The company has garnered mixed reviews regarding its reputation and customer service. On the positive side, customers appreciate the convenience of the app, particularly for managing parking time remotely and the overall user-friendly interface. However, numerous complaints highlight significant issues, such as overselling parking spaces, failure to provide promised shuttle services, and inadequate customer support during critical situations. Many customers express frustration over poor communication and a perceived lack of accountability from the company. This combination of convenience and customer dissatisfaction indicates a pressing need for improved service reliability and responsiveness to enhance overall customer experience.

When we showed up to park in a completely uncovered open parking lot, the attendant shouted "NO pickup trucks in my lot. I told those idiots at Way.com that I can refuse whoever I want and I told them I won't take trucks." (There was nothing in the certificate saying anything about no trucks allowed). I then had to send them my receipt from the much more expensive Park n Fly. They said they will refund me for my Way.com certificate even though I paid double for the Park n Fly. I will be surprised if I even get the refund.
When we dropped the car off we had to wait almost 45 minutes to get picked up. On the way back to the car they didn't even pick us up. I had to take an Uber back to my car. For the same price I should've just parked at the airport. Horrible experience.
They charged me and gave me a confirmation number. When I showed up to my parking spot, there was no space. I was sent to back up lots which also had no spaces. Then they wanted me to send them receipts of where I ended up having to park to prove I deserved a refund. It was absurd to reserve parking then when I am trying to make a flight to be sent all over. This company is awful.

Valets steal ypur things. Ypu MUST sign an agreemenr that if something goea missing it is NOT the fault od car parking company. I learned this AFTER my propeetu got atolen. But it is part of way serbice terms.

I left a very poor review on way.com only giving one star. When I checked out my review the star rating had increased to 3. This is a scam website, don't believe ANY of the reviews.
Made a parking reservation with Way.com, needed to contact them to add a day to our parking reservation. The only means of contact was through email, no phone number to be found. So I emailed them, and it took FOUR WEEKS to get a response, in which they said there was nothing they could do to change my reservation. Well, yes, that's because my reservation was FOUR WEEKS AGO.
I made the mistake of booking an airport parking with this company. I immediately cancelled my order via email on the same day I made the reservation and I have yet to receive a refund 3+ weeks later. Phone calls only go to voice mail and they'll NEVER call you back even if you leave a message. I've contacted chat multiple times and each time it gets me no where after repeating myself over and over. This is a SCAM. Please save yourselves your precious time and money and do not do any business with this company.
Do not use this service. I called before the reservation to change my reservation which apparently they do not allow. So I tried to cancel as per their online instructions. They did issue me a "ticket" and finally have agreed that I should receive a refund because I cancelled prior to the start of the reservation. Now they are saying that the refunds are delayed because they are backed up. I'm going to keep trying to retrieve my money but I will use a different service next time.
I booked parking at way.com. When I arrived at the lot (at Ramada hotel near Atlanta airport) there was no spot. The receptionist told me that way.com overbooked and I should call them to be relocated to another lot. Calling did not work. Nobody piked up the phone and in general their phone customer service is non-existent. Chat works but with limited time before the flight it was not an option. I ended up parking at a much more expensive place. After complain way.com refunded what I paid them (but not what I had to pay elsewhere). The original way.com order stated "Your parking reservation is secure and guarantees your parking space when made right here on way.com". My conclusion is that way.com is a scam. Do not use it!
I used Way to book parking at Payless, PHL. When I got there, I was informed that Payless has no relationship with Way and my voucher was worthless. I had to pay a much higher rate because I had to catch a flight. Way stopped responding to my emails requesting reimbursement. DO NOT USE THEM.
I made the mistake of booking with Way.com for airport parking and transportation to Philadelphia International Airport and found out the hard way that shuttle services are only "complimentary" and therefore non-refundable when they don't pick you up. I parked at Pennrose Hotel and used their shuttle service to get to the airport, but they never picked me up to get back. First the shuttle driver was stuck in traffic. Then he was at the wrong terminal. But he was circling back, so I waited. And waited. And shivered in the freezing cold, while continuing to wait. When I called him back to ask where he was, he said he was on his way back to the hotel; that he had picked up too many other passengers and that "there wouldn't have been enough room for you anyway." Really? Both Way.com and Pennrose Hotel refuse any refund for a service I paid for, but never received. Fair warning: if you don't want to be left standing at the airport in the cold for over an hour, waiting on a shuttle service that's completely inept, don't rely on Way.com or Pennrose Hotel to get you home. Or to refund you when you have to take a cab home instead and pay on top of what you already paid as part of your reservation.
I'm forced to give 1 star but I'm giving 0 stars for BOTH way.com and Wally parking. First of all, I initially signed up for a different parking company, way.com automatically changed my order and sent me a notice via email without consulting me first. AND THEN, when I get to Wally (near SeaTac International Airport in WA), the gates are blocked off with a sign that said "lot full." I assumed they took into account/included the number of reservations as well. So I parked at retail visitor parking and I walked inside to the main office and mentioned my reservation, the parking attendant cut me off and said JUST WAIT MAAM. I waited patiently and then asked 10 minutes later, "hi, I have a flight to catch. Could you just open the gate so I can park? Or point me where to go?" And she said, "you're going to have to park somewhere else. Don't you see the lot is full?" I said, "what? Park where? I made a reservation way in advance. And why didn't you tell me when I first got here." And she said, "don't worry you'll get your refund." I told her that's not the point, and I asked to speak to the manager. She said he's busy. What is the point of reservations then? The attendant and manager were not apologetic for the situation, and could care less that I had a reservation. Good thing I'm an early traveler. If I was running late, I would have missed my flight because of you all. Unbelievable. The parking attendant told me, "you better hurry up and go find parking at other lots, because EVERY lot around here is booked completely." So she knew that she was possibly sending me out there with nowhere to go, and not even a single sorry or F given. THANKS GUYS! Go to other websites, they will tell you if reservations have been overbooked. Or just arrive way earlier than usual and drive around the area to look for open lots. There are cheap lots, cheaper than this site is charging anyway. I learned for next time and will be driving around without making an online reservation. It's safe and cheaper that way. There was another family that went through the same thing, and we helped each other find parking and realized we got a better deal.
While attempting to schedule parking the website defaulted to the time and date of the transaction. Impossible to cancel, Way.com refused to refund. No more way for me. I wanted to schedule 10 days, poor business practice to not refund error.
I did and regretted it. The parking lot did not accepted my reservation and I had a hard time finding another on a holiday weekend. I ended up paying almost double and almost missed my flight. I sent a complaint to Way.com and asked for a refund of the higher price I ended up paying but I only got refunded what Way.com charged.
Will never try these guys again
I have duplicated my order and try to contact them by phone, no one answer the phone, I follow their instructions and send email to their customer service and still have not hear back from them for 2 days.
I will take care this issue with my credit company myself.
I made a reservation for parking at Nashville International airport for 10 days if parking. The cancellation policy is anytime prior to arrival. I could not find a way to cancel the reservation through the website. I phoned the number at different times of day & on different days to realize they NEVER answer the phone. They never returned one of my messages that I left. I sent multiple emails requesting to cancel the reservation - all before the date I was supposed to drop the car off. I have received zero communication from Way.com. Now my credit card company is fighting to get my refund but way.com is fighting back. I would NEVER recommend their services to anyone for any reason!
I paid for 2+ weeks of airport parking, but when returning from our trip discovered our car had been stolen. My vandalized car was recovered by the police and in addition to refusing to pay for one cent of the $1,000 in damages, the parking vendor still wants me to pay for the full two weeks of parking. The vendor asked for the police report and pictures of damage, but after I submitted that information they have ignored my request and have done nothing to refund my parking fee -- hoping, I'm sure, that I will just go away.
Way is easy to use for customers. It promises ease of implementing various tasks with amazing customisable features.
One day when I was scrolling my Facebook feeds I noticed way.com and I had a flight next day itself so I compare the prices with others and I came to know that way.com is much affordable than the others. So I booked from here and it's being More than 5months my journey with way.com is still going. Now I don't take any 2nd choices for car parking on my travels.
