F350 window visors
May 16, 2020

Thought I loved them till the very first wind storm, dust / sand blows in between visor and glass on the long vertical leading edge, when the glass goes up or down makes a very nice granular noise, scoring the glass and visor.
Ditched them for AVS that does not have the vertical section that is the source of a design flaw,

I have the dark black/grey color and when they became dirty from mud and also from winter salt and snow they were not easy to clean. As a matter of fact they looked faded and dirty after a lengthy time trying to clean them. I wish I had just ordered a new set of factory mats that fit my style and model car. Sorry but they are a big fail in my book, and wasted money!

Floor mats
May 13, 2020

I hate my Weathertech floor mats. I have a manual transmission and the mats catch on the clutch petal every time I shift. I have tried several solutions none or which work.

I ordered wind deflectors ( rain guards) for my 2018 Nissan rogue sport, receiver them for a Rogue- windows didn't fit. Called customer service to return- the lady i spoke with was the most condescending rude woman I've ever encountered who deals with people as her job. Was told I could order and pay for the correct guards, and when they received my return, my account will be credited. WHAT? You won't ship correct ones when the wrong ones are returned? Basically, pay us AGAIN, then we'll credit you. I've heard good things about their products b4, thats why I chose to purchase from them in the first place. I don't have a lot of money- single mother with only part time job- it was BIG purchase and decision 2 even buy these in first place. Needless to say, im extremely disappointed and will NEVER purchase another product from Weathertech. If the chick on phone wouldn't have been so aggarant and rude, i would have considered purchasing the CORRECT set, Which by the way is what I ordered THEY are the ones the sent me the wrong thing. Never again. I'm SHOCKED at how I was spoken to. Really. Now, im paying for return shipping AND restocking fee. Makes perfect sense to me, some THEY'RE the ones who screwed up- right?

I did not purchase anything for my new vehicle from WeatherTech based on their customer service and them charging me $30 in shipping on an order that would have totaled over $300 before tax. The best they can do is 1/2 off shipping' NO THANKS.
Went with Husky and paid $100 less AND got free shipping!

I thought all of WeatherTech products would be great so I bought all the floor mats for my car. Well the front mats turn out to be pretty good, but the 2nd Row mats are the WORST. If you are thinking of getting WeatherTech, skip the 2nd row mats until they make it with more sturdy material... In less than 2 weeks, it went from new to looking like how you see it in the photos... I called them and they said before we could replace it, you'll need to bend it in the opposite direction and try to straighten it out that way first. I should have to do that in the first place. WeatherTech, please fix your product! I bought a replacement from another company that was far better quality than yours.

Major salt stains!
April 19, 2020

I own a 2019 Kia Stinger GT AWD model. I`ve just come in from giving it a major vacuuming from the winter crud clean up. I was very upset to see all the salt staining under my front seat that also surrounded my sub speaker as well. There is no back lip on the matt to stop the water or snow from going under the seat. I do not understand this cause my 2011 Chevy Cruze has the back lip or small wall that has stopped any rain, snow salt from going under that car seat for as long as I`ve had that car from new. So I`d like someone to contact me & tell me why no back lip wasn`t worked into the Kia Stinger`s floor mat design.

This is my second set of floor mats. I got a set for my 2005 Nissan Titan in 2006. They have been through hell and back and still look good. Once I had to put them under my tires to help get unstuck. They cleaned up great. My carpet still looks like bran new. Only complaint is they were kinda like plastic and my feet would slide around some. I just got a set for the front of my 2015 Kia. They fit perfectly. They look amazing and best of all they don't have that plastic feel like my old ones. They feel a bit more soft to the touch like rubber. They really have a quality feel to them. My feet feel planted. The matts are very secure and don't move around. Very happy with them. I just ordered a set for the back to match. The best floor matts I know of to protect my car from my 2 boys. Thanks Weather Tech you rock. I wish there was a place on there web site to write a comment I would love to thank them.

Don't even think about trying to do a return. Had to pay to return a gift like it's my fault. I'm sorry if I had to choose I wouldn't even used your company. The woman on the phone argued with me on why I didn't open the box and use the holder then return it. I didn't want it! Horrible. Use someone else

Good and bad
March 8, 2020

I ordered front and back floor mats and a back seat cover for my RAV 4. The mats are great but the back seat cover does not stay put and folds back since the front is not weighted or fitted. It slips everytime my 50 pound dog jumps in. The $50.00 cover l purchased in my local pet store was better made and a lot cheaper. I would rate the mats a 5 but the cover a 1 so a 3 overall

Very satisfied!
March 8, 2020

I have bought window deflectors, floor mats, and alloy bed cover for my 2018 Ford F-150. All products are top quality and fits perfectly and easy to install. I broke a window deflector while installing and offered to buy a new one because of my mistake. Contacted weathertech and they sent me new deflectors no charge. That's how you do business. I will do business with this company for anything that they provide that I need. I have passed this to friends and they are considering purchasing from weathertech. Way to go weathertech. You cannot please everyone but you have my support.

Seat covers
February 17, 2020

Bought a full set of seat covers for a brand new truck. Nothing for right. Always having to pull the cover back down on the seat. Straps ran out of Velcro nowhere near the place to match it up. Had to get small bungees and cording to get slack out and keep cover tight. Total bull$#*!. Weather tech, what a $#*!ing ripoff. Might as well bought tarps to cover the seats. Friend told me their stuff was great, fit good and all that. He must've had the only truck that was measured for their prototype.

Complete junk products
February 14, 2020

I ordered floor liners and rain gurds for both front and back of my 2017 Ford F 150 in Oct 2019. First the floor liners that are laser measured have over 3/4" play. They are really loose and sloppy fitted. The two front rain guards one broke during install. However bother fit very tight and would not let my window go up. The guard would always stop the window, this was on both sides. The rear rain guards would fall down about an inch and become floppt and rattle. This again was happening on both sides. All of the products I purchased all say made in germany not one was made in the USA as advertised. I have bought Weathertech for the last 5 vehicals i've had. I will never never buy this junk again. I was between Michigan and Texas I have to stop and yank the guards from my widowns and through them in the trash because I had it with not being able to roll my windows up.

Bought Feb 2020 and after 2 years, driver side surface area is deteriorating. Car usage is minimal cause me and my wife started working at home on April 2020. We alternate the use of our 3 cars on weekends for grocery. I expected the mat to be tougher, obviously it is not. I do NOT recommend this product.
