I needed stockpots for thanksgiving found this site in a google search. Found a "heavy gauge" 24 quart stockpot for 67 bucks. Sweet! Placed my order good to go. My husband asked if I reviewed the website since I hadn't ordered before. I'm like uh yeah sure. Read the reviews. OMG! Contemplated trying to cxl. Restocking fee geez. Reviews read bad quality, damaged products, poor customer service, shipping unreliable and hard to deal with. I'm not discounting the reviews but for not buying in bulk my experience was amazing! Ordered on Tuesday selected standard (cheapest shipping) arrived on Thursday. Beautiful quality. Very Heavy bottom. Perfect for stocks. Would have paid 150.00 if shopping in store. Quality was that nice. So not for nothing would order again. Product was exactly if not better than described. Great value and arrived intact. No problems whatsoever. So maybe as a restaurant owner ordering in bulk your experience is different but for me the home cook, fantastic! Would recommend highly.

Terrible customer service

Do not buy from this company! Customer service is terrible. They screw up every order! Package is minimal. Damage is high. Hard to get a complete correct order. Then when you call them they can't handle the pressure of a upset customer. I will never buy from them again.

False Adverstising

I just referred to the WebstaurantStore website from "FindSimilar" where they advertised the product (Aarco WGB4896NT 48" x 96" White Pure Glass Markerboard) with free shipping (https://www.findsimilar.com/search?q=Aarco+WGB4896NT&cid=4593&og=sb). When I was completing the order on WebstaurantStore.com it placed a shipping charge of $116.74. When talking to customer service for the WebstaurantStore they gave an excuse that "it must have been an old price. Sounds to me be more like fraud.

Company has horrible customer service. Don't make a mistake on your order because they are no help at all!

Another issue I have with this company is their so called "EcoChoice" products. It is their own line and they have chosen to have it MADE IN CHINA. The cups say "Save our planet" but the item is from CHINA - a country that has a tremenous air and water pollution problem - a country that does not value wilderness; deforestation and desertification are rampant. Because of China's reckless disregard for environmental and public health - I do my best to not buy their products. Webstaurant's advertises that these cups will "show your customers that your establishment cares about the environment". Webstaurant is deceitful and does not care about the environment! Buyers beware!

In regards to our EcoChoice products, while they are made in China, they are made with recycled materials, are biodegradable and compostable. We greatly care about the environment and even use recycled packaging when we can in order to cut down on the number of boxes we are using each day.

I haven't purchased anything recently but I have purchased within the last year. Everything was of the highest quality, shipping was like lightning, barely placed the order and here it was. On my very first order, which was for a portable gas burner, the order never arrived. Webstaurant sent me another one, no questions asked. I have never had to return anything, fortunately, but I am familiar with restocking fees and their purpose. I see a lot of complaints here about that issue. If you're not happy, pay top dollar elsewhere and you'll still probably pay a restocking fee. There was a great song by Frank Sinatra..."THAT'S LIFE" Sing it ole Blue Eyes!

Very Unhappy

I placed order thinking it would get to me and it never did. I email company and they put the blame on whom ever delivered it. I had a post on Yelp they had it removed funny how they will not get back to me. So I am out $40.00 they should have sent brackets thru usps it would have been cheaper and I would have gotten them.
I will post about this company till I get what I ordered or my money back.

I would rate this trash company negative stars if I could. First of all, let me start out by saying that I did a lot of research before purchasing the specific items that I did. I read all of their ratings I read all of their information for each of the items, and I purchase my items based on what they recommended be put together. I purchased an industrial mixer, and industrial table (that showed a photo of that same mixer that I bought on the table in the product ad), And industrial wheels that their store specifically recommended work with that table. Well, we get everything home put it together, havent double checked by multiple people to make sure that it is safely put together, and put this 300 pound mixer on the table. Come a month later the table start to bow and give out (keeping in mind that they, on their own website, recommended using that specific mixer and table together. Also keeping in mind that in the ad for that table they said it could hold over 700 pounds, and we were well under that limit). Eventually, my daughter was working with this product and saw its starting to lean like it was going to fall over. She wasnt quite sure what to do and it happened very fast, she ended up getting her arm almost crushed as this 300 POUND MIXER THEY PROMISED WOULD BE THE BEST AND SAFEST ON THE MARKET TOPPLED ONTO HER DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE TABLE LEGS COULD NOT HOLD THE WEIGHT AND GAVE OUT. Now, if I was using this machinery and properly it would be my fault. However I did extensive research and I only bought products that they specifically on their website recommended go together for what I was doing. I tried to reach out to them and explain the situation multiple times, and all they did was throw some fake information in my face claiming that they can do nothing due to the fact that it was delivered to a specific address. They refused to speak to us and they refused to help whatsoever even though they falsely advertise not only their products but they falsely advertise what they were made for. Absolutely disgusting company and products.

I ordered some garbage cans from this company that were supposed to ship out the next day. I received an email from their 'EcommerceRisk' manager asking me to verify my billing address. They asked me to send a photo of a piece of mail with my billing address on it, which I thought was weird and annoying, but went ahead and did it anyways. After receiving that, they got back in touch and said it wasn't sufficient and asked me to send them a picture of my credit card any a photo ID! What reputable company asks their customers to send a picture of a credit card and a photo ID? The customer service is only available through their web chat and is completely unhelpful. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

You lose

If you make a mistake in your order don't expect ebay type help. They charge you 30%restocking fee and you pay for shipping. You pretty much pay for the item twice.

This was my first and last time i will use this place. I seriously bought something small (deli containers). I didn't open any of the items, just the box before I realized that I accidentally ordered the wrong product. I thought, "no big deal. I'll just return them and get the right ones." Contacted customer service and was told i had to pay a 20%! Restocking fee and pay for the shipping on my own (which is already ridiculous) to be able to return them. And thats because I spoke to a senior advisor. IF I ordered just the lids, I would be responsible for pretty much a full repurchase (including high shipping cost again). NOWHERE NEAR THE PRODUCT DOES THIS SAY "BE AWARE OF THE 20% RESTOCKING FEE." The CS rep I spoke to says, "its in our policy." So, like that agreement any of us hardly read when you are signing a CONTRACT... yeah that one. They told me the best thing to do is just to personally sell them. Ha! What joke! I will never use them again! OH and all these positive reviews you see... they pay peoples to do reviews for them. Its on their website!

Worst Return Policy

Spent over $7,000 with this company within a month. Wanted to return 5 items totaling about $120.00 after there Ridiculous restockin stocking fees and outrageous shipping prices I would get a refund of around $40. Wont use this company again would rather pay a high price for my items and know I can return them for the same price or close to what I paid.

Worst Return Policy

I realized I ordered the wrong item as soon as I received it in the mail, didn't even unpack it out of the box they packed it in, and was told that a restocking fee and shipping fee will be deducted from my refund. I'm getting back less than half of what I paid. Crooks!

The reason we charge a restocking fee is because we want to continue to keep prices as low as possible for our customers. When an item is returned, there are additional costs associated with processing the return. Companies that do not charge restocking fees pass the costs of their Returns Department onto their customers through higher priced items. Instead of raising our prices and charging every customer for frivolous returns costs, we only charge a restocking fee for items that are a standard return. Item didn't work - I had ordered 4, opened one. They would not accept a return for the other 3! Awful! Very unethical! The boxes also arrived damaged and open. Had it been something with parts - they would have fallen out.

I am a long time customer with them but I'm done now onwards.
They are sending the restocked items and selling to the client and when the client ask for wrong items and all they are again making money with your restock fee20% and your own shipping.
When you order the many brands items they send you the different brands and just put their own labels and write the name.
Just be careful when you are doing online orders with them please.
But I'm done

These idiots shipped us two incorrect 60" gas ranges. Took us three tries to get the right one. The amount of time and energy we wasted with this company is hard to calculate. Even after finally getting us the correct range they didn't give us all of the oven racks we were entitled to. Unfortunately we didn't notice it until several months later and they refused to send them. Do not buy from this company!

Scam

Bad return policy

Low prices yes but I bought forks and spoons medium grade soo bad I called and they asked for a restocking fee. In my opinion I orered in good faith that medium grade would be fine for my restaurant. Ended up throwing them away.
Next I ordered the wrong lids to go with the cups ordered at the same time. I order in advance so to not run out at my restaurant. I found I ordered the wrong lids and now they won't return because the 30 days have passed.

Their low prices are good but I think after a couple of these experiences I could have paid more and saved with better customer service?
