Im still working on my website but so far Ive had great responses to my questions. The texting that turns into email is my favorite feature. I dont have to sit and wait for a response.

Like anything new it takes practice to master. Once I got my feet wet, in a manner of speaking things came together. Still have much to learn but I feel I can master this tool in the not too distant future.

I tried this site over a year ago and never did anything with it because it was difficult to use. A year later I received a credit card statement showing I was charged again. I called customer support because I could not find anything online to access that auto renew. I was told it would be taken off and I would receive an email. Never happened. Not happy with their product or customer support.

WebsiteBox used to have great customer service... not sure what has gone wrong! I have a an open issue with our vacant land listings not showing up on our website - they used to be there - they disappeared at least a week ago. After 7 days I still have zero answers... and no estimated time of a resolution. In real estate your website content is important - half of ours is missing and WebsiteBox could care less.

Doesn't allow you to add someone else's listings to help them promote their listing and you my get a new buyer. You can add someone else's listings but manually

Using this for my real estate company has been hell. I would not use this company in the future. The company is not RESO complicit which makes it very hard for an agent to get their MLS properties on the site. The tech support is also subpar they often do as little as possible to help.
