When I first signed up in 2016 I edited my site and was able to build my site myself, without having to call in to the company for help. They closed down my old site. They claim they sent me e-mails, but they never did. I have all my e-mails and there are none from them. Even worse, the new platform is not user friendly, and I can tell the staff is overwhelmed. They are defensive and dismissive whenever I call in with issues. They tell me things are not set up, when they are (such as IDX) and when I tell them I have done it already they almost yell at me telling me it is not so. I feel like a crazy person dealing with them now. This is not a custom website approach, and I don't expect it based on price. I liked the old simplified version. This new system is complicated, time consuming, and nearly impossible. Not user friendly at all. Since I have already invested so much time, I will keep the site for now. If I was new and considering this as my website, I would definitely not go this route. Pay a little more and get a site that is workable. The new site is too complicated and full of items that don't work or can't be changed. Their solution is to delete the material in a section if it is not changeable. Not a good upgrade.
Recently I had experienced an issue with my website so I sent a message through the chat options on a day they were off and got my website issue resolved on the same day, within hours! The communication was Amazing! I highly reccomend them for your website needs.
They just wiped out my whole site without notifying me and said they revamped and i have to use the new site. No options like when i paid initially with different designs and templates. Nothing on their with my logo, company infor, nothing. If FREC went on right now I would be fined.

I had been working on my website for several days. Then I could not access my website for several days. When it went back up, all my work was gone. I contacted the company three times and three times they said that the developers would get back to me or the manager would get back to me but none ever did. You will get ZERO support from this company. I guess the old saying is true. You get what you pay for.
Humans answer your call and go above and beyond in assisting you! I can't really say that for most tech companies. I highly recommend them. In many cases, they can get a website built for you for just $200. Add the $99 website/hosting and, you have a professional website for less than $300! That's fantastic! TaxProsTax is an example of a $200 site. Amazing!
I'm so, so with technical stuff and the staff walked me through the set up and activation of my website so that I did it quickly and easily. I got it the way I want it; can maintain it easily; and my customers are very pleased.
I bought the plan for a ONE TIME $99 fee. My website didn't work half of the time and I would have clients call me to let me know that my page wasn't loading. After correcting that problem, the content would have to be recreated by ME. Even now the website ha purged my brokerage's information and I have to keep going back in to FIX it.
So I received and email stating that I was automatically upgraded to the PLUS Plan at no cost. I get me credit card bill and I was billed $199 for the upgrade that I didn't ask for.
I requested a refund and it has taken over 2 weeks to get a respond only to have the refund be for only half of what they stole from me.
I am beyond disappointed. I am now going to have to take this up with my bank. So disappointed!

I just bought the pro plan on WebsiteBox and started to build my website but having technical questions I asked help to their support team. They were amazing and very clear explaining how to go from an app to the other. I needed only 15 min instead of the one hour planned. For the price and features you won't find anywhere better. Highly recommend.
A great feature about Website Box is that their customer service anticipates what changes you are asking about in the website and then makes the changes for you! This eliminates a lot of back and forth emails the take time on both sides. Great job!

I am fairly familiar with computers but I decided to opt for a rep to help me. His help was very valuable. I took notes and was able to build the website by myself. I did have more questions and the rep responded to my email in a timely manner.
Unless you know how to build a website, don't bother. I have had mutiple questions as things were not working right and it sometimes takes 1-3 days to get a response back. Nobody attempted to have an on board call with me, I made arrangements to have one this week and nobody even called me. I cleared my schedule for 2 hours for this! I've waited on hold for an hour trying to get someone. The site itself looks fine, but lags and very slow. When you click through to search it immediately says no results, 15-45 seconds later the results will pop up. Nothing is set up for you. Like I said, if you know how to build a site, or if you are not a busy agent that can spend time playing, it will probably work for you. Just like everything else, you get what you pay for.

Thanks to Noelle, she was very patient and informative! She let me know that the old system will be phasing out to a new System call Edge and send me a link to schedule a date for my transition to the new system. I did not feel rushed! Noelle was very helpful with me setting up my website.

Just joined WebsiteBox after my existing web provider was shutting down and the step-in was charging an atrocious monthly fee. Fairly easy to set up, especially if you are hands on or have managed your previous website. A great team and very helpful. Definitely would recommend.
Successful people always chose the business. Because business is the way to rule your own life and spend your time according to your wish.
All started well for the office website that incorporated 2 MLS areas. IDX fee seemed reasonable, then suddenly without notice, San Francisco fee went from $100 per year to $100 per quarter, so $400 per year just to have the feed. After complaining, they no longer have San Francisco coverage. Talk about DISHONEST, they take the cake.

I've had the "legacy" version of the Websitebox.com website for several years, and was happy with it. But, today, I started the upgrade to the new site. I was nervous about switching - so I called the support number before starting anything - and Dan walked me step by step through the whole process, and even did some of the fixes on the back-end for me. The new site looks so much more fluid and user-friendly. Can't wait to get the whole thing up and running!

Answer: Amy - we have several containers which we allow for agents to determine how they best want to market their brand. You can use one logo in the header and one in the footer of the website if you like. There are several different options but the short answer to the question is yes.
Answer: John, the new platform is completely different from the older version. We simply didn't update the older version, we built an entirely new platform. The old version was antiquated and no longer supported the advances of technology and the needs of realtors. We are offering a free onboarding and you were upgraded into the Standard Plan for free and did not pay anything extra. We also offer a free SSL certificate with the new platform. I am happy to assist. I can understand the frustration with learning the new system but we communicated this to the customers for over a year that the new version would be coming.
