WebsiteBox is one of the best companies to get hooked up with if you need a website that is user friendly, SEO friendly, and IDX compatible. I purchased my website two years ago and thought for $99 it was too good to be true. Take my word, it's not too good to be true and it's a great investment. I have converted 5 coworkers over to websitebox and they love it. The customer service is excellent and if you ever have an issue you can email them or live chat and they will get your issue resolved ASAP.

It is very rare that I give out a compliment. I have been working with both sales and support at web site box and they have been great. The software is extremely easy to use.

They offer so many combinations of templates, themes, pictures and colors it will be hard to find another site that is just like yours.

Changing from one template to a different template is just a matter of clicking the new template you want, wait a few seconds, and it is done. Important note here, any changes to your site that you did manually ARE STILL THERE!

I will be adding several more web sites in the future.

I see no reason to hire a web developer to do your site when you have web site box on your team.

This company is #1 in product and customer service. You get more than you pay for with websitebox.com. They are always friendly and never rush you off the phone. They make sure you understand how to work your site, and follow up with emails. They are AWESOME. I don't have much technoldy experience, but have managed to build a great website thanks to these guys. It looks great and I will never change companies for my website. I like a company that pays attention to detail and the needs of their cumstomers. Hands down they are the BEST!

I just finished getting help through the "Live Chat" Service they have available. Mark was able to answer my questions and even when I got confused we were able to figure out my issue. He even gave me recommendations on what to do and not to do in order to avoid other issues down the road. This has been one of the better experiences with live chat help sessions that I have had. The chat session was started really quickly when I requested it, much better than having to sit around and wait on the phone or wait for an email to be returned. I think their service is great and their interface is fairly updated, besides not only you don't have to pay for every little detail but also you get great free features such as free translator that convert your website to a one stop international real estate shop which most of the website providers don't offer even if you pay for it.
I like it and I'm going to use it to service my clients with a more effective and user friendly website.

Great customer service and quick answers from the get go. Mark Sanchez (I'm assuming not the Football Player) was instrumental in helping me set up the site and assist in customizing it without a hitch. The site is fairly easy to navigate and the wide selection of themes allows for distinction amongst real estate sites at a pretty good price point.
