I bought a bed from them and although it was a really good price only in a couple months it broke and the wood split I don't expect any help from them because they just sent me a derogatory letter concerning my credit that is false and I feel that this company does more damage than it does good they can't cooperate with customers that they have and they won't stop emailing me to buy more and they won't stop bothering me continuously to buy more.
I ordered something on 11/29. I contacted them and they keep giving me different delivery dates. The las date was by the end of the day today. Still NO PRODUCT delivery. I have filed with BBB. NEVER order anything from them. They are amongst the worst retailers, worse than even Wal-Mart. Shame on them!
It's been 10 days and I still have not received my package. They took a week to actual ship my order. If you know you are going to ship ground and you promise to have the package delivered in a week don't hold it for 5 days and expect it to be delivered in 2 days. I will never order from wayfair again.
Ordered a ceiling fan on a "Black Friday" deal and it was in stock. Next day it said preparing for shipping and then all of a sudden it was backordered until sometime in 2022. They offered a refund of the sale price and encouraged me to choose another fan at full price. That certainly sounds like BAIT AND SWITCH tactics since they have offered no other compensation even though they charged my credit card.
I ordered a bed over a month ago, was told twice now it was back in stock gracie told me I was third on the list to get one of 142 beds in stock, she was super nice too, real convincing. Bed has been delayed 7 times now. Lied to twice now by customer service telling me I would be FINALLY getting the bed. I was told it would be here on 10/9 and it still isn't here and I'm pretty much fed up at this point and about to call the BBB and make a formal complaint. I spoke with someone on the phone - she PROMISED me it would be here in 2 days and it still isn't here and it still says backordered. I'm livid at this point. Disgusted by this horrible experience and horrible customer service. I want my bed, Don't buy from them, it's a scam, their customer service lies to you. I explained my isseus to them and they told me to "cancel my order, take a 10% off coupon and order something else". No thanks, 10% is insulting considering the amount of lies I've been told and I certainly have no desire to ever buy from them again. BUYER BEWARE
Cheat and deceptive business practices. Hope they go out of business, like yesterday's bad news. They charge you for shipping even when you don't receive product.

Then reschedule after 2 days and guy came late and did not finished job completely and left with all trash on my driveway.

I had to return 2 items I bought. I called wayfair, they were extremely polite and efficient. They arranged for FedEx to pick up the large packages and I had my refund in 2 days. In this country we have come to expect incompetence as the norm and wayfair is definitely not the norm.
Placed an order in August, 2021 for a dining table set. Order was placed through sales rep over the phone, she checked to make sure that item was in stock, she even send me confirmation email. The set was supposed to be shipped within two weeks.
Called several times to check the status, every time different reps tell me differed reasons why item was not shipped: mismatch in pricing between their website and vendors, wrong item # description, order got stock in queue and was promised that set will be delivered in early December. Called today again was told that they simply don't have an item, now it is back ordered until February.
What a waste of time. Will never purchase through them again.
Awful communication and resolution process. Constant changes to the order with little more than a shrug from management. While the supplier is ultimately the one to blame (and they can't control that), they had no other suggestions besides spending more money.
My outdoor pre-lit Christmas trees never arrived. When I called about the order, they were looking into the matter. In the meantime, there were plenty left in stock when I contacted them regarding its whereabouts. When they went to re-order the item on the following day, the company informed me they already ran out of stock. BTW-Their supervisors are like robots... especially this young twit who calls herself a supervisor named ASHLEY) who couldn't do anything to remedy the situation. The best she was able to do was to offer me a lousy 10% coupon off my next order. WHAT MAKES THEM THINK I"M EVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN MIND YOU. What a joke especially, when I can go online and get one of their coupons for 15% off. Make certain you follow up with these idiots right away if you see your order hasn't arrived or delayed. Bought a $200 ergonomic office chair which came looking so cheap and parts literally thrown together in a CHICKEN FEED BAG FROM CHINA (see pic). They tried to give me $35 back but it wasn't worth even $100 so I returned. First customer service rep said they'd still have to take $12+ for shipping whereupon I was like uh no. Not when it's the stores error so I called back and got a different agent to help me. Bad experience that made me realize Wayfair is just a site for 3rd party sellers. No quality control.
Ordered in November, website chat woman told me it will arrive in December I cancelled on Friday. Saturday and Sunday passed, Sunday night they send me an email saying that they won't cancel it. They are so dishonest. Do not buy anything from them. They lied about the delivery date, and don't respect customer cancellation even after 2 days have passed.
Fraud company. I order couch on thanks giving deal. They made me wait 15 days and cancel my order. Garbage company with worst service possible. It was unfair and bad service from their side to made me wait all this time and cancel finally. I suppose to get it by dec 1 or get delivery date. But they cancelled on december 5 after making me wait for too long. I ordered on November 22. So it was very frustrating after waiting and getting nothing. Services represent what kind of company it is, to me it is fraud and unfair company. Does not value customers. I took insurance with item which i had to call and cancel. If they wanted to cancel they should have cancel both. What i will do with insurance without item? Worst company. Does not have basic respect for their customers.
Was double charged for a $243.75 gift item. 4 days apart my PayPal and Amex card was charged so I am now being billed $487.50 for a $243.75 item. No one wants to help! Not Wayfair or Amex.
If I could give Wayfair ZERO stars I would. I purchased some bedding on Cyber Monday (11/29) for what I thought was the good deal. When I returned to their website a few days later (12/02) to view the colors and pattern of the comforter and bedsheets I purchased I found that the price was significantly LOWER than it was only a few days prior. The original purchase price of the comforter was $204 and the price today (12/02) was $130! I emailed the company to request an adjustment and only received a response that they do not "match prices." I feel like one can only surmise that Wayfair jacked up their prices for Cyber Monday so they could take advantage of people with their "sales." I found the same items on Overstock for MUCH less. I will be returning the Wayfair trash and proceeding with my order from Overstock. I recommend avoiding any business with Wayfair. If one should find an item they have, it can likely be found distributed from another company.
I recently purchased and received a large item from Wayfair. The item was an open box item and had some defects which I found on inspection. Wayfair was quick to respond and provided resolution options.

Searched for Green Rugs, Picture shows a Green rug. Ordered and a Blue rug was sent. The description states Blue rug, but the search I put in was for Green rugs, as I have nothing in my house that is blue. I feel this was a bait and switch -- now I have to pay $20.00 out of my pocket to send it back...

This company is the worst online home retailer there is. When it was a new company their customer service was great and I practically furnished my house with their goods but now it is despicable. They have the highest rate of sending damaged goods off any retailer I have shipped with and then they don't want to give you your money back. At this point I'm pretty sure this is a company strategy to preserve profits because they have such a problem delivering items without damage. I think it's only a matter of time before a class action lawsuit exposes their scams. Do not shop here.
