This place is aweful. One click online and god help you if you made a mistake. 30% restocking free?! Stay away, these supplies are found on other more accommodating sites.
Be careful when you buy anything from this site, higher prices and once you paid for your item thats it, they don't know you. Their return policy is the worst in the industry. Their staff is mean and rude.
Horrible customer service got the wrong Parts when I ordered parts for this just ordered the machine and December run around not allowed to speak to a supervisor they're not helping me at all to fix it just say that at 6 months it's out of warranty they could care less there's nothing
In today's world of Amazon Prime, these fine folks charge you to return items and it you with a 30% restocking fee! I tried to resolve my issue via Live Chat. What a waste! All of my items shipped separately and one was even in an AXE deodorant stick box. Very unprofessional. I owned 2 retail stores and had an online store in the 90s and never charged my customers a restocking fee. Never again!
Bought two Waring juicers. Both are defective and neither company will stand behind their product. We are out $300 because we (mistakingly) purchased two juicers from this company. It's the first time we have an issue, previous pruducts (non electrical) arrived fine. They also made me send in a video and upon viewing the video they deems the product "not defective." This is utterly frustrating brand new products not working and neither Waring or Webreataurant Store will take responsibility for it.
I can always find what I want here at very reasonable prices, and the shipping is very fast (3-4 days at most). All the products that I've purchased from them have been excellent quality and one item which wasn't was replaced next day. I highly recommend this company.
Ordered a oven ignitor, delivered broken. In a chat they said it was broken by shipper. I disagreed and stated the facts. Sent photos as requested. Now the say the broken pieces where to mount the ignitor. I send them back a photo of the broken one next to the one I took out of my stove. Their story changes again that I ordered the wrong ignitor. The labels on the ignitors match manufacturer and part number, also got part number directly from stove manuf.
1. the keep changing what's the issue rather than sending me a new part.
2. refuse to refund my money
3. Now I am refuting the charges with PayPal. To get a whopping $107.00 back
If I could rate this company a negative I would. Do not use paypal use a credit card cause I think Paypal will side with them $$$$, even though I provided them copies of chat text, photos and emails.
If you do order from them I figure their buying damaged goods and getting the money from the shipper as damaged in transit, or not refunding people's money.
Read the other review, had the same experience, stay away, your lucky if you ever receive it, but they will be glad to take your money.
I just received 4 dozen wine glasses I am using for favors at a brewery venue for my daughters wedding. I tried to keep my business local but that turned into a complete disaster so I ordered from Webstaurant last minute. Good thing I didn't read these reviews or I would not have had the opportunity to receive the most beautiful wine glasses, I will be proud to give to guests. One out of 48 glasses has a teeny tiny flaw in it, but with the excellent price I paid, 75% less than shopping locally, I wast'y bothered by the imperfection. The order arrived in what I can only describe as outstanding time and pristine condition. This is the second order from this company I have placed in a year and both times the products and the shipping were stellar. A wedding rescue for sure.
Discussing experience. My disabled husband processed an order on line to buy Bigelow Decaffeinated Tea on June 23 with estimated delivery on June 28, however as of July 7 the order has not been delivered. Their excuse is that the carrier could not find the address where we have been receiving mail for the past 30 + years. My husband disputed the transaction as undelivered order, and they started sending threatening eMails, threatening him with restocking fees and continue bothering him on every day bases. They call on his cell phone yesterday and told him to stay outside the building after 5pm so they would deliver the order. Their abusive and nasty behavior via eMail and phone communications continue making my husband sick.
I placed and order for over than 2 weeks and my order still in process. Customerservice are not helpful.
Ordered a couple of basic woks, backordered twice. Not willing to provide a discount for the inconvenience. I requested the next size wok (at the same price) which was available, this would have amounted to about a $5.00 retail cost increase for the business, they were not interested so I cancelled order. Wasted a month waiting for product, will never place an order with this company again but I don't think they care about customer retention.
I order some bowls that were not adequately described. They were too small for what I needed them for. I asked if I could return and if they had a larger size. They said they would charge me a 30% restocking fee and shipping. Either way it is a win win situation for them. If you cancel they still get 30% of your money for nothing. It is not as though it was a custom order and they couldn't resell it to someone else.
I have ordered multiple times in the past month, delivery has been within 3 days, good quality. I did not open one package for over a month, part of the item I ordered was damaged. They shipped me a new lid the next day, great help. Thank you!

I am losing $80 on a $175 purchase to return a table I bought online from Webstaurantstore.com. The box is unopened and not damaged in any way so it can be resold. They charge a restocking fee and you pay return shipping. They said this charge is so they could keep their costs low. So you buy the 'low' price (that's not why I bought it) and if it doesn't work out for you... too bad. They make money and get the product back! Now that's clever and a big money-maker for them! You- not so much. I regret buying from them.

The representative that you spoke with was accurate in that the reason we charge a restocking fee is to keep costs, and ultimately our prices, down for our customers who are typically restaurant/business owners that purchase in bulk. When you buy from a company that has no restocking fees, you pay for returns that the company handles, indirectly, through higher prices. There are a lot of costs associated with processing an order, as well as returning an order. Most companies do build it into their initial pricing, but we try to charge it only when it is needed. We ordered a number of items from them for our upcoming wedding. Items arrived broken and dirty. Working with customer service for refund was even worse than the products themselves. They were rude and unapologetic. Only refunded $12 even though items were unusable. Beware.
The table arrived with rips in the box, and was left by my mailbox with no pre-delivery call as was requested. There were dents on the sides of the table at the same level, giving the impression that something heavy enough to slightly bend the table was either on or against it during transport. The dents are very noticeable and the table is no longer a smooth flat surface as result. Several screws mounted from below have impressed upon the steel so that the indentations can be seen from above. As a result, the table lacks the quality and craftsmanship advertised and shipping was substandard. Further, when I notified them immediately of the problem (to their defense I did tell them that, "I have neither the time nor the energy to return the table") a representative responded with a 'generous' offer to refund 10% of the price - which they did. In turn, I said I would give a review that was 10% better than was originally intended - hence the rating of 2 instead of 1... as there was nothing in between. If looks matter to you and you lack the time and energy for returns, DO NOT BUY THIS TABLE!
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY! THEY SUCK AND GOOD LUCK GETTING ANYTHING RETURNED BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE!
We have recently ordered thousands of dollars in products in several different orders including sinks, tables, drink dispensers, syrups, food grade bins etc.
We had one issue where one case out of 5 didn't arrive. I got onto the chat on their website and they re-sent the items the next day. A few days later I received the new order and the missing box. It was a delivery issue, not Webstaurants.
I have used their chat to speak with them on a couple occasions with specific questions about their products. They have been able to answer every question.
I have ordered over $8,000.00 so far. But if you have a problem, forget you. Their customer service can give a fyying flip about you. They will not correct a problem no matter what it is. So if you want to play Russian roulette, go ahead and order from them. These positive reviews are employees or fools who haven't been stung yet. Listen! Do you think your NOT going to eventully be burnt by this company?
