If you are looking for furniture and can wait for however long it takes cuz they are unable to track stuff when its freight according to customer service lmao. I was under the impression my couches would show up a little after i moved into my new home but am still waiting for them smh. I ordered on the 23rd of DEC and its now the 10th of January. I called because the site is telling me now that my delivery is set for after the 21st of January. I will never buy from wayfair again
On January 1st 2021 we ordered a couch, that was said to be delivered March 29. On January 9 (today) we tried to cancel it because after measuring the space, we realized it won't fit as we would like it to. We called to cancel the order, and she basically said we're stuck with the couch because it's a "made to order" policy on this particular couch. From a consumer standpoint, I dont know what "made to order" means on the check out page. It should say in large letters, "non-refundable"... "cannot return this"... so that the customer knows what they're getting themselves into. We'll be hearing in 72 hours about the refund status but I have to say, we didn't order from the manufacturer, we ordered from Wayfair. After 40 minutes of sitting on a phone and getting passed from one person to the next, you should be able to issue the refund and cancel the order without any hassle (given that its only been a week since we ordered it) and without waiting to hear back from the manufacturer.
Wafair is a scam! They will only deliver part of your order and continue to schedule delivery of the missing pieces until you give up. Whats even better is that they will be happy and competent enough to schedule a pick up, but not a delivery. Stay away from wayfair!
The short version: I bought a table top 5 months ago from Wayfair.com, thinking I had purchased a whole table. Finally unpacking, I realized my mistake and tried to get a base. No longer sold by Wayfair. Gena B., the chat rep I spoke to, worked for 2 weeks to get a decision from the merchandising team, and in the end she arranged for a full refund for my table top. I was blown away by her tenacity in making this right, and I've never received such good service from a company. Especially since I contributed to the situation by not noticing the error until 5 months later. 5 Stars for Gena B.

Bought a hot tub package with 2 hot tubs for 739$ the post states that the hot tubs are 370 a piece. They only sent me one hot tub and told me they messed up by having it listed wrong. Not my problem. I paid for what they had on the website. They said they can fix it by offering me 25% off which still makes the purchase more than the listing price that they have!
I love shopping on Wayfair for my furniture! The pieces are always so tasteful and I always find pieces that look more expensive than they are. I bought a large rug for £150, with other similar rugs being £400 + from elsewhere. Really quick delivery in the UK, usually within 5 days. Lots of selection to choose from.

Bought a chair from Wayfair as a xmas present for my son. Chair was advertised with adjustable arms and a vibration feature.
The chair that came in did not have any of these features. It is a good quality chair, but I paid more for this because of the advertised features that were not present.
Contacted Wayfair and they told me they have to research this.
I tried to return this chair with no response from Wayfair. Finally I get a response that they have revised their listing on their website, but still no answer on the incorrect product they provided. This has been over 2 weeks now and despite numerous emails and "chats" with them, I still have a chair that I did not order due to the incorrect/false advertising on their part.
Beware of the listings on Wayfair. This is the 2nd time I have dealt with them and had problems due to incorrect/false information provided in the item description.
At this point there is nothing I can do. The chair I have is NOT what I ordered and they stopped responding to me concerning a return of this incorrect product.
Stay away from this company. If something goes wrong, they are nowhere to be found and will ghost you.
I purchased a Shaker wardrobe armoire and purchased the "expert" assembly from Handy. The armoire came in two boxes over a period of four days with the assembly set up for two days later. The order was placed on 12/19/21. When the man assembling the armoire arrived he showed me one of the doors had scuffs on it that would need to be colored in, not very large scuffs but some on the door. After the armoire was assembled I looked it over and tested it for stability and found that on the right side panel when looking at the armoire the rear leg was a half in shorter than the front one and caused a lot of wobbleing. I had to correct the wobbleing by placing a wedge under the leg. After complaining to Wayfair they rwefunded #168 to mw but offered no resolution to the wedge under the leg. As for as the expert assembly the contractor from Handy told me he didn't assemble furniture very often and the his primary profession was a roofer and did not know how to hang doors. Consequently one of the doors is somewhat crooked and does not close properly. I contacted Handy two days ago and asked for help with the door and as yet have not heard from them. Today is 1/4/22
You will never get your ordered item. If you ask for help from Customer Service you get pre written response's. Save time and money go somewhere else. 1/4/2022

Rarely will you receive what was pictured or described. They sell below par quality items at the highest prices.
Customer service is horrible, they call the shots and you are at there mercy.
They do not stand by their products or customers.

On Nov 24th I ordered a beautiful Kelly Clarkson bed frame for a Christmas gift. Supposed to arrive by 12/21. Never arrived. Ruined my Christmas surprise. Keep getting different dates as to when it's supposed to arrive. It's lie after lie so I cancelled it finally. The manager said she would waive the $40 return fee for me. I laughed and said " that's very nice of u considering I never received my order to begin with". WOW!
I haven't even ordered anything and I won't. The SAME EXACT dining set is listed at least three times, all with different manufacturers, different available delivery dates and different prices. I just don't trust them! And after reading these reviews, it appears I and right not to!
I have only every ordered from Wayfair one time and it will be my last! The ordering part went smoothly and my money was promptly taken from my account. From then on the experience went downhill. From the many lies told to me to the inept personnel in customer service, this experience has been an absolute nightmare! Beware of conducting any business with Wayfair!
I had a problem with a product missing some parts that were shown, but the Wayfair customer service representative was very nice and went above and beyond, to make sure I was happy with the resolution.

I needed a new sofa, as my old one had finally bit the dust. Even though I was skeptical of purchasing furniture online without being able to see or feel it first, I decided to buy from Wayfair. The sofa (sectional) I found was perfect, it matched the style, color, and vibe I was going for, and being cyber Monday, the price was right as well. To purchase this sectional, I bought a gift card online to be applied immediately on the purchase and pay the rest on my credit card. Well, Wayfair being completely inept, was not able to process the gift card purchase at all, although they had no problem taking the money from my account. Long story short, a month+ later, the gift card is still stuck in limbo, I was delivered half my sectional plus another sofa altogether, they haven't even shipped the other half of my sofa because they can't figure out the gift card issue, and on my last (100th) call with customer service, I found out that my sofa is on backorder and I will no longer be able to receive the other half at all. So in summary, Wayfair is a joke, DO NOT SPEND A DOLLAR WITH THIS COMPANY! Go to overstock.com and save the hassle.
I have used Wayfair for Years and always love their product. Fair price, beautiful and they stand behind their product.
I called wayfair directly and spoke to a Nay Molina and told her that I wanted to place the order but was worried about the large items and wanted them to deliver it all on the same day and a certificate of insurance was needed to move these items into the apt. She assured me that a fedex link will be sent so that I could coordinate the delivery dates of the large pieces. Unfortunately, it was never taken care of. I received an email stating that the sofa was being sent today. Therefore I called wayfair and wayfair called fedex to return the sofa back to the warehouse. This is absolutely terrible. There was no request put in and no one cared. The manager onshuntay was not helpful at all.
If you want your items in a timely manor shop somewhere else. I ordered a bed frame on December 20th. It is now the 29th and there is no "movement" on my package meaning it has not even been put out for shipping. No one at Wayfair can provide information they tell me to wait till January 2nd and then we can look into it further.
Nothing like babysitting a company to make sure I get my stuff.
Stick with Amazon or shop local. At least then you know when you will get your items.
We bought two items from them, a bed & vanity. Both had wrong size screws or holes to build. Went to find it on website and it's magically gone.
I ordered an outdoor rug from Wayfair. Upon receipt I was terribly disappointed. The rug was supposed to be used for my outdoor patio as shown in the picture. This rug was so small and looks bigger in the advertisement shown in first picture. It looks more like a small area rug. The advertisement picture is very misleading. I would send it back but it is such a hassle. This rug is worth no more than 10 dollars and is a waste of my money.
