The device is tiny. It's not that a small mouse doesn't have its place on the market, but given it's much smaller than average, it could have been helpful to have product photos with other things for reference to show the size. The delivery experience was really bad on the Canadian side. The delivery partner you chose is very unprofessional.
Bought it, was mailed out within 2 days, paid for the extra tracking which meant I could see exactly where the parcel was. Took a bit longer than 10 days but turned up in perfect condition.
I would say 5/5 experience IF the shipping was ever able to give me an estimate of delivery.

Otherwise though, they were careful and caring with the delivery, great delivery driver through UniUni. Would recommend if you want one of these products and don't mind waiting a little extra compared to other services. However, it is international and you have to be fair when reviewing.

Received the product in a timely manner. No damages to the packaging. Shipping took about a week but that was already mentioned in their FAQ's so I didn't have a problem.
Item was damaged in transit, WhatGeek customer service hasn't replied to multiple emails. Still waiting… After receiving my order I looked up reviews and noticed a lot of other people had the same problems with their customer service. Hopefully they get it together.

Was messaged by currier that delivery had failed. This was an electronic device with a value of £140.00. I returned home several hours later in the rain to find the parcel in a trailer on my drive wet and visible from the road. I took it inside my daughter who was in said nobody had knocked the door. App still said undelivered. Apx 48 hours later I had a notification to say the parcel had been delivered on the Sunday. What would of happened if I hadn't noticed the parcel and it was water damaged or stolen. The app would of still been updated. Bearing in mind we have a porch and the first door is left open.
The item arrived and within 3 days the screen became faulty and almost unreadable. It took several attempts to get a response from the customer service, and they responded twice and not followed up to resolve the issue for over two weeks. The issue is still not resolved.
Delivery went quite fast, I received everything, but boxes were a bit damaged. I made a mistake in my adress but they were able to fix that.
