The earrings were a gift for my sister and she loved them they are beautiful and sparkly. The order did take a while for delivery (3-4 weeks) but we were not disappointed, they are high quality and present very high quality.
So I'm giving this review 5/5 stars only because it took an extra MONTH to get my wife's 20th Anniversary Diamond ring and wedding bands in.
However, James did an EXCELLENT job of keeping me informed that the first ring they made did not pass Quality Assurance and so they had to make an entirely NEW Ring!
We went with the Lab Grown Diamond and it's ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!
We were compensated for the lateness of her rings with matching earrings, which was ABOVE and BEYOND what any Normal Business would have done! That's why they get 10 Stars, IMHO!

My engagement ring was purchased from MoissaniteCo using lab grown diamonds. It was a smooth experience resulting in a beautiful engagement ring, so I knew I wanted to use them again for my custom wedding ring. Craig (my customer service contact) was invaluable the first time so I reached out to him again and he was just as amazing the second time. After a few CAD renderings, I settled on the perfect choice for me and I love it. Absolutely no regrets!

I have been looking for my forever ring for so long and thought it would be a diamond. But luckily, just as I thought I had found what I was looking for, I discovered Moissanite and what a fantastic choice it has turned out to be. I have purchased two STUNNING rings from this company. The latest is my most treasured and spectacular piece, the bezel-set 3.5mm anniversary band. My problem is that I ordered the ring in just 1/4 size too large and while wearing it on my index finger, I feared it slipping off (God forbid!). Knowing that it was an ETERNITY band and that MOST/all jewelers cannot re-size these rings, I emailed Moissan. Co. Asking what, if anything could be done. Chris, from Customer Service immediately answered and directed me with return instructions. I was thrilled when today, just EIGHT DAYS LATER I received my ring, with two, tiny re-sizing beads placed inside so that it fits perfectly. That's from New Jersey to Nevada! I was so anxious to have my ring back and I expressed this to Chris. They were courteous, efficient and CHARGED ME FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING ONLY. Incredible. So if you have any doubts, forget them! These guys are creating masterpieces that you will treasure and pass along to future generations and they will back up their work so that you are 100+% satisfied. Go for it!
My fiance proposed to me almost a year ago with my beautiful cushion cut halo ring with scrollwork on the sides. I still spend probably an hour total each day just staring at it and tilting it around in the light, it's the most beautiful ring. I especially recommend it over a diamond or other gem if you have your heart set on cushion cut, because unlike radiant or round cut stones cushion is not cut to be the most sparkly. But because of moissanite's high brilliance and fire, it is still SUPER sparkly! I have a few friends who have cushion cut diamonds, and they look almost cloudy because I'm so used to how mine looks. Moissanite is definitely the way to go for girls who loves sparkle and fire! Also, it's so clear that it picks up whatever colors are surrounding me, so maroon and bright orange rooms are my favorite because it makes my ring look just slightly rose colored!
Overwhelmed! The two-tone Diana ring with a 9x7mm colorless center arrived and it is beyond stunning! We had expectations for beauty and quality, but when perfection came in a small navy blue velvet box we were so pleased. Thank you for building our ring. I absolutely LOVE my Moissanite engagement ring and I catch myself starting at it from time to time because it is so beautiful. I can't wait to add the matching wedding band to my finger in less than one week! In fact, we already have plans to add an additional band (perhaps for our one year anniversary?). Not only are the rings drop-dead gorgeous, but the customer service is amazing as well. Ashlie was so incredibly patient and answered our every question. In addition, when I mentioned that I wished the style I liked came with a bigger center stone, Chris made it happen! Got my ring yesterday, and all I can say is WOW! Just wanted to let you guys know how much I love it. I couldn't be happier with it, it is gorgeous! What is so funny is that I googled yellow princess moissanite over weekend, and betterthandiamond.com came up. I saw a ring that MoissaniteCo posted on the 25th on social media I think and when I looked closer I saw it was my exact ring, size and all. So I actually got to see it before it arrived. My husband Christopher wants to know if he gets a discount due to the ring being used for advertisement, haha. I think it is cool that you guys liked it enough to place it on the site. I was nervous as the only moissanite I'd seen was the Forever One, but the crushed ice just looked so good in the videos and I knew I'd always wonder "what if" if I didn't go for it. I'm beyond pleased because everything about this ring is STUNNING! It's a head turner, it's a jaw dropper, it's literally the most beautiful piece of jewelry ever.
I've had nothing but positive experiences with Moissanite Co. My husband and I bought our wedding rings here. I loved it so much that I came back to buy the birthstones for my two daughters. Purchasing process was super easy and I love that they include videos and photos of their products so that I see exactly what I am buying. Shipment was quick and I received my orders I. A few business days. I would highly recommend them and will definitely return.
I spent $2,489 on a custom ring from MoissaniteCo, expecting a high-quality piece based on their marketing and warranty. Unfortunately, what I received was not up to par. The Moissanite center stone had a very noticeable bowtie effect and poor light performance. The engraved setting looked unfinished, with blurry detailing and visible burs—even to the naked eye. After raising these concerns, I returned the ring, but they withheld $497.80 from my refund, calling it a "custom cancellation fee." This made no sense to me, especially since their own warranty promises jewelry will be free of visible defects. I also had a professional jeweler confirm the flaws before returning the ring. They refused to acknowledge the issues and dismissed the jeweler's input as biased, despite never offering their own formal assessment. I've filed complaints with the BBB and FTC, and initiated a dispute with my bank. I really wanted to support a smaller jeweler, but this experience left me frustrated, out nearly $500, and without a ring. Think twice before committing to a custom piece here, especially if you're relying on their return or warranty policy for protection.
We are sorry that in the end he wasn't pleased with his purchase. However we’d like to clarify a few of the details.
The custom ring was returned and thoroughly inspected by multiple GIA-trained gemologists employed by our company. All of them independently concluded that the Moissanite stone did not have a bowtie effect or any light leakage. This was a professional, fact-based evaluation—not an opinion. The ring itself showed a high-quality finish, including clean engraving and polish. We do concede that small imperfections can be seen under magnification, but this is true of all hand made jewelry.
The customer referenced an unnamed third-party jeweler (a competitor) who noted defects. However, when asked to provide a written evaluation or any supporting documentation, none was provided. Without verification, we can only consider it an informal and potentially biased opinion.
While custom orders are typically non-refundable, we made an exception in this case. We accepted the return and refunded 80% of the purchase price, withholding only the standard 20% custom order cancellation fee. This policy is part of the terms of sale agreed upon during the ordering process.
This appears to be a case where the final product did not meet the customer’s expectations—not one where the ring was defective. Nonetheless, we extended flexibility beyond our normal policy. We remain committed to transparency and stand by the quality of the ring that was delivered. And in the end, we are sorry that the ring didn't meet the customer's hopes and expectations, despite being a beautiful ring.
Update: We respectfully disagree with the claim that we don’t stand behind the quality of our jewelry. From the very first communication, we offered support and were responsive to Fabian’s concerns. Despite the ring being a custom piece made to his exact specifications—which is typically non-returnable—we agreed to buy it back and issue a partial refund. That flexibility reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction and product integrity.
We also tried to explored multiple solutions, including offering to replace the Moissanite with a lab-grown diamond. Unfortunately, all attempts to resolve the matter were declined.
I haven't made an order quite like one with MoissaniteCo before, and I'm hoping I don't have to order any other engagement rings again 🤣 but the ring shipped a day or two before its projected completion date, based off their processing times, and I was very surprised at the level of detail put into the little markings and designs below the stone's bezel, and I have no doubt it's genuine 18K gold, as my fiancée has already worried herself sick about having put the tiniest scratch on the bottom of it. It's to be expected with higher purity gold though, it's a soft metal! The stone sparkles in a way diamonds could only hope to achieve, and the ring itself is a gorgeous glimmering gold. I was surprised to be able to get such a beautiful ring at such an affordable price, but that's the benefit of moissanite, and why I came here! Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

Hello Pam, the last repair on this ring was completed about 5½ years ago. At this point, all of the Moissanites show some wear along the edges of their girdles. If the ring is being worn next to another ring, please make sure the stones are not rubbing together, as that contact can cause gradual damage.
As a general guideline, jewelry worn daily should be inspected at least once a year, ideally every six months, to ensure the prongs are secure and no stones have loosened. We’re assuming the ring hasn’t had any maintenance or inspections during the past 5.5 years.
For the service, we charged $60 to replace one Moissanite, polish and clean the ring, and tighten the remaining stones. This is a service we offer at our cost, meaning we only charge what our jewelers charge us.
