I purchased rain guards and floor liner for my 2006 2500hd. 6 months the rain gaurd for the passenger side was hanging down the floor liner are too small(laser cut, better get another laser). Tried to get rain guards for our 2007 Honda pilot first try 2 came broken, had those reshipped one came broken order that again came broken, resent again, same result broken, or maybe a manufacturing problem they were missing chunks of the edge but no broken pieces in bag on last 3. My opinion JUNK. Save the hassle go to advance or auto zone get something else, also probably cheaper. O and the cup phone USELESS totally! Would add photos but it won't.

Gummy Bears
September 29, 2020

I bought front and read mats for my Tundra several years back. The one full width mat for the back seat floor is fine but the two individual mats for driver and passenger floors have always felt gummy like they didn't fully cure. I thought they would eventual dry out but to this day if you touch them there is a gooey residue that comes off on your hand. I thought WeatherTech was the premier mat company but after reading the reviews here I can see that I'm not the only one who has a problem with the brand.

I always wanted to purchase Weather Tech car matts but they were pretty pricey. Upon moving to Florida we realized we needed something to keep the sand out of the carpet. Since we always wanted to try them we thought now was the perfect time. I wish I had researched them before purchasing them. They do not fit our vehicle as described. I'm very disappointed that I spent so much money for a product that didn't hold up to their promise.

Worst experience ever
September 24, 2020

I ordered on weather tech expecting for my floor mats to come within a week... Well I waited a week And after a week I called And asked them where are my mats they said they were on back order and that I would have to wait. I then waited and two weeks later I received an email stating my card was declined and I'm wondering how that was possible. I put the order in 2 weeks prior and then I looked in my bank account and I was never charged. So I waited 2 weeks to be charged on my card which I thought was odd and I guess I spent the money I purposely took out of savings for the mats on something else because they took forever to charge me. I won't be doing business with them anymore. This was uncalled for.

Disappointing
September 24, 2020

Your product Quality Is very disappointing! Mats do not wash clean, and vent shades fall out Customer service sent many Vent shades replacements but they all fell out. Not likely to recommend or purchase again. Prices go up and quality goes down ‍

I have had these liners for around 2 yrs now and called about them the day I put them in. The passenger side does not fit to the vehicle, and I found them to be very slippery when wet. I emailed the company, they asked for pictures, I sent the pictures and the gentlemen I was connected with said that is the way they are suppose to fit. I have over an inch of gap on the passenger side which makes the liner constantly move. What happened to "made to fit"... their motto...! I would never buy from this company again, they have made it clear to me that they care nothing whether their customer is satisfied, for the price you pay they should do better. Buyer beware and don't assume that because it fits your "friend or family" vehicle that it will work for yours. They say that it is digitally measured and made to fit your vehicle, but if that were true then I wouldn't have over an inch of slippage/movement with mine. But it does explain why they don't allow for "reviews" of their products on their web site. (unless I missed that on their site)

The service techs who installed the new A/C unit were respectful, efficient and cleaned up after themselves, making sure the old units were brought to the curb and picked up. Very trustworthy and genuinely nice guys.

2 year 9 months
September 15, 2020

Approximately 2 years and 9 months ago I called to order side window rain shields for my 2018 Chevy Equinox. I kept waiting and waiting, a number of phone calls with bottom line of still in development, 2 years 9 months later. First answer was mirror on top model when moved in hit the shield. Not on the regular Equinox. Then they redesigned it and said it was too flimsy. They said they send specs over to Germany to get models made where the product is actually produced. Called today and standard answer is still in development! Unbelievable!

Without doubt, the most appalling customer service you will ever experience. Having, placed an order in July (it's now mid-Sep), and one e-mail to say my order was delayed, I have heard nothing from this company since. Called their laughably titled customer service line forty-seven times since the beginning of Sep and never once has a call be answered; they just keep you hanging on, then cut you off. And don't even bother sending an email as they don't answer messages either. The really frustrating part is that you can't even contact them to cancel the order. PLEASE do not be fooled by the relentless TV adverts; this company simply cannot deliver in a timely manner and nor do they seem to care about the customer once they have your payment details.

Customer service seems slow
September 14, 2020

I placed an order on Thursday afternoon, and I received email confirmation. A friend recommended another place to buy liners, so I checked it out. I found husky liners was 35% less, so I purchased a full set of liners from that place. I immediately responded to weather tech's email and cancelled my order the SAME day. I called as well, but they were closed less than an hour earlier. Friday morning I called to cancel the order. They said they would call it back from Fed Ex. I received the order, Saturday, the following day. Excellent, if I wanted it but I don't. I sent emails explaining that I don't want the merchandise, and I had cancelled it. They don't respond to email. Even though site says you can email or call. I have been on the phone for 20 minutes and disconnected. I'm back on the phone. After 15 minutes someone took my call. Apparently there are computer issues. They will send me RMA via email. Hopefully no issues thereafter. I wouldn't recommend this place, BUT if you want quick delivery on orders they won't disappoint. They just don't seem to be able to handle other things. Plus they are pricey. I can't talk to the quality of weather tech merchandise because I decided to get comparable liners, at a better price, better warranty and no shipping charge. However, based on my research weather tech is excellent quality just as the one I'm getting. You have to consider warranty, customer service, price...

Dash Cover Debacle!
September 5, 2020

Here's the long and short. I ordered a dash cover for a 2010 Camaro. Received the product and didn't fit properly. Checked the part number with customer service and sent photos. Part number was correct. Wrote a letter to the owner, and got crickets! I received a letter from one of the higher ups indicating that there was nothing they could do except refund my money. I told them that's great, but I need a cover that fits. Same response! I will NEVER purchase any items from Weathertech again due to this experience.

I ordered front liners for my car and received two Right hand side liners. What car has two right sides? When I contacted company they told me to repackage liners and bring them to Fedex for shipment back to them. After they receive the incorrect liners they would then send out the correct liners. I waited two weeks for the wrong liners and now I suppose I would have to wait for them to be shipped back before they would ship me the correct ones. I paid for shipping and handling so why am I now do all the shipping and handling? They didn't even apologize for the mistake. They are nearly the worst company I have dealt with in the last few years.

The phone cup holder is not worth the money at all. I am actually surprised that it would not hold up an Apple 7 with the extension option.
The application is a 2014 Toyota RAV4 with 2 cup holders. Both are in horrible positions to look at the phone even when at idle. My issue is that the extension arm was tightened to the point of breaking the wheel off where it meets the cup. It held the phone still until you touched the screen or hit the home button. It slowly sank down. I politely suggest you go back to the drawing board. For the $50 it was not at all what I expected. I wouldn't take it if you gave it to me for free as it did not work. Weathertech customer service promptly gave me an RMA.
For the RAV4 the only thing that would work besides the suction cup on the windshield would be the vent clip. But that would need some reinforcing and modifications made to the clip that hold the vent louvers.
After reading other reviews I see that others said their box was in bad condition. Mine also.

Mud flaps for truck
August 29, 2020

Spent $97.00 on Mud Flaps for my truck! They did not supply any fasteners! The box states includes 2 Mud Flaps installation instructions and hardware. When I called customer service I was told you have to use the existing hardware. So now I have to go to the dealer to get more fasteners as my truck is missing 4 fasteners already! And how many plastic fasteners are going to break when I try to remove them? Seriously thinking about returning them!

Cup phone holder
August 27, 2020

Weather Tech claims that their cup phone will fit any model. I have a 2014 Toyota Tundra SR5 with a bench seat fold down console and I had to make cup holder inserts because the biggest adapter was too small.

I got the wind deflectors for front and back windows of my vehicle. Front ones are great and they look nice, but the back ones keep drooping out of the window channel on the back ends. I've contacted weathertech by email a few times, first email they didn't respond to at all. A couple months later I sent them another email and they responded to that three weeks or so later and offered to send some two sided tape, but never really answered the question about what to do to keep them from drooping out of the window channel again. Anyway, I got the 2 sided tape today and it is so narrow and such a small amount it will barely be useful. For a company that sells 50 cent pieces of plastic for 150 bucks, I really think they should be able to afford competent customer service staff that can provide effective solutions without losing their shirts. Many Bean counters apparently on the loose in this company.

Very upset
Paid way too much for an over rated product, will discourage anyone from thinking about buying.

I have bought 3 sets of SunShades for 3 different cars: Toyota 4Runner 2013, Toyota iM 2018 and Volvo XC40 2020. Quality has diminished over the years comparing the 2013 and 2018 shades with the 2020 one. One thing they have in common: shades of small windows do not fit well, they fall down by themselves. More to say, they are shipped in a roll, the shades need like 4 months in order to stay flat, that if you do not roll them again. One more thing, I called to get one piece replaced because I received it damaged and the customer care over the phone SUCKS. For the price they charge for the products, they should be better.
