Never Again

Like others I guess I got suckered into using this Website to book airport parking because of the low price. I booked back in October 2019 for parking near Orlando Airport for 10 days over the Christmas holidays. Got a confirmation, printed it out, even got a reminder from them a few days before, so thought everything was fine.
So my wife and I set off on the morning of Monday 23rd December heading for Gold Park Airport Parking. When we arrived there were at least 6 cars waiting at the entrance, so I had no choice but to stop on a busy road with my hazard lights on. Nothing appeared to be happening so my wife got out of the car only to find that the gates were locked, there was a notice saying the parking lot was full and there was nobody in the front office! All of the people in front of us also had reservations and were just as perplexed as we were. So I phoned the number for the parking lot and the first thing this guy says is "Did you book with Way.com? They do this all the time - they overbook and we just run out of spaces and can't do anything about it. You'll have to find somewhere else to park and get back to them and they will refund your money."
So we had no choice but to move on, the clock was ticking, and we did not want to miss our flight, but I'm sure you can imagine how difficult it was to find an alternative nearby especially a couple of days before Christmas. Eventually we found a place, and had no choice but to pay top $. So instead of the $34 we paid Way.com we now have paid $178!
What really kisses me off is I went back to Way.com, and they sent me a boilerplate reply (which shows me this DOES happen all the time), giving me a refund on my credit card and offering me a paltry $10 credit for a future booking!
So even if I took their measly $10, I would still be $134 out of pocket. I did go back to them saying I was not satisfied with their response and gave them 'til after the holidays to respond but they have not bothered, hence posting this review.

I have booked for about 21 days at Seatac airport and found a very good deal on this site, which has good reviews. I waited for about 1/2 hr and there was no agent at the location and decided to call way.com and they assured me they will cancel and refund my reservation. I have waited for about 2 weeks and my refund my was not coming thru, so I have disputed my charge with my credit card company and way.com just wants to evade. Shame on you way.com and your terrible company for promising me my refund and now you are trying to find a way to refuse my refund.

I sure wish I had researched the reviews for this company before buying a pre-paid parking voucher from them. I too was scammed out of $43 for parking and after calling, sending an email with a receipt, the best answer I got was "sorry to mislead and confuse you". Yeah right. Sent two more emails with no response. Last email was a congratulations and hope you have fun with my $43. Please do not use this company.

I had a very bad experience at Hilton garden inn parking and I posted a review (1 star) on way.com. Within minutes of my posting, when I scrolled down other reviews, I found that they had posted my review (exact wordings) with different person names or anonymous and gave it 5 stars and back dated to 2017/2018/2019. Then i started reading actual 500+ reviews they had for the hotel parking and found almost all are fake. They were doing the same thing, same wordings reviews multiple times back dated to previous years and posted as anonymous. I talked to them in chat and they just closed the chat window. They are fake and this is illegal practice. I will complain to BBB.

These people are thieves

I paid for two days. I stayed for 30 hours. Because I had put my leaving time at 8:30 pm and I left at 11 pm, even though I had till 4 pm of the net day, they charged me for another two days! They don't even answer the calls and if they do, they say it is not their problem and you have to call the parking. When you call the parking of course, they say you have to call way! Never use them for parking. They are bunch of crooks.

We were turned away from my "reserved and paid full" spot near SEA-TAC airport as it's full. Then, they referred us to travel to a different city, Kent to park over there. We almost missed our flight. Way.com asked us to enter the car license plate number in advance, but took absolutely no responsibility after taking our money. I should check this website first before using them. Lesson learnt. DO NOT USE this place EVER. Wonder how long it will take for them to declare out of business.

Horrible

This is a horrible company. We paid for our reservation ahead of time w them and when we got to the parking lot they wouldn't honor our reservation. We almost missed our flight and this caused a considerable amount of stress and way.com didn't seem to care at all about my situation.

When we drove to their parking garage, the attendant said way.com overbooked. There was no parking space left. We had to park our car at our cousin far away and paid twice the money for Uber. We were almost late for our flight.

Shuttle promises!
November 23, 2019

I've used way.com several times without a problem parking my car and shuttles to and from airport in Boston.
Unfortunately I mistakenly parked in another hotel parking lot and it ended in a night from hell!
Do not park or shuttle from Rodeway inn in revere, ma! Use comfort inn just up the street.
I paid to leave my car there and receive shutter service until midnight.
I called at 11:38 and they said "they needed to see where the driver was" I was called a few minutes later and was told " sorry she's on her was back and won't go back and get you"
What? I thought they said before 12?
So I had to call a cab and pay another $14
I believe I should receive a refund for the cab, even the cab driver agreed. He bailed Rodeway inn out!

Terrible, dirty and sketchy place that Rodeway inn is!
I'll be more careful next time!

Do not use way.com. They take your $ and tell you a reservation is made. You show up, and their own well reviewed parking lots don't honor 3rd party reservation "requests" when they are going to be full later in the day. You get rejected just before your plane is to leave with full family in car. I went around begging other lots to pay their window rate to take my car. Was 3X the price, and missed the flight. This is what Way.com had to say to me... that they are not a real service...

Parked at the Marriot Marina Del Rey For a trip thru Way.com. The employees were nice and helpful. I bought covered valet parking. When I returned the attendant brought my car and you could not see through the windows it was so dirty. The car was filthy. There is no way love you car was parked inside. I was smart to always keep a roll of paper towels and windex in my trunk. Also my radio station was changed to rap and 3 presets were changed. I had to have my car detailed. I informed Way and the rep asked for photos of my car to prove it! Not acceptable! I am not a liar and do not appreciate it. Why would I take photos?! Anyway I would not recommend the services of Way not the Marina Del Rey Marriot!

I purchased a parking pass to an event. Arrived at the parking garage, they looked at the confirmation I printed from way. They had no idea what it was, then was told we had to purchase a new parking pass for $20. I contacted way asap. Told them what was going on. They said I needed to email copy of my confirmation and the ticket I had to purchase. They are now $#*!ing me around on my refund. Saying "a ticket I claim I purchased ". Give me a break. I lost out on my money and I'm doing this review so other people wont get scammed.

The Way.com partner called The Rodeway Inn was too small for a large airport like Logan in Boston, Mass. I called Rodeway multiple times for a shuttle, each time I was assured that the driver was on his way. I was unaware that the hotel had only one truck to handle all requests. Bottom line, a one hour wait for the driver to arrive at the pickup zone. Unacceptable by any measure. Stay away. I will use a larger organization like Thrifty next time.

I made reservation 1 month in advance. (best pricing) We parked for 21 days. The price was the best we found. The shuttle left 5 minutes after we parked. They loaded our heavy luggage. Offered us water. Shuttle ride quick and easy. The drop off was awkward. They dropped us at domestic and told us how to walk to international. The return airport pickup was great at at international withing 10 minutes. Dropped us off at our car and unloaded luggage. They even offered to load luggage into our car. Keep a receipt in your car to exit. And keep one in luggage to remember name of parking lot.

Way was terrible! We made a reservation to park for 14 days at Airpark for 108.08, but they only paid Airpark for 13 days and a partial payment at that. So when we arrived back 1 hour late to Airpark, we were forced to pay 27.65 out of pocket(not the price of 1 hour). Leaving us out of pocket 135.73. When I tried to explain this to Way Support, that they had not actually made the correct reservation to Airpark and shorted us a day and never actually paid them the full price, they just kept citing we were out of our reserved time. We provided them with all receipts, they did not even view them.

We called Airpark directly to have them give us the exact price of everything to get all info to explain to these math-deficient, incompetent thieves, Airpark just told us that Way was the worst and that they would help us so we would not have to deal it. So we are now in LOVE with Airpark, park there if your flying out of Newark! BUT NEVER EVER USE WAY.

I purchased airport parking at an airport hotel that said that Way.Com always over confirms spaces beyond availability. I drove around for 15-20 minutes praying for a spot. Then on Friday I showed up at 102 Cone Street in Atlanta and they said they're not affiliated with Way.com and required me to pay more but i decided I'd park closer to the venue if we had to pay anyway. Still no refund... they're scamming... don't trust them.!

Waited exactly 105 minutes at Atlanta Airport for the shuttle. Local Days Inn Hotel kept telling "it is on its way." "Had to fill gas" "Will be there anytime" We were delayed and had to drive middle of the night because of their aaah! Services.

Even 1 star is too much

Even one star is too much!

I had two bad experiences one after the other - Way booking reference OGI******* and OGI*******.

The first one referred to a valet parking. This is downtown LA - building numbers are sometimes difficult to find. Anyway the GPS said I was there, but the parking lot had no valet service - there were 3 lots in the area and went into all of it to see which was the right one. Wasted about 20 -25 minutes. It turned out that the GPS was correct, only the parking spots had numbers on them and a machine, to buy ticket for your space. I did not print out my reservation, figuring I would show it to the valet person! Had to BUY the spot once more, even though I paid for it already!

The 2nd one was yesterday. I booked parking till 11:00pm at a hotel near SNA airport. Site said there is shuttle service to the airport. They neglected to mention that the shuttle stops running at 10:00pm! I had to make my own way to the hotel at my expense.

So, it is clear that Way does not save any money, it adds frustration and time to your reservation and additional money. Will NEVER use them again!
