couldn't locate them or get an answer either! I tried everything possible to get hold of them. They don't even speak English. The wigs don't look like the pictures at all - more like Halloween costume pieces. Please stay away!
I purchased two wigs on 5/31/2020. I have not received the wigs I purchased. Neither have I been able to contact anyone via telephone, or get a response to the emails I sent - two to *******@wigsbuy.com or to *******@wigsbuy.com. Since I purchased them via PayPal I am unable to get my money back. The vendor must process the credit. This was my first time purchasing from this vendor AND my last time. This company seem to be a scam and needs to be removed from the internet! I highly recommend that you DO NOT shop on this site!
Please don't buy from wigsbuy they wigs are ugly and sheap bad quality II spend $457 and I use PayPal to pay. Because Ithey take PayPal I thought they was good very sorry those people are very dificult to reach. Only by email and they do not answer it right now I'm disputing it with PayPal.
I will never order from this site again. They have no ethics when it comes to honest business. I spent over $200. They sent me the wrong wig. At least 4 inches difference in length. I will never wear it cause the quality is so low. I've seen better for $20 at a local shop... and then ask if I will keep it if they give me a $20 dollar coupon... do not do buisness with this company. Your throwing your money away if you do...
Wigsbuy should not be able to function as they so. My 85 yr old mother purchased a ' wig' from Wigsbuy. What she received looked like a Halloween costume piece. I was furious and tried in vain to contact them for a return. They have a non existent customer service. NO return address but state on invoice that there are no returns w/o an RMA #. Because my mother gets very frustrated easily she decided not to pursue this thru her cc. There are reputable companies to buy from... this is an Overseas scam! Be warned!
I normally let things slide but paying $130 and not receiving the product and on top of that ignoring my emails for a confermation or a refund. I ordered June 1st and today is June 10th, I just made a charge dispute with my bank. The fact that they don't even answer irks me. STAY AWAY
This is a Chinese site; they don't respond so you can't return items with their return window. The wigs are AWFUL! I bought a wig for $120 and it's not the color I purchased and the cut is not symmetrical and the hair is completely lopsided. It is awful. I returned it to the address on the package I received because I wasn't getting a response and I emailed them the tracking # & they told me they would not accept the return because I didn't get authorization prior to the return. I emailed them everyday for 5 days. On the 6th day (a Saturday) I returned it. They responded on the 8th day.
DO NOT DO THIS TO YOURSELF.
The hair is sown onto the cap. They never answered their phone. They say on their web site that you can get a refund this is not true. What they do is offer you some money back but to get this you must buy another wig. They never answer their emails. I think wigbuy is a scam and someone should report this fraud.
