I bought both appliances at the same time. I have had my refrigerator serviced twice in the 1st year because the ice came out on its own and the floor was always wet. Right now the cooler system seems to freeze and is not making ice. The stove/ air fryer-oven is not working, it is giving an error code, I turn it on and 30 seconds later it turns off by itself. It's very frustrating because both appliances are practically new.

Worst customer service

Whirlpool customer service is the worst. When buying a product, you should also take into account the quality of the manufacturer's customer service. I just wanted to return a water filter for the Whirlpool refrigerator (ordered the wrong type) and I have been on the phone for more than three hours now. Very difficult getting through to an actual person on the line, and if you do get to one, they will pass you to another department or to the phone menu. Nobody cares, nobody takes accountability. This is just a water filter we're talking about here --- what more if you order a very vital part for your appliance? I suggest consider another manufacturer.

Bad experience

Brought a refrigerator 1 year finish it's board complaint.there is no followup from sales team after register complaint. Company replace the product but they charge 4010 for new one. My question - your service team says board complaint and they charge the amount for board and replace it with new refridgerator. If it's board chage we can accept if they replacing it means it is complaint of compressor.right?
And charging a amount 4010
Really bad experience on your product and desparate you make charges for a warraty product

I have been trying to get ahold of someone about my washer. I try thier chat, it's AI then you have to wait for a person and I never get anyone. You cant get ahold of a person. I called hte 800 number - it's in canada and I pressed 1 for US and then I followed directions and all of a sudden it stops letting you press numbers - then i get a text to visit whirlpool.com/service to schedule service on my appliance but it doesn't allow me to do that. I have not been able to discuss with anyone the issue and see if it's covered (which it should be). It's like they give you the runaround until you just quit which is what I'm doing. I have only had the washer 7 months. They obviously do not stand behind thier product anymore. If I knew what a crappy company this was to deal with I would never have bought from them. I will never buy an appliance from any of their brands again.

Should be zero stars

Bought a top of the line washer less than a year ago, broken already and customer service is terrible and pretty much non-existent because they do nothing to help you. They outsource repairs with crappy third party companies (Premier Appliance in my area) that have no interest in really helping you out and try to charge you even if you're under warranty. The repair company cancelled my original appointment when I told them I was under warranty and wouldn't be paying anything. Had to wait 4 more days for another appointment, when the repair person came out he said I had to figure out how to drain it because they don't do that, said he had to order a part and left. I had to follow up to see what was going on and they said the part is back ordered. I've searched the part myself and have found several of them available. Meanwhile, 2 weeks later and I've still got a broken washer and no response from the repair company. Buyer beware, stay far away from Whirlpool products. I myself will never buy another Whirlpool product.

NEVER AGAIN

NEVER AGAIN! I will NEVER buy another whirlpool or maytag product again. 1st our fridge ice machine and water hose lasted a mere 2 yrs and now our 2.5 yr old washing machine tanked (needs a new transmission and agitator). Way to make things last and take the money of hardworking people. I'm truly disgusted and will never recommend or purchase a maytag/whirlpool appliance again. Good riddance

This is customer from BENGALURU,. I have purchased the whirlpool refrigerator(ModelNo:*******, Serial.No:IND*******) in the month of JUN 2023, Now it is not working-COOLING IS NOT HAPPENING., within 4 months it got malfunctioning, this type of product you are selling?
Previously i was using GODREJ product from the year 2000. About 20 yearly it was working fine without any service.
Now can Whirlpool company will replace this product? For their defected product.?
What is the alternative?

I bought a new Whirlpool Fridge and it broke right away. I was told by the person who sold it to me that they would repair it at Flamingo and that Flamingo was representing whirlpool for maintenace and warranty repairs. Well, Flamingo is a joke and a scam company and that brings up the issue of the scam company called Whirlpool. Any lawyers out there, I have a lawsuit. This is a scam company selling faulty merchandise and hiring some mom and pop warranty company who sends out repair people who could not fix a bicycle let alone a fridge. They run in and rush out and blame the consumer for the fridge not working. I have proof. SCAM.

I purchased a 4-Door French Door Refrig. It made whining and grinding sounds. Called for service. Wasn't making sound when tech came so took picture of serial number and walked out. Called C/S. They said if another tech came out I would have to pay because of false repair claim. All signs point to defective fan, but he would not check. Said I could not speak to supervisor nor have one call me back. Warranty? What warranty? Service? What service? $2,000 for a defective refrigerator! Run. Don't buy a Whirlpool!

Totally ticked off

I purchased a Whirlpool set refrigerator,dishwasher. Both are supposed to be stainless steel appliances. My refrigerator and dishwasher both have rust spots on the doors. I contacted whirlpool, was told since I did not purchase an extra warranty at the time they will not cover it. These appliances are supposed to be stainless steel, therefore stainless steel does not rust. I am totally ticked off and frustrated with whirlpool. I will never recommend or purchase another Whirlpool item in my home. I think it's totally disgusting when they sell appliances under a phony material, and false pretenses. The gentleman on the phone even said he knows and has heard many stories about these appliances rusting. But there was nothing he could do. If this is the way they treat their customers I think it's very sad. It's a shame we couldn't get together all the people who write reviews on here and have a class action lawsuit against whirlpool for this false advertisement. If anybody is up for it I will be more than glad to join.

I don't know how this company is still working. It should have been shut down. No manners in employees. No value of anyone else's time. No empathy at all. Both service centre and customer care is same. If there is anything more below than worse than it is whirlpool. I recommend not to buy even the smallest or the cheapest product from them. I know I am not going to because they are literally THE WORST.

We have a washer cum dryer faulty and the service guy suggested we replace a whole unit which we agreed, after more than 3 weeks and at least 3 chaser calls to them, still their sales team didn't even bother to call us and recommend a similar model. They seem to be not interested in doing a repeated customer business! Very lousy customer service! Not recommended to buy Whirlpool! Especially from Singapore!

We recently purchased a Whirlpool fridge, washing machine, and dryer. The fridge broke within two years (compressor went out) and now the washer is broken and needs to be replaced (just two years old). They won't warranty their washers for over 1-year which should tell you all you need to know. I would not recommend this brand to anyone, worse than Samsung (who is bad) and LG who is also bad.

Don't waste your money. :(

Purchased a Whirlpool Fridge Model #WRS312SNHM a couple weeks and immediately had issues with it. It does NOT have legs and the wheels do not properly lock so the fridge moves when we use it. The door also swings violently open and rattles everything around causing all of our stuff to fall over and break! We had a technician come out and he basically said there is nothing he can do as it is just poorly designed! We want to return our fridge and called Whirlpool with the notes from the technician and they refuse to replace the appliance with a better one. How a fridge like this made it to market I have no idea. Within in a year the door is going to break from swinging open so hard just from opening it gently! Buyers beware - not only is this a cheap and terrible appliance but their customer service is horrendous!

We built a new home and DR Horton was the builder. Because of that, Whirlpool was our only option for appliances. We have been in our home 14 months. We have had work on our washer and dryer within the first year. Even though we upgraded to the large washer and dryer, we were told by the repairman that King sized sheets shouldn't be washed in the washer? So, we have two king sized beds and every week, I am expected to go the laundromat to wash sheets, when I have a brand new washer and dryer. Our dishwasher is beginning to ruse near the top and our refrigerator has developed something that looks like a permanent water spot, though it is cleaned at least once a week. Our neighbors have had problems with their appliances as well. Needless to say, I have never owned more poorly made appliances. I would never buy Whirlpool brand again. Nor would I suggest this brand to anyone else. I have nothing good to say about my new appliances. The recording is the sound that our "fixed" washer makes with a small load.
