Websitebox has been hosting my real estate website for over 10 years. The site is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and has numerous tools that allow me to customize my content as I see fit. It was free for all those years but I spent some additional money on tools that promoted my site. They are very affordable compared to other real estate sites that I've encountered.

In October 2020, they started charging $99 per year, still a very affordable price for me, considering I tried another site for 7 months that charged me $200/month with no tangible results. I have done my due diligence and WebsiteBox is still the best value available out there. My account manager, Candy, reached out to me and offered to improve the look of my site at no extra charge. She did an incredible job and was very patient with all my questions. She also answered my emails very promptly. I got the sense that the staff truly cared about their customers, something I value and appreciate very much. In general, every time I send a message through their chat line, I always a get a quick response. They truly have exceptional customer service.

For $8/month, you can never go wrong. Try it and you won't be disappointed.

I looked at Websitebox about 5 years ago and at that time, I felt that it was way too basic to create a quality site. However, I recently took another look and was shocked to see how far they have come. If you haven't looked at it for a while, you really should look again. Today, Websitebox boasts everything you'll need for building an absolutely beautiful and highly functional real estate website. And they do this for a very competitive price! It is super easy to use, while being very robust in options and features. And though it is easy to use, they also have a fantastic customer service staff to help if you need it. During my website building phase, I was especially impressed with a customer support representative named Candy. She listened carefully, was knowledgeable about the product, articulated ideas clearly, and conveyed a sincere sense of caring and value to me as a customer. Great product, great prices, great people. What more could you want?

Like other reviewers have noted, we joined Websitebox with a promise of a website for $99 for life. And now they want to charge us. How can they be trusted for any business dealing? There are plenty of other choices out there offering a similar product to what they are now charging, so please choose another company to work with!

My personal contact at WebsiteBox is Tiffany Valverde. I love her! So very efficient! And she has always been excellent to work with. She is thorough in her work and is patient with me; I am not high tech. She is always willing to do an extra mile in my requests. And she does follow up with me if I am happy with what she did. And if I have some more questions, she is ready to provide me answers. I believe that she is a great asset in your company. Website Box is the best for the money I paid on a website! And great customer service! They are our website provider for over 5-6 years now!

Over a year ago I paid what I thought was $99. And they charge me $299. And I never got a site or a service then was contacted today by Travis and told I was going to be pay $199.00 because that is what I agreed to and he said I would have to write a letter to get proof of this and when I ask for the owners name he said he was the highest I could get because the owner didn't do the day to day stuff and if I wanted the owner name to look it up I am assuming he meant google.

Even in Canada we were jilted: they could have come up with a better long term solution but we only lost $99, so what, but the time hurt.

I live in a town of 72,000 in a marketing area of over 1,000,000. None the less, when I try a search for a 3.2 house in my area, I get ZERO results. None. When I try a zip code search, the results are for every zip code in my state. Totally useless search function. When I called customer service, they tell me they are 'always working to improve" the search function, but for now, "please only search in New York City".

Stay away. This company will soon be out of business.
