I've had nothing but positive experiences with Moissanite Co. My husband and I bought our wedding rings here. I loved it so much that I came back to buy the birthstones for my two daughters. Purchasing process was super easy and I love that they include videos and photos of their products so that I see exactly what I am buying. Shipment was quick and I received my orders I. A few business days. I would highly recommend them and will definitely return.

I spent $2,489 on a custom ring from MoissaniteCo, expecting a high-quality piece based on their marketing and warranty. Unfortunately, what I received was not up to par. The Moissanite center stone had a very noticeable bowtie effect and poor light performance. The engraved setting looked unfinished, with blurry detailing and visible burs—even to the naked eye. After raising these concerns, I returned the ring, but they withheld $497.80 from my refund, calling it a "custom cancellation fee." This made no sense to me, especially since their own warranty promises jewelry will be free of visible defects. I also had a professional jeweler confirm the flaws before returning the ring. They refused to acknowledge the issues and dismissed the jeweler's input as biased, despite never offering their own formal assessment. I've filed complaints with the BBB and FTC, and initiated a dispute with my bank. I really wanted to support a smaller jeweler, but this experience left me frustrated, out nearly $500, and without a ring. Think twice before committing to a custom piece here, especially if you're relying on their return or warranty policy for protection.

I haven't made an order quite like one with MoissaniteCo before, and I'm hoping I don't have to order any other engagement rings again 🤣 but the ring shipped a day or two before its projected completion date, based off their processing times, and I was very surprised at the level of detail put into the little markings and designs below the stone's bezel, and I have no doubt it's genuine 18K gold, as my fiancée has already worried herself sick about having put the tiniest scratch on the bottom of it. It's to be expected with higher purity gold though, it's a soft metal! The stone sparkles in a way diamonds could only hope to achieve, and the ring itself is a gorgeous glimmering gold. I was surprised to be able to get such a beautiful ring at such an affordable price, but that's the benefit of moissanite, and why I came here! Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

I was very impressed by thier at home trial rings and decided to use them for a wedding band. They did an awesome job and worked to make me happy! Very awesome company. Can't wait to order again and geta variety of bands to change out the look of my engagement ring!

Wanted to return an item within the 30 day window. After much back and forth they says no, item needed a security tag. No tag was on the item initially, it was on the main ring. They offered to resize, but the band didn't support the ring with a large stone. When I originally inquired to purchase an additional band, I was quoted almost $200 more than I was charged for the first band.
The engagement ring is beautiful, the band is cheap and thin. Company is not easy to work with, go to a local jeweler and save yourself the headache. There's not much difference in cost.
