I bought this bracelet for my daughter for Mother's Day. You can't view the picture inside... even with your camera. Customer Service was no help... They wanted me to send a video of the picture... Not doing that. I went back and forth with customer service. They refused to give me a refund. Don't buy from them

I received the wrong item last year for this. I was actually a present for my wife and they send me a picture of a different couple. Communication is terrible. It takes 2-3 weeks to get a reply unfortunately. I was really exited to see a good tuen out so that I could buy more for my daughters, sister, mom and grand parents.m but with such a bad experience, I dont know what I am going to get. Be careful spending your money on thi and expect no communication if needed.

If I had a scientific microscope I might, and I mean might, be able to see the picture in the bracelet. Customer services kept referring back to their returns and refund policy. I know it was a custom made piece that is all the company offers. Misleading product information should be an exception to your returns policy. Consumers, avoid at all costs.

This is a complete scam. I purchased this a couple months ago and it still hasn't arrived and I've email them multiple times with no response and they stole my debit card information and exploited it so I had to order a new debit card. Do not purchase. It's a complete scam. They will not refund you either.

I purchased several items from them over 2 months ago and have not received anything. I have emailed them, several times and not one responds! I am about to report them to the Business Bureau, because I think it's a SCAM!

Your company is a scam, and you should be ashamed to be associated with them. The one star reviews were too generous. You're promising a meaningful keepsake and shipping instead a bracelet anyone would be disappointed to get for a quarter. I asked for the order to be canceled within minutes of placing the order after looking up reviews. Your whole setup is designed to trap people with an inferior product, in hopes they order before finding the reviews, then falsely claiming production has started if they try and cancel. I've initiated a claim with my credit card company and I'm filing a report with the BBB. I can't overstate how disgusted I am with your company, and anyone that would choose to work there. You give snake oil salesmen a bad name.

My mother-in-law recently passed of cancer and for my husband's (and father-in-law's) first Mothers Day without her I thought this would be a beautiful trinket they could wear daily to be able to "see" her whenever they were really missing her. SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED! Though the item arrived in reasonable time I am totally unable to view either photo with naked eye OR camera (!) and, in fact, don't even know which bracelet has which photo! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE!

Poor product
April 27, 2023

I purchased 2 items from them for a friend who lost her father. One item had a round charm, the other had a heart charm. The round charm is great but the center of the heart comes out. Wear Felicity replaced it once, but the picture fell out of the second heart and they won't replace it, BUT I was offered a 25% discount on another item. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM WITH A HEART CHARM. I won't purchase from them again.

Ordered in December way before Christmas and didn't received till February. About 3 weeks after gifted, photo was lost. Don't buy from them. It's a cool idea but the product is garbage and absolutely not worth the price.

I was excited to receive pictures of my dogs. According to their ad the pictures were crystal clear. Sadly the pictures on my bracelets were hard to see. I sent a message to the owner to adjust my photo. I was informed to follow his instructions. I followed his instructions and I still could not see my dogs.Then I was instructed to put my eye directly on the picture. I followed his instructions…no change. I was also instructed to use my mobile phone to make the picture clearer. I was tired of communicating over email so I asked for their phone number. The owner informed me they didn't have a number. Long story short I'm stuck with two bracelets that are useless. Word to the wise, do not place an order with Wear Felicity The products are flawed. Moreover, the company does stand by their product. COMPANY IS A SCAM!

I'm straining the heck out of my eyes, trying to see this photo "through my camera phone". Nothing - just a blur of something. This little string with a dot of a circle is not worth the money nor stress. A nice pic frame of my late mother would've sufficed.

From bad to worse

Shipping was extremely slow. You can not see the photo in the necklace. I contacted customer service and was told to send a photo I did so then told to send another and another and another. At this point I'm done. It's not worth the hassle of dealing with them. Worst product ever.

My 16yo daughter purchased a bracelet with a photo of my mom for me, for Christmas. She ordered it on 12/5/2022 and it did not arrive until 1/23/2023. I wish that was the only issue. Less than 30 days later I noticed the photo fell out of the bracelet. No idea when it did. When I contacted the company to see if I could get another photo or if they could replace it, they said no, it was out of warranty. But they did offer me 25% off my next purchase. What a joke and expensive lesson for my daughter to make sure she researches online companies for scams like this.
