If you take the time to really look into WebsiteBox's software, you will be amazed at what you can build. I highly recommend this product (I've purchased 2 from them). I also recommend taking the time to look at what you can do with this software before you actually sit down and build your site. Even though it is very easy to put up a nice website with this product, it can be daunting if you are not used to creating your own website.

If you need any assistance, have any questions or even have an issue, you will be amazed at the level of customer service you will receive. These guys really go out of their way to be helpful! While they are all pleasant to work with, I have great interactions with Mark. Great communication and fantastic follow-up!

I've recently had Websitebox create a custom header for my website. What an amazing job they did! It improved the overall appearance by 10,000 times. They paid attention to my requests and the communication was excellent, speedy and they exceeded my expectations by far. I've since had other requests which were answered in less than 24 hours. RIP OFF As a web designer & advanced coder, I'm very disappointed in Websitebox. I don't recommend this product especially not to anyone in the Ventura County area. Their customer service is unprofessional and they refuse to make a situation right and happy to take a customers money. The make excuses. DO NOT purchase this product without IDX unless you want a cameo site. The search modues wont work and it doesnt help with SEO rankings.

Customer service and the website techs are very good at assisting you to design your website. If your a business owner that needs a lot of bang for your buck, and you need to maintain to a strict budget. Use website box. I would be willing to help anyone build their pages on website for less than they will charge you. YOU would need to take care of getting a domain name, and having that routed to your website page. It is not just $99 - there are many additional fees. Then when you call to cancel your subscription, they tell you you need to contact them by email and request cancellation. When you do, you get this response:

"Hello Edward,

We are sorry to hear your are not satisfied with your website. Please let us know if there is any particular reason you would like to close your account? And if our support team can help you with any issues you are having with setting up your website?

It's a classic delay tactic hoping that you'll forget about it and they'll get to charge you for another year's subscription. Unethical, scammers...

They start by claiming yes it is really $99 and you can get a discount of that. But then there are one fee than another fee, then another fee for example they say that there is an MLS pass through fee. No there is not. They want $15 for a domain name per year. Ok I can live with that.
But they you find they have a fee if you want a header. If you want $99 a year. All of this is not out of touch when you price a web site, but they just lie to you over an over.

As the co-owner of a nationally recognized real estate company I can say that I searched high and low for a solution to my real estate website needs and there was not a company that came close to the affordability and functionality Websitebox offers their customers. Their platform truly offers a professional look and feel without the expensive overhead such as that of comparable products. Also their dedication to surpassing their customers needs and especially the support I have received from Travis Humphrys is second to none. I highly recommend this product to all whom need a real estate website solution!

Hello... They just told me I have to contact yahoo and see why yahoo will not accept the redirect email from websitebox to me from my website... I did a test to see if a lead goes to me. They said they have tried to contact yahoo and yahoo never contacted them back. I said can you text the lead to me until it is fixed. They said I would have to pay for it.? I said "REALLY" IS THAT HOW WE DO BUSINESS?
