Once I decided what I wanted the placing of the order and payment was simple and to find I could pay in three payments with klarna was a bonus

I'll start with saying I just received my keyboard only a couple days ago. Exactly what I ordered and couldn't be happier with the product. My only reason for a 4 star is how long it took to deliver. A little over a month is quite a while to wait for an almost $200 product.

It took a long time to get my order, and there were some annoying problems with the courier that this shop uses. At first it seems it was delivered to the wrong location, but eventually I received the product.

RgB30 is excellent.
Service from whatgeek was excellent also. Good communication delivery a day earlier than advised, well packaged, and an amazing price.
Would recommend and definitely use this company again.

I wanted a pink keyboard with rgb, couldn't find the one until I saw an ad for this My Melody keyboard. It's a good price and much cuter in person.

I ordered the Anbernic RG35XX and it came in a reasonable amount of time for a great price. I've been so satisfied with this product this is the 4th one I've purchased!

The keyboard turned out great. It was exactly what i needed and wanted. The shipping was a little weird but other than that i am more than satisfied.

Delivery took some time since the product came from China. But I appreciate being kept in the loop about the delivery. The initial intent at product set up was painful. I'm still not using the product in my workflow because of this. WhatGeek needs to do a much better of providing a guide for Windows/Mac machines. Is there documentation for both platforms? The only reason I'm not giving it one star is because it seems to be for a very tech oriented customer base who don't mind doing the leg work and tooth pulling to get it to work...I'm on a Mac and have done some research and now need to give it another go (I'm time poor and will eventually get to it). I'm not giving up yet.;-)

The print is not good. Up right section is look like blurry printed.
