I ordered my item on 10/4. I was suppose to receive it 2-3 weeks. The ‘tracking status' wasn't updated during this time to show a problem until 4 weeks. I called and emailed, received 3 different stories, it was lost, sent to the wrong carrier, or ‘I don't know what happened'. The status update finally just said ‘replacement'. Not one email or call during this 4 weeks. I've called several times since, and still, no one knows where my item is or why I haven't received. It's been 2 months! I sent a message to cancel yesterday (11/29). Now it says refund pending until they receive the return! There is nothing to return! Ive asked for immediate refund. Guess I'll call again. This is the 2nd time I've had issues with my shipments via Wayfair. They won't get a 3rd shot.
I would never place a purchase on Wayfair.com. I bought an item a couple of days ago, then the item went on sale, I called customer services and wondered if they can price match, they said they do not do price match after a sale. Also, you will have to pay a pricey shipping fee if want to return an item. When I asked about if they can give me a discount for shipping, the customer service person hung up on me. I do not know how they can attract customers with very poor customer service.
I have been waiting on my bed frame since November 4th. It was suppose to be delivered the 15th of November, but the confirmation date got changed to the 16th. That Tuesday on the 16th, I had to call and see what was the delay with the deliver and I was told the bed frame was damaged. I haven't been getting any notifications. I had to consistently call Wayfair and FedEx customer service to obtain information.
A new order was placed and I asked if the shipment can be expedited and was told theirs no way to get the package shipped sooner. A new delivery date was giving for the 22nd of November. Monday rolled around and I haven't received any notification of the package being delivered. I called Wayfair customer service again and they directed me to call FedEx. FedEx informed me that the package is in Niles, IL and due to the holiday, shipments are backed up and Friday will be the delivery date. Here it is Friday November 26 and no one can tell me when my bed frame will be delivered.
I would not recommend purchasing from this company! The wait time is ridiculously long with no accommodations. After already waiting two weeks for my package that got damaged, I couldn't get a rush order on the new shipment. Now it's almost a month since I made this purchase and I'm still sleeping on a friend's couch unaware of when I will receive my bed frame. SMFH!

I ordered a bed frame, within 10 minutes realized it was not the right kind and canceled. Was told it was not shipped and it had been rerouted.
Lo and behold 7 days later, I have it in my living room with no idea when FedEx will be here Monday. I'm now skeptical it will be scanned back in properly and if I'll ever get my refund. They debit your account immediately!
I feel as if I was forced to accept this product and the hassle they place upon the customer is appalling. Keep in mind, I was assured by 2 chat reps and a supervisor it was not going to arrive.
I did try to buy 2 times living room set from them and 2 times they extended my delivery. Than 1st time in about 6 months of extended delivery they finally canceled the order. 2 time I did order in July of 2021. Now they extended delivery on September of next year. Why they put stuff on sale if they don't have it. Avoid this company!
Wayfair refused to ship my product. I have a professional account and placed this order on October 21st. My delivery date was changed now! 4! Times. I called and pleaded that construction was waiting on this shipment. Was told they weren't "backordered" there were actually 10 in my color and make- but that the warehouse was behind. One of my calls- CS sent in a ticket explaining that construction was waiting on this product. Bumped after that. Also called and spoke with a manager on my last call. The manager called and spoke with a manager in the warehouse. They both said my product would ship out on October 23rd. That they had a truck scheduled, and my item would be on the truck guarenteed October 23. (Please pull the call log Wayfair Management). Today my acct was updated and bumped AGAIN to December 11th. Wayfair does not support or care about their professional customers or any customer for that matter.
I ordered a tv stand and one of the doors was busted. I put in for a replacement and since then I have been sent 2 but both were busted and even sent wrong color. Have been waiting quite sometime now for replacement #3. Highly disappointed & dissatisfied.
This is the worst company to order things from. If you are looking for a great place to shop, go to amazon, overstock or google the same product, don't use wayfair. They are horrible and their customer service is terrible. Melissa, a specialist would rather hang up on you then deal with return issues.
I bought a dining set january 2021 first they canceled me for Covid I was ok next they make me way 6 more months later one year wtf I was so upset calling and only listen I'm sorry that's all them I realize they were lying me cause I got this in special and they prefer been selling on regular price and not giving me my special price I got they lie saying we are out stock now they put date for March 2022 but this et they had back in order 3 times and never send me anything I need to speak with a manager and you guys should give me someone before Christmas
I was happy to get my firepit- after 3 weeks. Shipping is slow these days. Then as I am quite handy, i stareted putting it together and realized hardware was missing- not only that but the hardware supplied did not fit the badly drilled holes- some holes were too small with metal burrs causing problems and some holes were too big so even after i went the the hardware store, still I could not get them tight. NEVER AGAIN!
Ordered a shed from Wayfair, who partners w Handy. Kept sending ppl who didnt know how to assemble or asked for. Pic and said cant. 2x sent a single repairman, when told 2 person job and noted as such. (I paid $330 for assembly) Still not assembled after 6X, and 30 days. Lousy customer service both by Wayfair and Handy! This is on Wayfair Business-what a joke!
As I was helping my boyfriend build some chair WE CAME ACROSS A HUGE COACHOROACH while we were unwrapping one of the seats for my dining chair. I will be calling this FIRST THING IN THE MORNING
This company will take your money and you won't see your merchandise. Been dealing with them for over 6 months. Supposed to deliver our furniture yesterday, texted us and said they had truck issues and would be late. Received another message stating they were 20 minutes away but they never showed. Our first order we waited on for months they stated got lost on the day of delivery. So they have our money. Once again, we have no merchandise. Stop lying if you don't have the product, deliberate ambiguity. I have the screenshots of the so-called delivery that never came. I have the screenshots of the correspondence but too large to add here. I've kept all texts and audio's. Gonna be lawyering up soon and exposing your corruption soon. Buyers BEWARE!
This people literally suck at scheduling, i have talked to someone the day before and scheduled my delivery, this morning i got a text with a total different schedule time, a time i am not able to be at home for, get it together people, hire better people for scheduling.

My husband and I recently moved from a townhouse to a house. So, we were in need of more furniture. We ordered a matching loveseat and overstuffed chair in September. I was notified that it would be delivered mid to late November. Two days before it was suppose to be delivered, they canceled the order. They claimed they no longer have it stock. I'm now stuck with no furniture right before the holidays and my daughter's first birthday party. It was a complete waste of my time.
Bought a dining room set from Wayfair that had one of the chairs defective. Called for a replacement and THAT was defective as well, scratching my hardwood floors! Next ordered a couch that did NOT fit in the elevator of the building where I live. Was charged a $200 return fee for a product I NEVER wanted to return in the first place. Not only that, but when refunding me for the couch they made a mistake of $319.99 that was "accidentally" added to my account! NEVER AGAIN!

I have ordered from Wayfair before and was happy. So, I saw an item I wanted marked down because it was "open box". So I bought it. It came in a crappy box torn open. Then after opening the box I realized that the manufacturer ruined one of the canvas pictures. I was outraged when I realized that their "open box" offer was really a way for them to get rid of damaged returns. Don't fall for this! Misleading and misrepresentation. I am trying to close my account because of this and they are not cooperating. Beware of this company!
I PURCHASED OVER $2,000 WORTH OF HOME IMPROVEMENT ITEMS. ALL THE ISSUES OCCURRED DURING RETURN. I ORDERED 2 CEILING FANS AND THEY SENT THE WRONG ITEM. ON ANOTHER RETURN FOR DOOR KNOBS THEY SENT 5 SEPARATE LABELS WHEN ALL THE ITEMS WERE DELIVERED IN THE SAME BOX. THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME $42 SHIPPING FEE FOR THE RETURN. ON ANOTHER RETURN THE REFUND WAS OFF BY $33. THEY SAID IT WAS A SYSTEM GLITCH. IF YOUR GOING TO USE THIS COMPANY MAKE SURE YOU WANT THE ITEM BECAUSE THE RETURN SHIPPING FEES ARE ASTROCIOUS. UNLESS YOU EXAMINE YOUR INVOICE YOU WILL NOT BE AWARE OF THE RETURN SHIPPING COST. I WAS CHARGED $25.OO TO SEND BACK 5 ITMES ALL IN ONE BOX. HAD I KNOWN IT WOULD BE THAT MUCH I WOULD OF SOLD THEM ON EBAY.
