Unlike some others reviewing here I had good luck and parked in a lot I had used before at a MUCH lower price. I had no problems (printed out my confirmation to present at time of payment) and I will certainly use this again. Thanks!

Price is good, costumer service SUCKS waited on the phone several times from 30 to 40 minutes, since i needed some help with my reservation and, there is no one you can talk to.

Evan with my reservation made on line with way.com, parking owner would not accept it. I ended up parking at JFK for a lot more money. We almost missed our flights and wasted 45 minutes! I would never suggest anyone to use this web site(way.com). It was the worst way to start vacation.

1) Always gets me cheapest parking option - best variety of lots. 2) all the various lots I've used have been fine. My car was still there and in one piece when I returned & shuttle was as promised. Never an issue with paying via the website when checking in/checking out of the lots. 3) site is easy to navigate. I like having map view of the various lots. 4) I like getting Way bucks (although I haven't used any yet) & they frequently send promo codes - so sign up for an account!

Absolutely horrible situation. After receiving the baggage at the JFK airport, I called the Parking Lot and was informed that the car would soon arrive. I had to call six more times afterwards since each time they told me the car is on the way, while there was no sight of car. The pick-up van arrived only after 1 hour and 5 minutes.The driver didn't even bother to open the door. Driver seat settings were changed. It all seemed suspicious to me, so i instantly checked the car's camcorder. I was terrified: The video recording shows me leaving the car at the fenced parking lot at 3:03 am.In 2 hours, at 5:04am, the parking lot employee got behind the wheel of my car and drove onto the street. He drove about 5 blocks, but after noticing the flashing police lights he turned onto the side street, parked the car, turned off the engine and disconnected the camera. There is no recording of where the car went or how it came back.The camera turns on automatically when moving, so it was definitely turned off on purpose.The next time camera was turned on only when I received it after 5 days. Such business should be deprived of the license

Book parking thru way at newark airport. But when I came parking attendant said that they don't have parking for me. It was very close to plane departure, and I needed to drive around to see if other parking is available. I had to pay twice more for last minute parking not to mention stress i had to be late for plane. Do not book they them

I went here to get cheaper parking than the economy lot at Dulles. The say "from" $3.75 per day. Wow, A Great Deal! Not so fast... for every day it is $3.75 another day is $5.75 so it comes out to $4.75 per day. Yes, still cheaper than Dulles economy lot, but I actually paid over $6/day with fees. What I am saying is check around and know that their advertised price is not going to be your final price.

Paid and booked parking. When arrived, a parking lot was overbooked. It has been a hustle to get my money back from the Way. Bad customer service...

I booked parking near the Chicaho Ohare airport through Way.com. L prepaid. When I went to park, there was no signage. I called the number they gave me, but no one answered. I then got a text that said that parking was not available. WHAT? I had to find other parking and catch a flight. Of course, I paid more. I couldn't even take advantage of the online booking and prepay rates since they required at least an hour advance booking. THEY BETTER REFUND ME!
I spoke with Way's customer service representative about a 2 inch horizontal crease in the front fender of my car while it was parked in the Ramada Inn SLC Airport lot. I told the front desk about this crease and a longer horizontal line of rubber or paint parallel to the crease.
I was told by the front desk employee that I must talk only with Way.com. Neither business will take responsibility.
Also, I returned my car over 2 days early but they have no policy for refunding money for early return. I certainly will not be using Way.com again.
Way's advertisement reports "safe" parking. There was no lighting in the area specified for airport parking. Obviously my car was not monitored or kept "safe".
Way.com is a scam so go elsewhere with your business!
Booked a legit online reservation, day before trip got email from way.com that Value Park lot full so they transferred my reservation over to Sams Parking and will take care of charges / extras.
Fine did not think anything of it until day of trip. Arrived at Sams Parking approached the front desk and no service nor help. Showed the guy reservation from way.com and guys points to sign, which read no parking spaces for way.com customers due to lot full and cannot accommodate. The guy looks at me with the you're screwed / F'd look with no care and none of my business!
Called way.com with no avail nor any attendants.
From being two hours early to now less than an hour to scramble for a parking spot, to say way.com screwed me over is taken it lightly...

The worst parking vendor in my life! Don't deal with this scam vendor. Last minute cancellation on the day of my trip that they initiated, which caused me to panic looking for another parking place.
I'm pretty sure at least a hundred people have already laid curse on this company and cussed at them.
For all that, I think that they deserve a double middle finger.
They do not honor your reviews and won't help you afterwards. They are a scam company. I called the support afterwards and they refused to help me. A refund itself was offered but they won't cover the last minute parking I had to find, let alone the risk of missing flight. AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN.
We prepaid and reserved a space at a lot at Sea Tac (SEATAC Parking Seattle Airport Parking). I showed up to park at 6am, to a difficult to find, poorly signed lot. The lot was basically part of a car repair shop. The lot was totally locked and not a single employee was present. After I called a phone number provided with the reservation, an employee called me back and told me the lot was full and that I needed to a) email Way.com for a refund; and b) go to another lot and pay to park. He tried to be helpful and basically looked on the internet for somewhere to send me. In the end the different lot cost me twice as much to park. Bottom line: don't trust Way.com and don't plan on having your reservation honored at this particular business.
I booked parking in Fort Lauderdale near the airport 30 days in advance through Way Parking. What seemed to be a great deal soon turned into a nightmare, When I arrived at the designated parking facility I was informed that they were long sold out and Way Parking was notorious for selling overbooked parking. Now I was getting nervous about my International flight so the parking attendant made a few calls and found me a spot at a nearby facility that had nothing to do with Way Parking. Price went from $ 91.00 to over $260.00. With no time to shop around I anted up. SAY NO WAY to Way Parking.

Answer: Dispute with your bank immediately, they don't give refunds eventhough their cancellation policy States full refund. It's a scam!
