I spent several hundred dollars on products and paid over 100 dollars for expedited shipping. Well it didn't come, so I call and they were like oh its running late just be patient. If it doesn't get there by tomorrow we will refund it. So i waited still 1 week later nothing... I called today and no we cant refund it because its not our fault. However FedEx was not notified to pick up the Merchandise till today! They still refuse to refund my shipping costs. I will NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROMTHEM! They are a FRAUD... charging for services they do not HONOR!

Bought a bath mat on Wayfair for $100.
It arrived in the mail and isn't even worth $20. Cheap, inferior product. I applied for a return and they are attempting to charge for returned shipping. Their advertisement clearly states free shipping. Nowhere on the advertisement does it list a disclaimer on shipping via an asterisk or a hyperlink that refers the customer to another page.
Talked to Will in customer service to complain. He talked to his manager and he or she refused to waive the shipping. So, I filed a BBB report and two other reports with my state AG and another with MA where they are located. And I've needed to dispute the item with American Express.
Their customer advocacyteam has already refused to refund the shipping. They state the return shipping is listed on their return page. Uh, no. That isn't how you properly disclose shipping costs. If the item was not free shipping, the webpage for the item should not have stated it was free. This implies both ways. As stated before, there is no disclaimer or hyperlink referring the customer to their shipping page to divulge that return shipping is charged.
This is the second problem I've had with Wayfair since July. The prior was on a vanity that they didn't deliver properly 4x. The way they handled the vanity also violated the FTC's mail merchandise rule. In the end, they ended up having to give me about a 20% discount on the vanity because of how they handled the deliveries.
Won't be ordering from Wayfair again. They've lost thousands of dollars of future business from us because of this transaction.
I ordered a king size Coral Comforter for my daughter for Christmas. When I received the comforter it was Tan instead of Coral. I submitted the return on Wayfair app. My problem with this is why am I being charged a return shipping charges for their error.
I hate leaving poor reviews, but absolutely cannot help it here. I was on the fence with ordering a gaming chair, considering the stock shortages and shipping delays. As we've ordered furniture items from before, like a nightstand and DIY dresser, that were both poor quality with missing parts. However, most of what was listed on Amazon were terrible ratings of 4.4 and lower. While thy Wayfair gaming chair was a solid 4.7. So we couldn't lose, right? WRONG. Not only did it ship with two wrong parts for the chair back and an arm. But half the hardware was missing. Can't really assemble a chair with only 4 longbolts and 4 washers. We called the missing parts into Wayfair, and the replacement pack got delayed 3 times, over a 3 week period. So basically we were stuck with a half assembled gaming chair, when we should have sucked it up and took our chances with Amazon. At least they'd have been more efficient.
So I ordered a queen mattress with a metal frame so it finally came and no mattress and frame was a single not a queen so ok I called way fair and she told me she's not sure what's going on put me on hold called Logan run and lol phone been disconnected right so I asked her talk to a supervisor and put me on hold and hangs up worst place ever
I have been waiting for a delivery of a dinning set since November when it was supposed to arrive, however they keep making excuses for why they have to reschedule my delivery date which they have done at least 7 times now and today when finally I get the delivery only one box was delivered.
They are a poor excuse for a furniture store, I would stay away from purchasing any large they can only handle small items not furniture.

Horrible experience with Wayfair, customer service has bern unable to provide me when my order shopped and a date of arrival since it didn't get here on the date originally specified. Wayfair's assembly service is a scam. Do not pay the extra $$ for this service. I ordered a bed from Wayfair on Saturday. I paid for the bed and assembly service together. I was initially told the bed would be delivered that following Thursday so I scheduled the service for Friday. Then, the bed got delayed and was told the bed would be delivered that following Sunday. So I reschedule the assembly service for the following Monday morning (that was available they had) The bed did come Sunday. Early Monday morning, Wayfair charged me again for the assembly service, when I called to get it corrected the rep told me the assembly service actually was coming. After I waited 4 1/2 hours, I called customer service again and the rep told me the person was never coming and they could reschedule in 4 more days. Needless to say, I immediately requested for full refund and a credit for my time. Again, do not waste time and money with their assembly service... it is not worth it
I would avoid dealing with Wayfair. All companies make mistakes, most will take action to correct. Wayfair just lies to its customers then apologizes for lying then lies again.
I purchased about $7,000 in furniture, my living room sofas, dining table, chairs for dining table, 2 coffee tables all for my self and 2 arm-chairs as a gift for my family as a gift. All this order I made within period of 2-weeks apart. And thats where I made a biggest mistake on my life. Before I receive first order I kept ordering more and actually since first order it was a mess. I received 1/2 sofas with factory defects and I called in for return and ordered a different one instead. They never picked up the one that I had to return and never got the money back for it. Then they never delivered my coffee table and in my wayfair account said it was delivered. Then my dining chairs where delivered and left in the drive way and nobody ringed the bell or called in phone, while we have been inside home. Then dining table that originally supposed to come on 12/23 was pushed for second half of january and in backorder. Then another 2 armchairs that I ordered for different adress they messed up and impacted every single delivery. Drivers gone to my cousin's adress instead to mine for every single delivery they supposed to made and no delivery happened in time neither to my house in their first try despite everything was made clear on files in my account and I called in about 100 times to ensure they don't make the same mistake with following deliveries. Their customer servise hanged up on me after I waited 15-20 min on the phone after they put me in hold. What a poor customer service and delivery service. This is my first and very last time shopping wayfair.
I purchased the Jalene Dresser, very flimsy, the drawers look like hard cardboard, very disappointed in the quality. Don't buy.
My rug did not look anything like the photo advertised. It was very dull and not vibrant at all. I had to pay $21 to ship it back plus a $15 box which the rug came in plastic. I just purchased a rug from Lowes
I have bought from Wayfair plenty of times and this was the first time I added their assembly services.
The scheduling online sucked, it would show one time in my account and the email/text notification was different.
First assembly guy was a no show and Wayfair couldn't tell me what happened, second appointment time was scheduled for 1pm and somehow the assembly guy has 6:30 pm which was wrong.
There next available time slot was on a Sunday at 6:30 pm and less than an hour, I get an email that the professional is no longer available. Monday I spoke to a manger who waived the assembly fee and gave me $60 off and assured me that they would send someone reliable next scheduled date.
Date came and once again, last minute, I get a notice that the professional is no longer available. I was inconvenienced 4 times by them and when I called and spoke to another manager, James, he was not helpful and basically told me they use a third party and have no control over this and all they can do is just keep trying. How about you not do business with these people again.
Needless to say I hung up on James and will not buy anything from them. My dining set has been sitting since 12/4 and it is 12/17. My nephew will be assembling it.

Placed an order on 12/12, they gave me a 12/22 delivery date. Then they send me an email saying the order is delayed. I called to see what the delay was, customer service explained they had the item in-stock, however the warehouse was experiencing delays in getting the product out the door. Totally reasonable considering it's Christmas time. Two days later, produce still hasn't shipped, called back to customer service and was told their pushing to get it shipped and I should have tracking soon. Today received and email my order was cancelled, gave no reason. Called CS for the third time, was told product is not in-stock. This is bait and switch, you take someone's money for product you advertise is in stock with an estimated delivery date, when they know in face they do not have the product. I've been a loyal customer over the years and will no longer recommend them, nor will I purchase again from Wayfair.
I placed my order 1 month ago for 2 buffet table and I only experienced nothing but nightmare ever since. First, the delivery day. Their delivery system is a joke! First of 2 attempted deliveries failed because their lazy drivers dont even bother calling me or going outside of their truck to ask the security guard in our building.
Wayfair is nothing but a nightmare! Don't every buy anything from this company. I don't know why they are still in business! I shop 90% online now because it is hassle freem but with Wayfair is nothing but nigbhtmare! I ordered two tables a month ago and I only got one. First, Wayfair told me that when they processed my order, they automatically assumed that since it was for 2 tables, that is was a duplicate order. So they cancelled my 2 orders for table and only processed one without even bothering to check with me. So when I called the first supervisor, a month ago she confirmed that it was their mistake and would processed the second table. Four weeks later, I called and was told that I would be get today, December 15th! So I called today to check on my delivery, and I was told that there is no delivery, because the order was never processed or was cancelled, and that there was absolutely nothing they can do to expedite the process! I've rescheduling my house warming party waiting for this table! I have never have issues like this with Amazon, Ebay, Overtock. Wayfair is simply very incompetent!

Please help me with order # *******451. We bought Glass and mirrored console table which is not safe for our kids. Spoke with Andrea from customer relations who said wayfair can't do nothing about safety. He added that safety is not as important as 30 return policy. Someone from Wayfair executive team must step up to help me with this concern.
