Fast service, great customer experience and 10/10 quality

Took a while to arrive but that helps explain the price and it was only about 2.5 weeks with Easter in it. The RG35XX_H is brilliant, it's perceived wisdom that you get a better SD card and flash the OS (or another one) to it and I'd strongly aggree. I found that the supplied card was tat and got flaky after a little while, but it's not hard or expensive (youtube will tell you what to do) and you get choices, I'm using Batocera now and it's good. You can filter out the games a bit too and add your own.

I ordered a RGB30 which came faulty. But I contacted customer support and they sorted a replacement for me which arrived perfect working order. So yes a great company and excellent customer support.

As the title says, i love the keyboard. The software is very good and easy to understand.

The switches:
I chose the malliard switches with the green + display version and the switches Sound good from factory.

I bought v1 vertexes with it. But i havent changed the switches because they felt nice

Made a keyboard for mein Shatz, they love it. Found parts off of a video and they wanted a copy, made it to spec and it's their favorite

Package was traveling for 1 week from Hong Kong to Poland, skci believe it was very quick especially considering that delivery was for free

Great ordering and delivery experience

The order doesn't get delivery through USPS, etc but was delivered by someone. However, the order arrived on time and in a good condition.

As an old arcade gamer, this is an absolute dream to play these games after so long. So many games in this hand held console makes me nostalgic and it was really a great experience. Thanks to WhatGeek for such an amazing product.

I like WhatGeek, their products and prices are awesome. Whilst the deliveries arrive, it normally takes a few days to be posted. Plus, despite ordering from what I thought was a UK store, the product is shipped from China. This means that I have to wait up to three weeks for delivery. It's not that this is a deal breaker, it is just that I need to plan three weeks ahead to ensure I'm going to be able to accept delivery.

The keyboard works well and I'm happy with the purchase. Shipping to Canada took around 3 weeks, but the product is good.

I've take. Two stars off the top line score because my experience was very positive until you ambushed me with a survey. I'm often happy to do surveys if -asked-. It's rude to lure me here with a "please let us know if arrived" link which turns into an unannounced and unsolicited 5 minute survey. Dont do it. It's rude.

Fast service, with shipping tracking from store to door. Price was the cheapest and shipped without issues from Hong Kong.

I ordered a keyboard from Whatgeek on May 3rd, but I haven't received the item yet. According to the tracking information, the USPS has been waiting for the package since May 13th.

I contacted customer service multiple times regarding this issue. They informed me that a query had been sent to the logistics team. Despite sending two follow-up emails, I have not received any response or updates.

This delay and lack of communication are unacceptable. I expect prompt action to resolve this issue by expediting the shipment or issuing a full refund.
