So I really wish I would have read these reviews first...pic of my daughter and her cousin/bff as a birthday gift and the pic is very difficult to see. Ads are very misleading...if you don't move it around and squint hold it just right you can't see the whole pic so it just looks like I gave my niece a pic of my daughter
I ordered this on 12/11/22 as a Christmas gift and it finally arrived on 2/2/23. I can't see the photo even with my phone. It's too late to give this as a gift and I wouldn't give it anyway. It's horrible.
Keep your money! Took way beyond the 25 days to complete and the final product was horrible & blurry, can barely see dogs who were supposed to be the final point. Reached out for a re-do, they gave me nonsense about not positioning bracelet properly. Informed that was the best video I could take due to poor quality and nothing was in its way!
Memorial of bride and dad who past away 2 months after wedding. Dad was cut out of picture which you did. Was impressed until I received my order. Will never ever order again with this company!
The picture in the necklace pendant was too close to even view. It was also not centered in the
Pendant! Customer service is absolutely horrible and i will never do business with them again!

I ordered a bracelet with a photo in it that was so ridiculously small it could scarcely be seen by the naked eye. It's a nice concept but unfortunately a very disappointing product.
I placed an order Dec 10 22 and till this day I have received nothing. My order still says unfulfilled. There is NOOOO way to contact these people I have called every number possible and countless emails with nothing in return. This is sad that people that "run" a business can't even take care of their clients. I want my money back ASAP a email and complaint has been sent to the BBB.
On 12/4/22, I purchased 2 customized bracelets for $55.92 with the agreement that I would receive my order within 25 business days and 3-5 days of shipping. It has been 33 days to be exact and I have not received any order status since an exchange with the company through INSTAGRAM (how unprofessional) on 12/19/22 stating my order was still in manufacturing after 15 days when the order was placed. This has been a complete disaster and I'm to the point where I want a refund. They have taken my money and provides nothing in return.
By the way, there is no way to contact this company and their website is useless as the order status page is a broken page. I had to leave a comment on their social media page in order to obtain a response.
DO NOT BUY!
Absolutely no ability to reach anyone on their site. "Currently busy and may take up to 15 minutes" That was two hours ago. Social media options are even worse. Tracking system seems fraudulent as well. No phone number to contact. This place sucks
My advice, Don't buy anything from this company. Totally misleading on how to see the pic, which is awful quality. I purchase three to give as Christmas gifts, but unable to give them to my family, due to the poor quality. I've emailed this company multiple times and they're no help at all. I'm not one to usually write negative reviews, but for this product and their rude customer service my suggestion is to save your $.

I cannot comment on the quality of the merchandise as it has not been received. I have written three times with no response. I will dispute the charge and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If you take a huge chance and order from them, please keep in mind there is NO customer service and if you do receive your order it will not be timely. It appears from other reviews those you made a purchase and received there order were not happy with it anyway.
Edit: Order 11/25/2021. Received 1/3/2023. It was to be a Christmas gift but I'm glad I gave something else because this was total garbage. I saw NO picture inside and yet it took 39 days to make and arrive.
From ordering several necklaces and bracelets, to getting the final product I was very disappointed with the results. The ordering process was clunky, and all my pictures were too small according to the company. I was emailed in 3 separate emails of the issues and one of the emails was missed. So when my order arrived although it stated that all 3 pieces were delivered I only received 2. When I contacted the company I was met with a person so was very argumentative and accusing.
The actual piece of art is ok. I am not able to see the image and although the instructions are there most phones do not have one singular camera anymore so there is no way to use my phone to see it.
I was buying these pieces in memorial of a passed loved one and really the extra hassle and hostile service made a difficult situation that much more stressful. I would not recommend!
I ordered the bracelet with a picture of our dog we recently lost after 15-1/2 years of loving companionship. My wife was so excited when it arrived but quickly was so very disappointed. The instructions, once you get the bracelet, is to view it through your phone. What?!?!? Trying to view it with the naked eye is very difficult, yet that isn't explained up front. And of course, the hassle free return policy does not apply to this bracelet because it is considered custom made. Very disappointed with this product & company. I wouldn't waste my money on their products.
I purchase a few items and never received them. The ads they placed mentioned a quick turn around time, but once you place the order the website send you an email stating that the turn around time is 25 business days. I waited, emailed, they responded that they are working to ship my order out and when they do, I'll receive a tracking number (no duh). I ordered April 6th and it's May 20, I never got my order. Last email stated again, they are working to get my order out and when they do I'll get a tracking... pffttt.
