ANOTHER UPDATE 4/18/24

I lost two stones from the enhancer over the past few months. I noticed a week ago that one of the prongs seemed a bit 'up' and the entire center stone fell out yesterday. We have spent so much money on this ring and I am absolutely disgusted at this point

I ordered a custom made wedding band to match my engagement ring. Both were suppose to be 7.5. When I received the band it was much smaller than the engagement ring causing the engagement ring to 'pop' out of the setting. I reached out to MoissaniteCo.com and they said I agreed to the custom order and CHOSE my size to be a 7. I explained that that made no sense and provided them countless emails/screenshots of my order. They actually tried blaming me and said they wouldn't resize it for free, because it was my fault. They eventually agreed to resize for free. Keep in mind, I had to pay s&h every time - 4 times at this point, with insurance based on the value of my ring/band. I received the wedding band back a few weeks ago, and it didn't feel any different then when I first received it. I took both rings to a jeweler and they confirmed my suspicions - my band was never resized. I bought a ring sizer just to make sure and sure enough, the band I ordered is still a 7.0. I've spent almost 4k and my rings still don't fit. I'm getting married in October and I refuse to spend another cent trying to get my wedding set right.

I ordered an engagement ring last week Wednesday that I fell in love with the moment I saw it plus it matched our existing bands. Now I've been planning for months for the perfect 20th anniversary gift for my beautiful wife and it wasn't easy. So in early July I decided to replace her engagement ring that had a very small diamond. Well after pricing several diamond rings I doubted being able to do that plan. I then came across this stone called moissanite and started doing some extensive research on it. I read many reviews; tons of comments and loads of videos for weeks then finally made the decision to purchase that one of many. Well, by then I thought it would be too late for me to receive August 1st and propose to my wife once again but Moissanite Co. Made it happen WONDERFUL! You should have seen the way her eyes lit up. She absolutely adores the ring as well as I. I was totally blown away when I opened it up upon arrival - I wanted to wear it myself (smile). We especially love that the prongs are made of white gold it really brings out the stone. Thanks again for making this a great buying experience and an extraordinary anniversary.
