I placed an order 2 weeks ago and payed extra money for fast shipping. Still did not get the toggle switch yet. I emailed them, unfortunately no one respond. I end up loosing customer because of them.
We are a volunteer rescue squad in Tennessee and bought a table top deepfryer from them it wouldn't work we had a company come out and fix it for us. Since we put the line on ourself it violated the warranty for screwing the line on and tighten it up. They said we should have got a company to do it for us.Will never buy from them again a rip off.

Purchased a case of frozen brats they sent it via Fed Ex ground ordered on a Thursday shipped the follow Monday received on Saturday totally defrosted contacted them was told to get it frozen would cost 60 dollars to have it delivered frozen. What a ripoff

I ordered "Eiffel Tower Glass Salt AND (emphasis added) Pepper Shaker. The cost was very low, 65 cents, but the shipping and tax was about $22. Today a box arrived with one shaker. Presumably for salt, since it has 6 holes on top. I call and ask customer service to send the pepper shaker. They tell me they are identical and I only paid for 1 item. I tell them their description is ambiguous. Too bad is the response. As I write this I see MANY other awful review of this company. I would surely avoid them.

When you type in "shampoo packets", it showed all unrelated items. Worst search. Make a better search design.

The pieces of the product did not connect properly even when I called in professionals to attempt the task. I would not recommend buying this product for yourself or people who you would want to remain your friend.

I needed 20 glass cafe mugs. So I ordered 24. They arrived quickly. But the box was rattling. There were no fragile markings on the outside. Opened it to no softening cushioning. Unsurprisingly, 8 mugs were shattered.
I sent pictures to customer service, who promptly replied and said they would send replacements. I asked if they could send 12 or put a marking on the outside for fragile. The rep said should couldn't guarantee packing labeling, so would send 12.
Round two arrives quickly and rattles again. No marking, no cushion, and 4 broken ones.
I have my 24 mugs and a lot of glass shards.

The items i received were not very good, cheap Chinese copies of the originals. As soon as i received the box i could tell, it had been shipped and returned more than once. (Original packaging) These were just a black seat cushion for a standardized bar chair. Not going to install them, going to send back and pay the fees.

My recommendation for purchasing equipment from the Webstrauntstore is not to pay for their installation service.We ordered a dishwasher with sight survey and installation. After a week of use and poor performance, we found that it was installed incorrectly. We hired a plumber to disconnect the dishwasher and reinstall it correctly. Webstrauntstore would not reimburse us for the improper installation.

Ordered grey aprons, received khaki, TWICE. Said that is "their" grey. Asked for another color, could not exchange. Had to get refund and reorder. I will NOT be doing that. Will order from anyone BUT them!

They sent me a CASE of near expired syrup and because it was a month away from actual expiration told me that's was acceptable and could not return, exchange, or do anything to assist me. Absolutely horrible policy and customer service.

If you do order from these thieves you better like what you buy, I have spent thousands of dollars and there customer service is the worst! Would not even cancel an order a couple hours after I placed it. I will NEVER order again!

I received an 18" x 18" polished stainless steel floor trough with stainless steel grate from Webstaurantstore.com a few weeks ago & it arrived bent, scratched & seemed to have traveled a very-very-very long distance with limited packaging.
Inside the shipped box I found 4-loose pieces of plywood around the perimeter and two pieces of loose styrofoam that had been broken in two.
Packing/protection was unacceptable, especially when it's polished stainless steel. (Usually there is a film or cover all over to protect the exposed surfaces). There was no plastic or protective covering of any kind on any exposed portions of the floor trough; thus all of the exposed parts were scratched, bent and cracked during transit.
The grate had very sharp edges (Manufacturing Error) and wasn't even close to being square. They packaged the two items together causing major scratches within the floor trough.
This brand new damaged floor trough cost me over $700.00 and all that customer service could tell me is that the scratches were part of the polishing process and the unit was not made to aesthetically look good. The stainless steel grate got the same feedback and they ultimately refused to exchange/replace anything.
I was told that I could return the unit less a 30% restocking fee and I would also have to pay the return shipping. Totaling over $300.00, and leaving me with a credit of $400.00.
I am very unhappy with my experience with this company and intend to continue spreading the word through social media. Do not do business with this company!

Third party seller that sells discontinued defective merchandise. Purchased item stops working, and they would not honor refund or replacement. Started dispute with my credit card, and they fought it and won. Yeah, you think you won, but you lost a customer forever, and everybody else who sees this review. I hope you continue losing customers and go out of business!

When you buy from a company that has no restocking fees, you pay for returns that the company handles, indirectly, through higher prices. I've been a customer for 2 years almost and suddenly they keep canceling all my order due to some payment verification issue when I literally use their own rewards card and absolutely 0 help from customer service they will just close the chat or hang up if they can't hep you. I spend about 1-2k every 3 months and such a shame that they won't even bother to look into this issue. Horrible experience.
