I had been eyeing "wear felicity" for a VERY long time. I had planned on purchasing some for family members as well as myself. I finally had put some extra cash aside and decided to buy a necklace and bracelet for myself. I wanted to purchase for myself to see the quality before I purchased for anybody in the family. To say that I am upset and extremely disappointed is an understatement. I bought a necklace, bracelet, a bunch of charms and TWO photo pieces/charms. When they arrived, there were no "directions" on how to put the charms on. I say this because the photo one on my bracelet was literally gone the SAME DAY that I put it on my wrist. It was only AFTER that, did I realize that the charms "opened up" and snapped closed. I just slipped them over the chain as you would any regular charm. So I can only assume that maybe the MOST important part of my bracelet fell off due to opening? I don't know for sure as it's lost and have not been able to locate it and it's been a month now. I waited to write a review because not only was I devastated by the loss of that photo charm, I wanted to see how the rest held up. It would have been EXTREMELY helpful to know ahead of time about the charms opening. Well I can now 100% say that I will never buy from here again. The charms are CONSTANTLY just falling off. I've lost FIVE more and the others thankfully fell off at home where I heard them drop. I was honestly so super excited to finally get these as I think they are a really cool concept. But they are not made well at all. Not only do they fall off, but I bought 2 of the birthstone charms with the little gems inside and they BOTH broke open at different times only for me to find an open and empty charm hanging. I am not hard on my jewelry and I take care of everything I do have. For those to break JUST WEARING THEM, is utterly ridiculous and highly disappointing. I don't ever leave reviews and I feel bad for having to write this one, but I feel it's important to let others know before they spend their hard earned money on something that they also will be disappointed by. I am a single mom to four children, and I never buy anything for myself. This is something I had to save for and the first time I treated myself to something that I thought I'd have and wear for a very long time. But instead, my money is gone and I have little to show for it. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

A disaster

The picture in the bracelet is not visible. I tried to return it and they wanted a video of how I was looking at the picture and they sent instructions on how to do the video. It was ridiculous. I sent a video but it wasn't good enough for them. I asked to have someone call me but "no phone support ". Biggest scam. Stay away from this company. Needless to say they refused to refund me.

I wish I would have read the reviews on this company before making my purchase. I spent a lot of money with this company asked for two of my items to be exchanged…not even returned.just exchanged they would not do it. I purchased in the beginning of November of 2024 thinking it would be enough time for them to get to my family for Christmas gifts they arrived in January of 2025. I continually received emails that they were backed up. You can not call them which is a red flag back and forth emails very poor customer service.

Very unhappy

I ordered 2 ornaments back in December and I only received 1 almost 2 months later. They take forever to respond and won't give me a tracking number! So displeased with this! I just want to know where my order is!

Product very poor. Nothing States it is best seen by ca mm era lens. Very misleading. Customer service "I don't care attitude - it is what it is." So disappointing could not even give the gift. Would have been embarrassed. Do NOT bother to purchase, you'll be disappointed... greatly.

Horrible Experience

I placed my order on 10/30/2024 and today is 12/24/24, my item has NOT arrived.
This experience has been frustrating, because I purchased this item as a gift for my friend who has loss her sister. I thought this would be the perfect gift, but it turned out to be the worse gift ever.
I contacted customer service asking to cancel my order and return my money. They responded that because it is a custom item, it doesn't qualify for a refund.
At this point no item, no money, no gift, no NOTHING!

Incredibly disappointed …
Most other websites are very honest and transparent with their ship times and delivery dates. Not Wear Felicity. My father passed away this year, and I ordered my mom, sisters, children, and myself an ornament. They were expensive, but I wanted the first Christmas without Dad to still have Dad and be special. Like others, I ordered very early. The week before Christmas I got an email saying my order was complete but that it could take up to 5 business days for the shipment to even GO OUT! That is a week! Plus ship time! It is Christmas Eve, and I just checked my order status. It still says, "Unfulfilled". So they haven't even shipped yet. Christmas is tomorrow, and no one will have a gift to open plus the day won't include Dad like I thought it would. I'm so disappointed. I did email twice and never heard back. EXTREMELY POOR customer service!

Don't waste your money

You get it and you can't see the photo they don't do anything about it when you tell them. The gem that you look threw is smaller then a pea and they tell you that you need to look threw your camera to see it.

I recently purchased 2 bracelets and 2 key rings, a key ring and bracelet of each of the 2 pics were to be used. Just got them and the pictures are so blown out that you cannot see what it is supposed to be. I replied my dissatisfaction on the email (as stated) and you guessed it, NO COMMUNICATION back. Can someone let me know how to report them to the BBB, they have to be stopped taking peoples money for this crap.

Need a ZERO star rating for thsi one

DO NOT... REPEAT... DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! I bought 4 bracelets to give as gifts. I am SO glad I checked them before giving. Their claim of being able to see a picture through the bracelet's lens... IS A LIE! My family used to have an antique shop and, once in a while, we'd get a miniature item in that would have this lens set up. AND IT WORKED! I was amazed they've been able to do this for like 100 years now. BUT this company? Nah, nah, nah,... you can't see s**t when looking through theirs. TOTAL SCAM, FRAUDULENT, FAKE. I wrote them and told them they should be ashamed at ever putting out a product they had to know is horrible. They say because the items are customized, they can't (won't) offer a refund. I wish I'd done my due diligence and checked reviews before buying... they've had LOTS of bad reviews. I hope this review has been helpful and saves anyone reading it some money.

BUYER BEWARE! While their jewelry is not only poorly made, they also have the worst customer experience. I would highly recommend you take your money and business somewhere else.

My husband bought my a bracelet with a photo of my grandfather who passed away in it for my Birthday - after a long wait it arrived and then less than a month later the picture was gone. The charm fell out and was lost. I immediately contacted the company. No response. I contacted them again to which they responded to not contact them multiple times and they were experiencing a high volume of emails. It has been a week and a half and it's been crickets …

From reading other reviews I have little faith they have any intention to 1. Respond 2. Make it right 3. Create a better quality product.

So save your cash and buy something from someone who actually appreciates you as a customer!

Very bad company! Stay away!

I ordered my stuff on 05/10/24, and it just arrived today, so 39 days ago. Everything looks fine, but none of the charms or pendants open up in order to be attached to the bracelet. They also have rings on them that are too small to slide onto the bracelet too! What the fk am I even supposed to do with this stuff now?! They won't answer my emails either, and I can't find a good phone number for them! This company sucks!

On May 6th, a week before Mother's Day, I ordered a personalized circle photo charm with a silver bracelet. The product was shipped on May 29th, almost a month after being ordered, despite the statement on the Wear Felicity website that the item is usually shipped in 1-2 weeks after the order is placed. I received the order on June 1st, and on June 6th, just after several days of wearing it, my mom lost a charm stone with a picture of our family. We are highly dissatisfied with the quality of the charm and wouldn't recommend it for the price listed.

Terrible Quality

I bought one of the bracelets with the picture charm. First of all, the charm hangs down in a very awkward fashion, and the chain is very thin and delicate. I am afraid the charm is going to get caught on something and/or the chain is going to break. I sent a very high quality/resolution picture, but the picture inside my charm is terrible. Also, the shipping took much longer than expected. Now after the fact I'm reading horrible reviews on-line. I wish I would have done my research first. Lesson learned!

Piece of junk

I ordered four bracelets for my sisters and I. Ordered them in November and received them I December, these had a picture of my mother sitting on the beach. I wore mine three time and the stone fell out. Who knows when it happened - sent the company a email explaining what happened. Tyler told me in was past the return date and he sorry. Tyler did not even take my word of course I was telling stories. So my thoughts I would not get anything made by them and Tyler I hope you don't get to scared when my mother comes to see you!

I sent a picture and they don't tell you whether it's too big, too small, too dark to light they just printed it looked terrible. I wanted to change it and they will not stand behind their products. Avoid this company at all costs

Horrendous experience
February 1, 2024

Late arrival. Damaged item (scratch or something over one of the faces in the photo). Customer service unwilling to make it right despite me submitting photo and video evidence of the damage. I would never buy from this company again after my poor experience.
