Why anyone would ever built a website any other way now that this product is available is beyond me. Full featured with powerful crm, listing syndication, drip email marketing just to mention a few and at a price that... Support is beyond good, every time I initate and online chat they are there to help me. Guys/Gals, you want a professional full featured realtor website with no hosting fees or monthly checks to the reatlor software companies go grab this now.

I am in the beginning stages of setting up a website with this company. I have been a real estate agent for over 10 years and have tried man website options. So far, I can say that the website builder is excellent and user friendly, the content that is already provided is great and you couldn't beat the price if you tried. I have also contacted support through their online chat and was impressed with their quick response and knowledge.

Update: DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY! My IDX only shows very few listings. I've contacted the online support who told me to create a ticket. After a week and several attempts to get a hold of anyone, the issue still remains in the middle of nowhere!

The customer service is extremely insufficient and weak. There is no point of spending money if your site is not working properly. You only end up misrepresenting yourself in front of the world!

I've been having few other technical issues like some images don't show up after several attempts, so for and so on...

Very disappointed!

I have been a real estate Broker for over a decade. I have invested thousands of dollars on websites, and WebsiteBox.com can do a better job for $99 flat fee than any other company I have ever worked with in the past!

Since YOU, the agent, are the admin of the site, in most cases you have to provide most of the contents, as well as maintaining it. IT MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE for the monthly payments! WebsiteBox.com has solved that problem with one simple out of the box solution! You will get your $99 back in MANY MANY FOLDS!

I got a website through Websitebox.com. I had an issue that made my site look really unprofessional. I tried repeatedly to resolve the issue.

I e-mailed customer service at these dates and times with no response:

Oct. 10th, 7:18PM
Oct. 11th, 11:36AM
Oct. 11th, 3:14PM
Oct. 15th, 6:43PM

I e-mailed a manager at the company with no response:
Oct. 12th, 11:53AM

I finally did a web chat with websitebox. The representative gave me some advice that wasn't always applicable and didn't work. The rep. Said to hold while she looked into it further. The rep. Left me holding for hours. I kept asking for a status update with no response.

In order to get Websitebox.com to respond to me, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They called me on 10/16/2013. Instead of apologizing, they rudely told me I should not have filed a complaint against them and incorrectly called it slander.

I would not recommend doing business with this company.
