It's just a 3rd party that partners with a manufacturer very far away. It's been 6 weeks, still not shipped. Not sure if it ever will be lol

I have a similar experience about an order I placed and recieved an email about a delay and will take 25 days to be shipped. Tried the cancel within 24hrs of the order and they said it can't be done because they sent it to their processing department!? So why the delay? After 25 days I received another email stating it'll take 1-5 more days before it ships! Please don't order from here and spread the word. I will place this review in every social media platform to spread the word. Let's do our part and see this place either shut down OR just do better business. Smh

25 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIP

I placed and paid for one item. Got the confirmation email and learned then that it will take up to 25 BUSINESS DAYS to ship. I tried to cancel immediately but was told via email no cancellations or changes! Supposedly already turned over for processing. If that were the case why 5 weeks to ship? They claim to be in the Chicago area and not China! Not so sure of that. Never again will I do business with them. I wish I had done a review check before. BBB has scam reports and reviews with this ' company'.

I tried to cancel my order that was just placed and they refused. They don't tell you shipping takes over a month until AFTER they get your money. I think it is too expensive for what it is. The picture is a tad blurry but I can see it. The ornament is very pretty. I hope it lasts. I wish it was $20 or less.

Not what they advertise

Ordered a necklace with picture inside. Picture is very hard to see. It's to close so you can't see it all at one time. And the rose gold looks very cheap.
Can't exchange either. They just said it is what it is.
Would not waste your time

I purchased one of the photo bracelets as a gift for my sister for the loss of her dog. I had received one from a friend for the loss of my dog and loved it. The silver coating on my sisters bracelet is tarnishing and coming off really bad after only 4 months of having it.
I have had my bracelet for a year and this is not happening to mine so it's seems my sisters is defective. The company does not care. They say they have a 30 day warranty on all items even after explaining many times that it's defective. They still didn't care. They would rather lose a customer for life than make it right. So sad, as this bracelet meant a lot to my sister.

Absolute junk!

I ordered 3 bracelets for my friend and her sisters who lost their Mom. This took 2 months to receive and are poorly made. Here is the kicker you can't even see an image! This was the whole purpose of this gift -a memory of their dear Mom! Also, I ordered 3 and only received 2! Do not ordered from here unless you like giving your money away for free!

This is my second time having to contact customer service and they disappointed yet again. First time, wrong item shipped and they refused to fix their error. Now, that necklace charm started peeling after only a few months of wearing it. The "silver" just flakes off the metal and looks terrible. They claim it is out of warranty and can only offer 25% off. STAY FAR AWAY

Bracelet lasted a single day

I purchased I purchased one of the bracelets that you can put a picture in and you can see it when you hold it up to the light or the camera on your phone. I didn't mind that it took a few weeks for it to arrive in the mail but I did mind when hours after I put it on I noticed the picture had already fallen out or broken off of the thing on the bracelet so I basically paid $30 for a piece of string with a little metal hole on it don't purchase these they could only be worn and not damaged if you never went anywhere and sat on the couch all day. I was very very disappointed and a little pissed at the fact I spent $30 on something that didn't even last half a day.

Shows Only forehead and nose. Nothing like ads. Asked to send back to be redone. Said no refunds on custom orders regardless of it being MADE defective! I'm not trying to scam them. I WANT this item for Xmas gift.!

Surprised it didn't last

My daughter presented me with a sentimental bracelet containing a photo of my 2 grandchildren. Loved the concept and loved of the rope like bracelet. Worn the bracelet a few time and then one day I looked down and the element containing the sentimental photo was gone :( I contacted the company and they basically told me that it wasn't covered under warranty but they would give me 25% off of a new bracelet - I told them no thank you - didn't want to go through this again - customer service was great - but the overall quality is poor and would not recommend.

SCAM ALERT! ZERO STARS. Customer service is basically non-existent. At this rate they might as well have an auto reply that says sorry can't help you and here's 25% off your next purchase.
I bought my best friend/boyfriend a bracelet with a picture that is very sentimental to the both of us. This was a gift that he held very dearly and I was so excited to give him. I received the item on July 3,2023. The bracelet itself started to fall apart, but a simple extra knot was able to resolve that. We didn't mind. On 08/27/23 the glass stone with the custom picture on it fell out of the bracelet. I contacted customer service on 08/28/23 to see about having a replacement sent. No one is willing to help.
I sent a separate email to see if I could have a better response from another customer service team member and they gave me the same response as the first guy I spoke with.
All they said to me is that once beyond the 30 days from date of delivery they can no longer help me and if I wanted to reorder the item I could get 25% off.
Do your research and read the reviews!
I made the mistake of not doing so and now I'm out of pocket for a product I purchased. Considering that their advertisements are that they sell gifts which are supposed to meaningful, and with the price and time involved in getting a product from them I would have expected something of better quality that can actually last longer than a few months.
I'm very dissatisfied in their product and service. You'd might as well order from the wish app to get cheaper but same quality product. ALSO forget about speaking with a manager, as soon as I requested to speak with a supervisor over this I was ignored by the first customer service associate "Tyler" and the second guy "Michael" straight up told me "I am the manager". I don't believe it.
Again, the reviews I found all have the same issues with the stone/picture falling out and that they were also given the same responses from this so called "business".

Worst company and worst customer service ever! No one 800 number to speak to anybody only email. Would not let me cancel an order five minutes after I placed it found on different websites the same product half the price do not ever deal with this company or you will lose your money And have no communication with a manager or someone that could help you. Over priced, crappy quality and horrible customer service.

Can't cancel my order.

I was going to order a bracelet for my wife as a graduation present. I wanted to give her something to keep the memory of her Godmother alive. While I was trying to upload the picture I backed out to edit it so it would fit better. Unknown to me was that they added it to the cart. Long story short I accidentally ordered 2 and so I sent them an email asking to cancel one. They sent me an automated message essentially saying sorry but tough luck we can't do that. I sent them another email to cancel the whole order and basically got the same message. I am having to contact my bank to ask them not to authorize the transaction. They bank says that it's pending and there is nothing they can do.

Poor quality

We had the custom bracelet for just two months then the glass fell out by itself unnoticed. And they don't take responsibility for their product at all saying it's out of warranty. DO NOT BUY!

I placed my order and almost immediately regretted it after reading the reviews but it was to late the order was submitted. It took longer than expected to ship but after finally shipping arrived quickly.

You have to hold it up to light to actually see the picture. Once you do this the picture is really clear. If you do not hold it up to light you will not see anything.

I got it as a gift for my wife and she loves it. I would order one again but probably a month in advance if you're going to give it as a gift

As far as I'm concerned completely worth the purchase

I purchased for a friend for her son who died tragically in car accident. Good thing I opened first. And the lil string they attach cannot open to resize! I want a full refund! Oh and took extreme long time for delivery. Don't buy!
