You need to wait over a month to get your package but it worth it because its cheap

‎‏I really liked it, but if the letters on the keycaps were transparent, it would be better so that the letters can be seen through the lighting so It will become clear when the room is dimly lit. Also the gif on the screen seems a little slower, but in general, I liked the experience and I will buy again one day.

Thought our handheld was to offer some Mario games as the image on website shows Mario Cart. Disappointed in that but overall is a nice handheld.

The keyboartd I ordered doesn't have a working software and its missing the End button which is super weird

Choice of font on the keys is very pleasing.

The back light of the keyboard is useless.
The lack of separation between arrow keys, numpad and alpha keys makes telling them apart difficult.
There should be a way to invert the functionality of the fn keys. Aka, make the media function the primary or secondary function of the key.
No angle adjustment.
Lack of win key on both sides of keyboard was an oversight.

I ordered a keyboard on what geek and I was impressed with the price and how easy it was to buy, and no shipping cost as well!

Overall, ordering from what geek was very straightforward the tracking was provided and clearly communicated with frequent updates. The keyboard arrived in good condition, and worked exactly as expected.

Ordered from what geek end of January, was not aware there was a customs tax charge when it arrived in the uk as was not aware of where it was coming from, so that was a bit of a put down. Anyway paid the custom tax keyboard arrived seemed to be very well packaged but unfortunately my keyboard was still damaged and the rotational know for the volume ect was snapped off. Customer service isn't very good. As I emailed them with a prior issue and it takes days for a response so I never even bothered to contact them over this. So for this it's 2/5 for me.
Unit seems decent but if there's any issue it's not easily resolved. At least now il be aware of the pricey import tax.
