I ordered the floorliners for my car And received it in couple days. When I opened it, the first row flooliners were packed with plastic bag and 100% good conditions, however, the second row floorliner had a lot of scratches and dust, also no plastic bag packed, nothing. I emailed, noone answered me, I called them and they said it's normal. I said I wanna to return, they said " you have to paid the shipping fee". Such a bad customer service and bad company. I HAVE NEVER EVER BOUGHT PRODUCTS FROM THEM. NEVER!

Ordered product for 2020 Ford Expedition rear mudflap. 3 times sent box labeled correctly but product inside is not the correct product: product numbers don't match. They can't figure it out. Simple solution: pick the box, open, check product inside, only ship if a match. Gross incompetence

I ordered their custom floor liners from their website. It's been 10 days now and still have not received them so I called. That's when they tell me that they are on backorder and that it will be another week to 2 weeks before I receive my order. They are only at half capacity due to Covid. That part is completely understandable but let the customers know this before ordering so we can manage expectations. Their website doesn't mention any delays due to Covid at all.

I bought a sunshade for my 2007 Volvo C30 about a year ago and it wasn't wide enough to block the sun from the whole windshield. I phone send to complained but never got any follow up. Thinking it was a one off, I ordered one for my 2011 Corvette. It was too high to fit in the windshield. It has been 8 days and I have now followed up for the third time to get a return authorization number. If they will allow me to return it, I have to pay the shipping costs for their crappy product that is not as advertised.

Bought this bug deflector to replace a 20 y/o Toyota bug deflector. The plastic is cheap and scratches very easily. The mounting holes did not line up, I had to wallow them out with a drill. The factory bug deflector had six mounting holes, weather techs only had four. The fasteners do not tighten, they just spin like they are stripped. I will have to try and find a better fastener at the parts house. I thought I could make this crappy deflector work but now I wish I would have sent it back and got my money back minus the shipping charges. I thought weather tech had a good reputation, I would not recommend their products to anyone. I would recommend forking out a few extra bucks and buy a good quality product from the dealer.

Front liners for Frontier were adequate rear seats did not fit at all. Get out the scissors. The back liners did not even take into account the tool box built in under the seat.

Don't shop here!

Worst $200 gift certificate I ever received. Unfortunately for me they didn't have much to offer, I bought things I really didn't need just to use up my gift certificate. I was quite disgusted to see they charged 31% of my total for shipping and handling. My total was $154.75, shipping and handling was $32, Tax 11.99 Total 198.74. Just beware of the shipping cost you can go to call quadratrac for half the price in free shipping.

Ordered the cup phone for my car. Item arrived with missing pieces. Box arrived untapped. Called and was told to send back at my own expense. I said no they need to send me a free return label. They agreed but never sent the label by snail mail. Call 10 days later and spoke to Matt who was a grade A a-hole. He was rude and condescending. He emailed me the return label arguing that it takes more than 10 days for mail to arrive which is a bold faced lie. I don't like the company and will NEVER patronize this company again. How they stay in business is a mystery.

I bought 1st, 2nd and 3rd row mats for my SUV. The mats in the front fit good with no complaints. The 2nd row and 3rd row mats are completely useless. They do not fit properly causing a trip hazard for anyone getting in and out of the back seats. I have actually removed the 3rd row mats because of the problems.

I hate it when companies that lack integrity pump up "Made in the USA", then make crap products and poor return policies/customer service. Tailgate liner did not fit my F150 as claimed. I jumped through the hoops to email photos showing the lack of proper fit and have heard nothing back. I assume that because they always have a high call volume, I am not the only one with issues with their products. Husky Liner all the way from now on.

Called to confirm date of delivery and "John" advised the date is an "estimate" not the actual date of delivery. Regardless that everything I received had a specific date of delivery, John's attitude was sub standard and pathetic to say the least. He was rude and condescending and didn't bother to help in any way. I requested to cancel the order and he refused to help, stating sorry... it's already been shipped and basically said you'll get it when you get it. Well, needless to say, it's about principle and product will be returned. I'd rather spend more money somewhere else than to give a nickle to this company.

Not worth the money
June 12, 2020

I bought a new car and so I bought everything weathertech because I wanted to protect it and keep it new First of all the shipping charges are crazy, there is no tracking information available so if you order multiple item it comes all separately. The cargo liner is too big and when I go to close the hatch on my SUV, it stops because it sees an item in the way. I bought the front seat covers and the covers don't fit properly and don't cover the entire seat. In addition they don't leave a cut out for the seat controls in the cover. There is no back to the cover and the cover constantly has to be adjusted. The worst item is the door shields to protect your back doors from kids and pets. They have little tabs that slide in the window and that is the only way they hold on. My dogs knock them off each and every ride and I now have holes from their nails in my leather doors. Go to autoparts store - cheaper and you can find items that fit better and aren't so expensive. I spent over 1,000 on Weathertech junk!

I spent a decent amount of money getting car mats for two cars for Father's Day, I was worried because i had only been charged for one set and I received an email that they had been shipped. I decided to call because I was worried something went wrong with the second set. I was connected with one of their agents named Yadira and she was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. She was extremely nice and went out of her way to explain they don't charge you until they send the product out and for my other car they just needed a little more time (which it's only been like 3 days). She went out of her way to also get my address to send me my own personal catalog because I'm super interested in this company now. It's so nice and refreshing to speak to someone so kind during such a hard time with deliveries and everything else that is hard on us all right now. She even gave me her email if I get worried again and want to check in before Father's Day. I will definitely be ordering more products from them because they clearly are such a nice and hard working company. My girl Yadira needs a raise!
