The airport parking on 98th was very convenient for the 3 months I used them. But my last experience with the shuttle driver was very unpleasant. She was lazy, rude and needs to learn to drive. She wouldn't help me with my luggage, she was rude when she asked for my ticket and she was mate to pick us up. I think she was having a very bad day because as I was leaving she almost hit me head on and had the nerve to give a look. She was older Latina, heavy set and had a resting B@#ch face.
I bought a parking spot near Seattle Airport. I've got there with my family and the person in the front desk when arrived told me they did not work any longer and could not keep my car there. The person at the front desk ask me to look for another place. When I call for the refund they started to provide excuses and ask me about the receipt of the other service provider. They did not refund. The wort service ever.

Few weeks ago I book parking and no one there at the place, take place, then I was having hard time to find other parking lot, and I lost my flight too.

Checking into the lot was easy. Staff was helpful and friendly; shuttle appeared promptly and had no problem getting to BWI. The problem came when i returned a week later. I had pre-paid by credit card, but when i tried to exit the lot, the attendant in the exit booth asked me for a $68 payment. I told her i had already paid in advance! She then asked me for something to prove it (which i didn't have), and then asked me for my confirmation number. Luckily, I still had a printout of my email confirmation that i hadn't thrown out. If i hadn't had that on me, I would have been cheated out of $68, which was even way more than i had paid ($45). I do not recommend this service. SMM

I bought a parking through way.com. I had a flight on Thursday at 745 pm.
I reached the parking place well 1.5 hour in advance. I was told that parking had been overbooked. The Penrose Hotel front desk staff was horrible. They were totally non cooperative and shouting at customers. I tried to call the company helpline but there is no way you can get connected. Everything leads you to send an email to customer service. Feeling very disappointed, I made reservation in another place and rushed to airport and missed my flight. If you care for your trip then DO NOT USE WAY. COM. THEY ARE DISGUSTING. I WILL SUE THEM FOR THIS. My parents had to run with backage on the airport and they are 70+. They have severe back and health issues which were made worse by these people.

Tried to buy tickets for Long Beach Trans. Museum Express Trips. Site is so user-unfriendly, you think you are confirming but you are purchasing more tickets. After many calls, and help from my credit card co. And over $500 in wrong charges, finaly got it straightened out... I think! Would not recommend this site and would NEVER use it again.

I bought a parking through way.com. I had a flight on Saturday at 8:40 AM. I called in Friday just to make it sure and it looked so.
I reached the parking place Saturday morning at 6:30. Before leaving home at 6:00, I called them in and went to voice message. I thought It would be ok. I reached the parking place and the lot was locked and no one was there (website says 24 hours open). There were 4 phone numbers. I waited there for 50 minutes (till 7:20) and was calling all the phone numbers. The first phone went to voice message which was full. Other phone numbers also went to VM. I also called customer care at way.com and wasted 15 minutes of my time. I saw a guy stopping by and asked him. He said the parking has moved but did not know where. Feeling very disappointed, I made reservation in another place and rushed to airport. If you can PLEASE DO NOT USE WAY. COM. THEY ARE DISGUSTING. I WOULD GIVE MINUS START IF IT HAD AN OPTION.

I paid for two parking spots through way.com. At the first location, they had a sign saying that way.com had overbooked and would not be honored. At the second location, I was denied to exit with the ticket as the attendant said they no longer worked with way.com. I called way.com and spent 45 minutes talking to Dolly R (support lead for way.com) and she finally told me to pay the $50 charge and that I would be reimbursed through paypal. I paid to the garage so that I could leave, emailed the information to Dolly and NOTHING. No refund, no response. DO NOT USE!
First location was Orlando airport
Second location was Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco

I made a reservation two weeks ahead of my trip, WAY promise my spot in the hotel close to Orlando Airport. One week before the trip they moved me to the so call GOLD PARK parking, on the day of departure I got there just to learn from the lot owner that I have to contact WAY because I did not reserved with GOLD PARK. I called WAY several times without an answer. The owner of GOLD PARK told me I better go inside Orlando Airport parking and pay a sky high fee to avoid any delay or missing my trip.
Never deal with this company again even for $1.00 a day.

Great price, right? You will be parking at your own risk. What good are cameras if the staff is not watching them. Atlanta. Imagine come back from your trip and your car is GONE. GONE. The good news if there is any, my car was towed away. The tow company damaged my car and there were over a thousand dollars in fees. Thousands in damage. I received no notification from Way or the Hotel. The truth came out after the fact about the car thefts and other problems using this service. Those lots are not secure. Anybody can come and go. Anybody. Do yourself a favor, park somewhere else.

I have purchased the ticket in advance and it did not work at parking location. So i have to pay full price for it. Their customer care is so bad and no one responds to your emails.

Our car was absolutely covered in bird s***. The very aggressive and rude staff said it was nature and charged me $2 for a small bottle of water. I would not reccomend this site and I will never use it again.

They have offered to refund my money. Although it does not replace the frustration I experienced - it is probably the best attempt they could make to apologize and I accept that.
Airport staff droped my ommobile mom at hotel shuttle stop (2A). We waited for 40 mins then called hotel parking lot who said i had to go to stop (2H). My mom could not walk from A to H. This was unacceptable! Rep said there was nothing she could do. Other hotel shuttles were stopping at 2A. At the VERY least, the email should tell you where to catch the return shuttle.
I wrote them that their offer for a stay at IAH was $81 and a competitor (onestopparking.com) was $41. They responded that I needed to provide the screen page and if correct they would not only match the competitors price but also discount another 25%. I submitted those request per their instructions. They confirmed the price and offered a fee of $55. That is not only NOT a price match but neglected the additional 25% discount. They claim they can only do $25 per claim max. So much for their fraudulent claim of lowest price and price match with additional 25% discount.

I booked a parking space at Seattle Airport for $35. When I arrived, the parking lot was barricaded. On calling the provided number, the van driver told me he will be at the lot in 10-15 mins. I couldn't wait for 15 mins for him to arrive and another 10 mins to drive to airport, so I drove to airport directly and parked at terminal parking instead. After reaching out to way.com, they refused to refund me $35 even though the lot was barricaded.

Used them once in the past with no issues but this month got to the hotel, lot was full and told to park by the yellow curb and it would be fine (did not say fire zone next to the curb) otherwise would need to go somewhere else. Hotel told me way.com sells more spots than they have available and they have no way of knowing how many people are coming. After our trip had a parking ticket on the window for parking in a fire zone, couldn't get through to way.com was on hold forever. Gave up and am disputing the charge with my credit card. Ended up paying more than double the cost of parking for the ticket. Will not be using them again.

On May 24th I had a reservation thru way.com in Fort lauderdale. Once I got to the parking place the owner didn't; t want me to park my pick up truck. Now what disappoint me is when I ask the owner about the refund on my credit card he told me that since I wasn't; t able to park they will not charge my card.Ha! Surprise when I received my statement they never credited me and was charge. Now I have to dispute the charge thru my credit card and hopefully I will get my refund I really don't like dishonest people plus I almost miss my flight cause of them and of course I had to pay extra money in a different parking lot. Never again I will do business with them so beware before you make a reservation thru Way.com

Answer: Dispute with your bank immediately, they don't give refunds eventhough their cancellation policy States full refund. It's a scam!
