The price was right, but I still haven't received my contacts. When I talked to customer service they said the computers were updating or down and they could not check on my order. I have ordered from this company and was satisfied. Now, I have no contacts and out my money I paid--not knowing if or when I will get my order.
I rarely wear contacts and have not been able to find somewhere to get just one box of 6 lenses, and at a great price too! It was super easy to order, and I got them in about a week.
I just received my contact lenses from webeyecare.com. This is the second year in a row I've ordered from this site and both times I've gotten a one-year supply of contact lenses for less than the price of a six-month supply from my eye doctor's office. Shipping was free and my lenses arrived on time.

Apparently the first Rx I sent was for glasses not contacts. WebEyeCare contacted my optometrist, but when they didn't receive an answer they sent contacts from my old expired Rx. Perhaps they could have called my optometrist (who told me they never received the inquiry). I had to get new contact Rx In person and upload it. Then it took a few weeks to get the new contacts. Apparently they were waiting for me to mail back the wrong ones ( which I did the very day I was told to). If I had known they were waiting on the return I would have told them to charge me for new ones and send them ASAP. They could have then refunded me when the old ones arrived. Miscommunication all around. WebEyeCare is normally not like this.

Easy to use website! Can upload your prescription our have even contact the doctor. Delivery time was extremely fast. No problems despite COVID. Prices are good. I shopped around before deciding. I would recommend them.

I decided to try Webeyecare again. The first time the price was really good and the contacts arrived a few weeks later. When it was time to re-order, I saw that their price jumped a lot so I went to another website. This year I decided to try Webeyecare again since their price was a little better than the other sites. A week later, I got one of those survey emails saying you should receive your in a couple of days so please respond to let us know how we did. A few days went by and nothing arrived. I called to find out when my order's status. They said that my contacts are special ordered so it would take a while and longer and they would call me back with an ETA by COB. After a couple more days, no word from them. I tried calling again but the hold time was over an hour. I sent them an email. They responded that they would let me know by COB. Of course, no response. I finally got a hold of someone on the phone. They said the order would ship in a week. A week later, I received a box. I opened the box and found a bag of four contacts. My order was for four boxes of contacts. At this point, I thinking these guys are scammers. I finally got ahold of them again and said this never happens. They re-ordered and a few more weeks later I get right order finally. While they finally got it right, it was not worth the all the effort on my part to get them to do their job right. Not matter how low their price is, I am never dealing with them again.

They shipped me the wrong prescription (their mistake) and refused to send replacements until they received the wrong order and I called multiple times to request a replacement. I'm still waiting almost a month later.

It is due to this reasoning that you were provided with a prepaid return label (1Z0Y51F60391990802) on August 6 when you advised us of the picking error. Contact Lens Eye Exam was convenient and easy to use. Service was great too! Going to get the glasses eye exam as well
Very bad service, I have never received what I ordered and when I send a claim they asked me to wait another 2 weeks to make a decision, I do not recommend

I always order my contacts from webeyecare. They're prices are great and are cheaper than my eye doctor's office. Once the website verifies your prescription after you upload it, you can choose to keep it on file in your account and the ordering process is a breeze. My contacts always arrive in less than a week.
The service is dependable and a good price. The shipment time is slower than I would like, however, I do not subscribe, but, rather order when I need lenses.
I ordered 2 boxes of contacts on June 1,2020. The box I received they sent the wrong script in my order. When I called, they said it wasn't their fault, so I ended up with the shipping charge. When they shipped the order again it was the wrong script again. When I called, said they would overnight the correct contacts but I never got them the next day. When I called again, they finally shipped the correct lenses. I got them on June 25th which is totally unacceptable.

Had to contact them several times. Last contact they promised an expedited shipment since I still had not received my contacts... still waiting for an email or anything that shows that they mailed the replacement out or any expedited service.
This was my first time ordering from this company and was not sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a better price than the usual contact website I order from and that my order shipped faster than expected. A couple of months after receiving my order, I opened a new pair of lens to find 1 single contact damaged in the package. I notified the company to see if they offer a replacement. While I didn't hear back from them directly, I was very impressed that they did send a replacement package. WebEyeCare has exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend.
I found this site to be super easy to use and I like how it gives you the re-order option with the simple click of a button. After ordering I instantly received a confirmation email which is always good especially if your not familiar with a company yet.

Answer: That my friend, is the million dollar question! For myself, and numerous others I've read on multiple different website reviews, it's going on 6+ weeks with a different $#*! A mammy story and excuse every time. Then in what I (personally, I cannot speak for others on this) take as an added insult, each excuse offered is always placing blame on someone else, never once simply admitting fault and owning their mess up.
