This company is lower than dirt. They are trained to deceive and trap you into paying more money. The customer service rep even told me they know its an issue but are not doing anything to solve it. Its a disgrace this conpany is praying on people that dont have enough money to buy something and then trapping them into even more money. Sears you should be ashamed of yourselves for using such a worthless company, probably why sears is going out if business also. DO NOT USE TEMPO/ WHY NOT LEASE IT FOR ANY REASON UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!

Leased a couch at Sears and was TOLD after my 5 payments was up the couch would be ours, we're getting a good deal, i'm approved for even more credit ETC. I mean really oversold the product. I paid my 5 payments and when month 6 came, i noticed another payment out of my account. I called Why Not Lease It and waited an hour for them to pick up and they told me i can continue leasing the couch $200 a month, purchase it for an ADDITIONAL $600 paid off within 6 weeks, or return the couch. I'VE NEVER BEEN SCAMMED THIS BAD IN MY LIFE. Sears never mentioned additional payments after the lease agreement and this company knows for sure they are a scam. The representative was rude and you can tell they deal with complaints all day. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH WHY NOT LEASE IT.

I paid them off in August of 2015, November 18,2015 they took 81.54 out of my account. I called and was told they were going to put immediately return for my money to be returned. I'm now holding as I'm writing this is the 4 person who have lied to me. I have been holding for 20 minutes for a supervisor. The one lie came from Don Wells enployee ******* I called back after Don lied I got Tasha ******* I told her I was taking legal action she put me on hold for a stupidvisor 10 minutes. I called back and guess what I got Tasha ******* again now I'm pissed she tells me today December 2,2015 is the 10 day ok Tasha where is my money? It takes up to 10 days for the refund department to process it. Than I guess it's going to take 10 months for them to return my money but than maybe not. Now people see how long this review is? I have been on hold with Why Not lease it the whole time wow! DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A RIP OFF FROM THE BEGINNING AND THAN THEY GO BACK IN YOUR ACCOUNT AND STEAL MONEY THATS NOT THEIRS! THIEVES! WHY NOT LEASE IT ARE THIEVES!
