The staff are friendly and responsive to assist you in publishing your site even if the payment is only one time, which is a fantastic value of money. This is still the refund period so we shall see if it lasts, however Sami has always been the perfect person to talk to. Of course, it is TERRIBLE how some things are hard coded therefore there is little to adjust. However if you are just starting out and need an online presence for a good while, this site is a no brainer. I had everything setup in a day, just do your research beforehand, I see a lot of people complaining over things they just were ignorant about.

Don't pay any attention to the poor reviews. You are NOT going to find a complete Real Estate website anywhere else for $99. And THEY host it, so no extra fee for hosting. The $99 is a one time fee. The $99 does NOT include IDX search capabilities, but for $50 a year (in my case), you can add that. There are other extras that you can pay for, but in my case, I just wanted a presence on the internet and didn't have the time to create my own website. The basic $99 website is very good on it's own. To capture prospect's contact info. You need to pay an additional $99 one time fee. I'll add that at some point.
Their websites are very professional looking, and everything is done for you. You will need to do some editing but they will make a 30 minute appointment with you and walk you through how to make those changes, it's simple. My meeting was with David, he was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. Support is available, but for $99 it is going to be limited. They will answer basic questions over the phone, or via their chat function. The chat session is not in real time, but they do get back to you in a timely manner.

Customer support is horrible! Their services auto-renew every year, I sent a chat to cancel the services. I was charged for more services a couple of weeks later. I called them and they received that they never received my first chat and they couldn't refund the service because I was one day over my 30 day grace period (I sent the chat the day that the charge happened). They got it, they just don't want to refund according to their own policies. Run away! Go find a real site, it's worth every penny extra.

Just purchased, started playing around in, and had my on-boarding call. The system is priced very well, and as such I am expecting it to be a great addition to my business. With a one time fee of less than $100, and an annual expense of less than 100 dollars, I get all this, plus a CRM with text notification, 6 different websites, IDX integration. I will probably pony up an additional one time fee of 99 bucks for the custom home page. I will add to my review once I've started working with it.

A good business is all about customer service, value and top notch product. Sadly, I personally could not get past the bad customer service and never really got to the building of the website... it was horrible! Another review indicated that they were nonchalant but the real word to describe it would be disinterested. I wonder if the positive reviews are all made up because honestly, I dont think anyone in their right mind would rate these fools high. Also, $99 dollars sounds like a deal, Right! But once signed up you learn that there is an app store and these apps will help your website be more functional and guess what? These apps are also $99! Oh, wait it gets worse! The customer service is bad, right! Ok, I already mentioned that but if you want real customer service you have to pay for it and guess how much it costs?... yup...$99. Now here is the catch,,, yes, you can have a real estate website at $99 dollars but its going to be a very plain, its not an attractive website and honestly, the websites that i've seen of other agents using website box are badly coded. Stuff is off center, text is partially overlaying on other texts or pictures and the sites are not as mobile friendly as they say... they are unprofessional looking because of these issues. If you want an attractive website from websitebox, guess what? You have to pay for that too but it's alot more than $99. Oh, one last thing. If you do what i did and cancelled because you couldnt get passed how bad the customer service is and you ask for a refund. Be prepared to call them to keep reminding them that you still have not recieved your refund. I to this date have yet to recieve mine and it's been a week! I would not rate this business at one star but i couldnt submit this review without selecting something.

I read some reviews that said the back end was too difficult to use, but I found it to be intuitive and anywhere I was stumped I found a great tutorial to help out. There was an initial time investment, but there is no beating the price. The value for the price is EXCELLENT. My on boarding call was great - the rep was super helpful and in addition to telling me the basics answered all my specific questions as well. I still have to get up and running with my IDX feed but that is an issue with my association. SO far I am very happy!
