We are in the real estate brokerage business in the Orlando area. We have 5 different websites with websitebox.com - each focusing on a different area of real estate. We have had numerous compliments about the website from the professional appearance to how simple they are to navigate.
As we created each website (especially the first ones), we had a number of questions. We were initially concerned the support for a $99 website would be limited at best. What we discovered is quite the opposite - they have prompt and professional support. Travis Humphrys, their customer support manager, has been extremely helpful by following up with us.
We had some reservations going in about the $99 websites. Not anymore - they're great!

They have one of the non-sence CMS I have ever used. 2ndly their developers are one of the idiots as they don't even fix small CSS.

Do not use their services as its equal to waste time and money

I do not think they have really professional team who knows all HTML, CSS or PHP stuff.
On one weekend they updated their platform & made some changes in CSS. It messed my site. The header was not working properly & the logo was showing half cut on window. After 2 weeks of testing & chasing they were not able to answer my problem and still saying that everything was fine from there end. At last adviced me to switch the design. I paid for logo image & design. Again I chose new template & resign the logo & rest site.

If you will notice the footer is too long & messy. No other site has this type of messy & unorganized footer with unnecessary white space.

If you know about web designing & then go for it but otherwise you have to pay again & again to outsource to fix your site. I know much about designing so I am doing by my own.

No where else can you find such a high quality website for the price. Once logged in there are pages already added so that you can get up and running in no time, and with very basic computer knowledge. If you do get stuck, it's a quick trip to the forum, Vimeo video tutorials, and best of all the live chat. Mark is patient and stayed with me to make sure I knew how to make it work. Other companies should take a page out of your support notebook!

The site provides you with the ability to add, change, and truly make it your own. I look forward to exploring everything this site has to offer, including making live chat available to my own customers. Thank You.

I am in procedure, a beginner, making a new website payme0.com. I have plenty of concerns & they have the solutions. Their on the internet assistance has been outstanding. Their cellphone & e-mail reaction has been outstanding. For someone like me (Technology Challenged) They are a advantage. Now if only they would manage my irritable customers. Now payme0 is one of my favourite site which give me 100% good result according to my hopes. Thanks payme0

Almost 2 years with Website Box. I am off the chart happy not only with the product and also with their customer service. I have built my own websites multiple times in the past. NEVER AGAIN! Don't wait, put these people on your team today! I have recommended Website Box to all our 95 agents.

Somehow, this is just not a user-friendly business. You get what you pay for. Calling or emailing or living chatting always ends up with the same result: disgruntled employees with a bad attitude. So if you want to be told to look up something on a video, look at the Community Forum for an answer, or you love extreme snark, buy this product.

I was previously with Realtysoft. Websitebox bought them or they merged. I kept getting calls emails about transferring to their new WebsiteBox. Finally i made the decision to transfer and they said they would cancel my previous billing with the company they merged so i wouldn't be getting charged for 2 websites. Guess what they never cancelled and they kept billing and finally they stopped billing but will not refund or credit the couple hundred they charged me. It's so cheap that if they make a mistake they cannot afford to fix it and refund you. According to them its my fault since i do not have anything in writing from them for the cancellation. When in fact they did not know the old companies cancellation policy's and now where in the old policies does it show they need anything in writing. They feel they are taking a loss if they refund when in fact they should of never taken the money in the first place. I wouldn't recommend this company. Low price is great but at what cost?

Not only is the "out-of-the-box" platform chock full of capabilities and very easy to use, the add-on apps are great and the support is amazing! Having spent many years in the tech industry and customer service, I can say without reservation that Website is a top platform, top customer service provider and top tech company!

I signed up for WebsiteBox and did not enter the correct promo code, I contacted customer service and my concern was addressed and resolved in a timely manner. I would recommend WebsiteBox to anyone. This is the way to go. I am pleased with the tools for building a professional website my only regret is not doing this sooner!

To many technical problems in a short amount of time. I have had to open about 8 problem tickets in 6 months. Not how to's actual problems that WebSiteBox is having or caused. Have had my website with them for about 6 months. All the listings on my site were mapping to my home address. Took a long time for them to correct it. As of this review my listings have disappeared from my own website. Can't link to them using mass e-mailing. At this rate almost appears deliberate.

I just enrolled at WebsiteBox and already experienced an outstanding customer service even at the very initial stages. WebSiteBox's Ian Ure = Five-Star Service! If there is a Customer Service Hall of Fame somewhere, Ian Ure should be in it!

I cannot thank WebSiteBox and Ian enough for their extraordinary customer service. On several occasions Ian has responded to my questions patiently and thoroughly. He has never made me feel rushed or foolish, even when I asked more or less the same question twice. Of his own accord Ian has followed up to make sure that what he told me or sent to me was what I needed.

I've researched many other web hosting platforms and I have talked with many Real Estate Agents in my area regarding their websites, web presence etc. It seems that many agents are paying very high prices and are not getting a product and service to match what they pay. When I tell them about Websitebox and what I'm getting in terms of product, service and support, these agents are blown away.
