Yes, I used WAY.com, TOTAL RIP OFF!
I pre-paid for parking at the Hilton by Newark Airport. $75. For a week to park outdoors. I shopped around and WAY.com offered the best deal. I paid. Arrived, shuttle service was fine. Upon returning, had a little issue locating where to catch the shuttle returning to hotel. Finally got back to the hotel and proceeded to the gate with my car, I insert the ticket given to me when I first parked, and I was charged an additional $126.
Unless you pay you can't get out. I contacted way.com and was told they have nothing to do with what the hotel charged me but they would refund me me what they charged. Now, I searched around and found better rates then what I got forced into paying, and this is how WAY.com treats there customers? No WAY.com will I even patronize there services again. Basically I got bated and switched! STAY AWAY FROM WAY.com
I was turned away from my "reserved" spot near LaGuardia airport. I paid 3 times as much to park at the airport. Way.com took absolutely no responsibility after taking my money. DO NOT USE EVER. They should be out of business.

I bought my voucher online and when I got to the lot it was full and told I need to go to another lot. I had 2 hours to spare and got to the airport with just an hour to check in. If I could give mo stars I would... disappointed

I bought my online voucher. When we got to the parking lot before our scheduled time I was told that the lot was full which we couldn't understand because we were early. We called Way they sent us to another hotel Best Western where we were told they're not partnered with Way. So we almost missed our flight and had to park at the airport parking paying $50 US. I just called Way to get a refund of the $20 US and they're giving me the run around. The customer service agent is extremely rude. They want proof that I parked somewhere else before they give a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - IT'S NOT A LOT OF MONEY BUT THEY SCAM YOU. AFTER PAYING $20 TO THEM AND THEN ACTUAL PARKING OF $50 IT'S A RIP OFF. USE AIRPORT PARKING OR SPOT THEY'RE LEGIT!

All went well until we returned from our trip to pick up our car. We were then charged an additional day that we should not have been charged. The lot said we needed to resolve the problem with WAY. WAY said we needed to resolve the problem with the lot - and showed no interest in helping to resolve the problem, even though they stated the lot was in error. This poor customer service response cost WAY literally thousands of dollars in income from myself and my company over the next year. Very short-sighted decision by WAY. We'll go back to our previous provider - and have nothing further to do with WAY. It wasn't the money, it was the principal - and WAY showed no interest in providing good customer service and looking out for the best interest of their clients.

Way.com was offering spaces they don't have available. They kept changing parking locations, and finally directed me to one where they refused to honor prices and required payment at the parking lot at a little over double price.

The prices listed are not what you pay and Way.com is not transparent about the difference.
I just checked 5 listings for parking near SFO for specific dates more than a month away. These were the least expensive prices: one at $7.95 per day, two at $8.95 per day, and two at $9.95 per day. You have to add it to your bag to get your total price, which in all 5 instances were more than the posted price.
The one listed as $7.95 per day was actually $10.95/day;
One listed at $8.95 per day was actually $12.95/day and the other was $10.95/day;
One listed at $9.95 per day was actually $12.95/day and the other was $14.95/day.
Nowhere do they say the actual per-day price you are being charged: they just give you a total. You have to do the math yourself to check if the price is actually what they said it was (which they weren't in all 5 instances here). Way.com merely adds the word "From" before the price on the second page where you add the item "to your bag" to justify charging something different. I think this is very misleading. They should be more transparent and post the ACTUAL per-day price and provide an itemization of how they reach the total. Fortunately, I searched and found a different online parking booking company that actually only charges the price that they post. Wow. I would encourage you not to settle for a company that is purposefully misleading. Search out and give your business to vendors who are upfront and honest with pricing.

I use this company for parking near the Newark New Jersey airport. Prepaid them only to come back and find they didn't apply the promotion and had to pay more before I could even get out the lot. Call the company sent all receipts after a few weeks they said there was nothing they can do or will do. I will never use this them again... I'm out $25

I've booked with Way.com and they have wonderful customer service, the support team is amazing! I always research the location before booking so I know which location is the best option for my needs. As a marketplace I've never had any issues in the LA area and love their pricing!

This is not an honest company. When I arrived at the airport hotel parking lot I had booked online for $53, the lot refused me, telling me that they no longer work with Way.com. Running out of time before my flight, I quickly booked another place on Way and drove 5 miles to get there. They refused me too, telling me they also no longer work with Way. Apparently Way is selling parking spots they don't actually have and they're working very poorly with their vendors that they lease spots from. I finally found a place that accepted a Way reservation for $98. I barely made my flight, but contacted Way later, expecting them to honor the price they had originally sold me. They refused. They're operating a classic bait & switch scam, offering spaces they don't have at prices they refuse to honor. I hope there's a class action lawsuit against this company some day. Avoid these guys!

I used this company in Seattle Washington on International boulevard. My car was parked there for 18 days. When I picked up my car the passenger side of the vehicle was full of black berries on the hood, top and trunk of the car. Apparently they had parked the car under some black berry bushes the whole time. Well you can imagine my surprise when I got the car back. I had to wash the car at the carwash next door to the lot but the berry stains did not come off the paint. I had the car detailed for $125.00 and the stains were gone. I explained to the company that they need to refund me for parking or for the detailing and they stated "WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE".
What a joke! They then offer me a $10.00 credit for the next time I park with them. Again, is this a joke or what? I guess if the wanted to park your car in a stream with water flowing through the middle of it as long as it starts and they can return the car to you, "THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE".

When I was checking my total including taxes and fees was US$31.94 to park at the EZ Parking Lot close to Pearson Airport, Toronto. After the payment went through and I check the email received from them, I was charged US$34.58. The TAXES & FEES INCREASED during checkout. Which legitimate and dignified business operates in such manner? I am convinced the company is operating a scamming ring.
Be aware that taxes and fees can be any amount they choose so when they change the amount charged to your card, it is the bogus fees that they will increase.

Contract clearly states that the shuttle to and from the airport parking booked is included. I was charged for the shuttle at the point of parking (otherwise I would have been stranded) and way refuses to reimburse me / refund me the money I had to pay.

The site says you can cancel for a refund. I had car trouble the day I was supposed to fly in the afternoon, and emailed that morning to say that I had to cancel and not use the parking at Embassy Suites/BWI airport. They acknowledged the email. I was charged the full amount. They would not issue a refund, only a credit. That's not what their site says. I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income, so this is a problem for me. False advertising!

Answer: Dispute with your bank immediately, they don't give refunds eventhough their cancellation policy States full refund. It's a scam!
