I have ordered two items from Wayfare. The first item was a mailbox. They sent the wrong mailbox top that would not fit the pole.
I just ordered a bathroom medicine cabinet that arrived half opened and also the shelving was missing. I received it on May 30 and today is June 2 and I am unable to complete the install because parts are missing.
I will never order anything else from Wayfare!
And they are getting terrible reviews from me!
Ordered an outdoor matt with an "estimated delivery date." After a few days I got onto the website at 6 pm to chat with their specialist. They didn't respond until 8 am the next morning by waking me up with text after text. Waited another couple of days and finally called because after I answered back on the chat they didn't reply again. On the phone I was told that it was a holiday and that is why it was late. It isn't like they didn't know a holiday was coming and the estimated delivery time should have been factored in. That set aside it still was over a week late, not a day or two. I told them at this point I don't even want it any more. I was told that even though I still had not received it I could not cancel it. Okay, well when it does get here I want to send it back. They said I could do that but I would have to pay for shipping. I asked them what can they do because I ordered it for memorial day to finish the decorations for my porch which was now past. They said nothing. They don't do anything. No refund, no taking care of the initial shipping costs, no discount. Nothing.
So if you like to order things that may or may not be delivered that you can't return without a personal cost to you for the shipping both to you and back to the store, the Wayfare is for you.
If you want a reliable company that honors their word and has great customer service, then Wayfair is not for you.
Waited long time for delivery set up. Confirmed the 7 e mails sent to me in 2 days as well as the 4 on my phone. Waited all day for delivery. Returned 1 call from driver... no answer. Never came. New delivery date a week later. Spoke with 4 ladies in customer service. They could care less. As of to date I have no chiffrobe. I said well then I want a refund. They said go read our refund policy. PLEASE PLEASE do not purchase from this company. You will regret it
I purchased a rolling cart for my kitchen. The cart has no wheel - never had them. My husband put the cart together not knowing it was supposed to be a rolling cart. Wayfair refuses to refund my money for an item that was misadvertised, refuses to send a pickup for it (they want it returned in original packaging - it is assembled and doesn't fit back into the original packaging) and told me that if I dispute the charge, they will drag it out 60-90 days. I will never purchase from them again.
They have the WORST customer service. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! If you can even understand what they are saying, they will NOT give you your refund. Terrible experiences
On hold 20 minutes first time 25 minutes second time lost count on 3rd time but did get a human who was very helpful until he told me the price of some napkins I wanted off the Memorial day 70% sale they adveristed the sale from May 22-30 at 18.99 he quoed me a price of 46.99 informed me the ad states prices can change,,Why bother to adverise some one day and double the price the next
Ordered on Wayfair May 10 with expected delivery by the 18th. Today is the 23rd of May label was created in Canada on the 16th and nothing since. Their delivery system sucks.

Scammers! Requested a cancellation at 6 35 am Eastern, it was shipping for CA. 12 hours later they ship it saying it could not be cancelled. Total scam!
Ordered 2 couches for our RV in plenty of time for a trip, was told 5/4-7 delivery. The next week after the 7th had came and gone with no updates we were notified they would come in on the 14th the day we leave so we had no choice but to cancel the items since they were still on the west coast and they will not refund our $360 that they claim is shipping, this was not our fault this is WayUnfair not satisfying a client. Not only was the delivery date way under estimated but expecting us to receive products at our house while were on vacation? Were talking to small couches, get a life. We would have never ordered them if they would have been truthful about a window of delivery, WayUNfair I hope you enjoy the last $360 out of me cause never again. We have spent way to much $ with them to be treated like this... go out business and GO AMAZON!
I ordered an item on the 10th of may it was suppose to be delivered between the 15-18 of course no update by the 19th. I contacted the company they told me 48hrs for an update, no response again. After writing a review about how i would never shop there again a clueless rep called me to say they didn't k ow what was going on and how this was my first time ordering from them. It not my first attempt to order from them just the first time on that account. I have tried 3 times to order from them all 3 times fails. If i could give less than a star for a rating i would. Its a total joke of a company
Bought a beautiful chair for $1400. It collapsed after only 1 year. Wayfair says warranty ends after 60-90 days. They offered no support or suggestions to rectify this. $1400 and only lasted 1 year. My recommendation is buy from a reputable furniture dealer! Do NOT purchase from WAYFAIR
The PureSleep Memory Foam Mattress from WayFair that I purchased has both pros and cons. It's cool that it shapes itself to your body and helps avoid those annoying pressure points. Plus, it's got this cooling gel layer that keeps things comfy all night. But heads up, it's pretty firm, so it might not be everyone's cup of tea. And yeah, it kind of smells weird for a while longer than other mattresses I've tried. It's not half bad if you're into firm mattresses, but if you're all about that soft, plush life, you might want to keep looking.
Purchased a bed last month received half the order still waiting sent email after email nobody responded. Called today spoke to a supervisor and was told it was out of their hands. Why on Gods earth would you not ship a bed all at once. Why do we have to sleep on the floor in this day and age. Wayfair just doesn't care.

I have ordered the product that sheets nearly 2 weeks ago. It hasn't been shipped and there is no email when the item will be received. Also I have ordered some pillows which is really bad and uncomfortable. I want to return it, but Wayfair do not want to accept it back, unless I pay Shipping label which is really unacceptable I thought it was a free returns I will never ever shop on Wayfair again. I will recommend everybody to make sure they do not shop from them again thanks
I purchased napkins for $40. Online they looked super cute and clean. These napkins look dingy. Asked for a refund and they asked for $13 to ship the napkins back. It was really disappointing since I don't think I received what was described. I wish I had read other wayfair reviews prior to my purchase. Highly advise anyone to take their business elsewhere.
I ordered 2 area rugs and 1 runner and I was satisfied. I ordered some green curtains and black curtains were sent in error, I had to take a picture and upload it so the manufacturer can contact me in 2-3 days. This is the same mess the China companies do so your item or money can't be returned. I have returned things in the past and never had to upload a picture to other companies. Once this order is made right, I won't be shopping with them again.
I needed a delivery at a future date, when my lease was starting. Wayfair confirmed by phone it is possible, and their website states 30 days storage hold. When Fedex suddenly delivered items, Wayfair customer service started saying they cannot do anything and I should now solve with Fedex myself about taking it back and storing until needed date. It turned out Fedex will only hold items for 10 days and then ship back, charging the customer. Wayfair just dropped me and said they are not responsible for the third party delivery. Never buy there!
Was told if I would get their credit card I could have an interest free purchase. Never received my card and when I investigated the situation, I started a 4 hour runaround between Wayfair, Citi and Equifax. Somehow they said that my address and SS# were not correct and could not verify me. That seemed confusing since I received the safe at the my residence that I lived at for 12 years. When I asked Wayfair customer service how I could pay them in full, they said I needed to speak to Citi. I called Citi again and after another 45 minutes they ALLOWED me to pay my account in full and cancel the card that I would never have accepted if this was not an interest free card for the purchase. Avoid the Wayfair runaround HELL and by from a reputable company.
I ordered from wayfair a lot last year, I loved it for a good search engine and hight service. But everything was changed this yer. I got a damaged item which is impossible to use. Wayfair said it is not their problem anymore and I must contact the seller from 10 to 5 4 day at week by phone and ask what them for help. Another item was ordered, they charged more than $600 and said that it probably will be delivered in 2 months and I can't cancel my order because they started work on it immediately after my order submission. So, it was my last order and Im not going to work with them again
