1st order never arrived...

Emailed what geek. They eventually sent out replacement.
Arrived when expected.

Whatgweek were great.

Evri delivery are useless.

First product lost by Evri, no reason given. WhatGeek immediately sent a new one package out. Evri have lost 3 of my last 4 parcels, 2 of which were stolen from my doorstep by their delivery man after taking a photo of it but still having no evidence I havd received it as they have to. Leading me to only receive from my local parcel shop now and they screwed that up as well.

WhatGeek customer service however were professional and helpful.

Device arrived around 10 days after order. Price was good.

It's great exactly what i expected. 4:3 120hz screen makes retro games look beautiful. Plays everything up to and including most PS2 games, can't fault it.

I was too excited to receive the GDP pocket 4 that I didn't see that I bought a preorder and it took 2 months to arrive. I messaged the seller many times getting mad that I still hadn't received it and for some reason they did not tell me I ordered a preorder product and kept telling me they were sorry it was so late and they would put me at the front of the queue to get it next. Only after alot of asking where it was and telling them I wanted to cancel my order as it was taking too long did they highlight the bit in the listing that says it was a 2 month preorder.
It was very weird. They coulda just said that to my first email and I would have gotten so worked up.

Service team was helpful, item was on pre order and came on the time window it was announced. And it's a great console, love my Retroid G2

I decide to treat myself to a retro handheld console. Saw it on whatgeek and thought why not.

Ordered it on the 21st got it on the 23rd. All fully tracked. Came well packaged and most importantly it took 2 days to deliver in peak Christmas.

Will definitely buy again from Whatgeek.

Product was decent enough value for money. No complaints. Lots of games, including golden oldies plus some retro games that I completely forgot about. Good times!

I ordered a trending gaming keyboard from WhatGeek on 8th December, listed as UK stock, and was genuinely impressed when it arrived just a few days later on the 11th. The price was extremely competitive — especially for the UK market — and the keyboard itself is authentic and superb quality.

I'll admit I was a little nervous when I saw the courier was Evri, as they're not always the most reliable in my experience, but this time everything went smoothly with no issues at all.

Overall, a brilliant purchase and great service from WhatGeek. I'll definitely be buying more gaming peripherals from them in the future if they have what I'm looking for. Highly recommended!

Fantastic customer service! By mistake I've ordered the wrong color of the console and the team was nothing but helpful, intercepting the previously dispatched product and replacing with the one I wanted. Everything was quick and the console made my boyfriend very happy! Thank you!

I absolutely LOVE this keyboard! It sounds SO good and it is so nice to type on. I love the backlight features, and the keyboard is exactly as described :)

Very easy to navigate the thousands of games, delighted with the console, controls are sturdy and responsive.

Leobog makes fantastic keyboards & the new Hi75C Pro is just like the Hi75 but with wireless & Bluetooth connections. My only complaint is my keyboard was missing the switch puller & the foam wasn't completely cut thru so I bent several pins on my switches. This is the 1st one I've had with this problem. This is my 4th Leobog keyboard.

Was purchased based on online reviews for a retro game geek but not a computer nerd. Does everything it says and everyone is happy.

Only briefly used as yet, the Trimui smart pro, that is. A bit early to give an accurate appraisal Reasonably prompt delivery.

Product arrived on time and as advertised. Having a lot of fun with it and reliving old memories has been truly priceless. Recommeded for any UK based retrogamer!

Bought for Xmas presents for my 3 grown up children who had the originals, they haven't stopped playing and it's bringing back so many memories for them

Order was returned due to address was wrong. It was returned to company. We said to resend the item with correct address. Still have not received item. This all happened in October. Still waiting.

I ordered an AULA keyboard from here because it was cheaper than Amazon but shorter shipping time than Aliexpress (supposedly). The delivery came in a few days, but it wasn't a keyboard, it was an 8kg chinese roomba.
Getting customer service took ages and when I got it, they immediately sent a DPD pickup without checking if I'd be in to pick it up (I wasn't, but fortunately my housemate was sick off work.) They wouldn't resend the keyboard until they'd gotten their robot back, so I had to wait even longer.

Of course, it got delayed in transit (not their fault in fairness, but the fact I had to wait was.), so I had to wait a few more days of communicating with someone who was clearly not a native speaker using AI translation.

Eventually I got an evri delivery to my house (once again when I was at work), and I finally got it today, one day before a flight abroad for Christmas, and over a month since my order.

I still wonder if getting it ordered from China via AliExpress would've been quicker.

Anyway, I'm typing this long-winded review out on a keyboard, which I must say feels great and has a much better build quality than other mechanical keyboards I've seen on the market, so from a product perspective, you'll be satisfied.

I paid more and received 6,000 fewer games! I forgot about the purchase because it has never been powered on again. Zero point. You promise big titles, but deliver the same b-list titles. Thanks.
