Shipping from China was predicted to take up to 2 weeks... but actually arrived in less than 5 days- no complaints.

I ORDERED THE KEYBOARD, THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND SAID IT WAS ON THE WAY, A WEEK LATER I RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT IT HAD BEEN DISCONTINUED, BUT NO REFUND WAS APPARETN. SO I BLOCKED PAYMENT ON PAYPAL AND SUDDENLY I RECEIVED A MESSAGE INFORMING ME THAT THE PRODUCT WAS ON IT'S WAY! THEN A SECOND MESSAGE ASKING ME TO RESOLVE MY PAYPAL CLAIM. I WAITED TO RECEIVE MY AMAZING KEYBOARD AND RESOLVED THE ISSUE. NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE, BUT THE BEST KEYBOARD I COULD IMAGINE AND I WOULD BUY IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN, SO NOT FIVE STARS ON MY EXPERIENCE, BUT A FIVE ON THE PRODUCT!

I was nervous when buying it because at the time i lived in turkey idk if it was going to pass customs but i bought and i waited for around 2-3 weeks and i finally arrived it had passed customs and i was excited i opened it the box was barely damanged just scrathced and i tested the controller everything was working perfect so i want to say for the wait been anxious most of the time it was worth it the controller really was amaazing thankss

I was wanting a Linux based handheld, with a bigger screen than my RG40XX H. I'd read & watched lots of reviews and settled on the Trimui Smart Pro in black. All I wanted was to emulate handhelds, Super NES and Megadrive - anything else was a bonus. The TSP does all that well, straight out of the box. The controls work well; the Vita-style nubs aren't an issue for me either. The screen resolution is fantastic and the fact I can get the screen bright enough to play outside are two great positives for me. The delivery was actually earlier than expected and arrived before I went abroad on holiday, so I've been able to properly test it out in a very sunny climate. Great budget device and does what I wanted.

I ordered the black game but when I looked at the delivery confirmation i saw it said white. I emailed them straight away and they sorted it within minutes, no fuss. I saw from review that delivery can take a while but I think mine came within two weeks which i didnt think was bad. It came with a free case which was amazing. It was a gift so I only played one game on it but the graphics were fantastic. Would recommend.

Ordered Retro anbernic R556, I received it after a failed attempt to deliver by Evri, labelling the parcel as cub01. At first I thought I was scammed but at a second attempt it was delivered.

I reside in the US. My order, a keyboard, took a while to arrive. However, this is probably to be expected given international shipping. I would not note this, except for the fact that WhatGeek continues to advertise 5-14 business day shipping. My item arrived after this period.

WhatGeek overall experience has been great. Despite the website having some very visual issues (bad front end bugs/implementations) from time to time overall it has been a great experience. Just expect shipping to take quite a while.

I received the product I ordered. It was packed well and arrived in great condition. Also received it very quickly considering it came from overseas. I would definitely order from WhatGeek again!

Thought that the mouse would be strictly decorative, but it actually feels okay in hand, so it became my main everyday one. However, its quite small, so take that into consideration.

It took a little more than a week to arrive. When I ordered it, I wasn't unaware that I would also have to pay an additional £40+ in import duty to the courier. The device is functional, and it might potentially take the place of my phone if it included a camera and phone card SIM slot. I had to switch the keyboard to US English and the Windows operating system to Win 11 UK English.

Delivery was quick considering it came from China. The product was well priced and came with a free case.

Been eyeing the lofi keyboard for a few months and finally pulled the trigger when I saw the deal. Was a little worried about ordering on a site I've never heard before but it was good! Product was new, timely shipping, and great price.

The device works fine, with some visual quirks that kind of take away from the handheld. Runs ARKos fine, and the screen is fantastic for the price point. It could be a bit better if put into a more modern and clean shell form, and without the strange choice for some of the face buttons. Great grab for under $50USD.
