Every time I order something from Walmart online, I swear it comes within 24 to 48 hours. I wish other companies had such a great system in place for shipping. I will continue ordering online from Walmart

I was so thrilled when Walmart opened in my neighborhood (Tacoma, WA). However, it's been a constant frustration to buy my grocery items consistently at Walmart. For six weeks in a row, I purchased Coke 12-packs that were labeled $4.18 on the shelf. Yet, the register rang it up as $4.88. Each week I told the checker, and was promised that management would be notified. I even talked to an assistant manager myself, who promised he would rectify the pricing error. Nothing has ever changed.

Items are consistently out of stock. When I've asked Walmart staff about it, they say that stocking is up to the vendors. My viewpoint is that I'm not a customer of the vendor. I'm a Walmart customer. I give my grocery money to Walmart; and they should bear the responsibility to stock consistently the items I need.

I ordered something online and had to pick it up in the store, had to walk all the way to the back to pick something that I ordered up. Way too far to walk for me. I have since not opted to order for that reason.

I'm not a Walmart shopper, only because there's not one near me, I shop at the chain that starts with a "T" when I'm discount shopping. While searching online recently, a couple of high end beauty products and perfumes that I occasionally indulge in were available on their site for much lower prices. If you look at the small print, it will say "ships from so and so", not from Walmart. In a couple of cases, I was familiar with the sites they mentioned because they are known for selling expired products or items that the companies that make the authentic products will not stand behind. Obviously, millions of people trust this store, but check out where your products really come from before you buy!

I like Walmart

Wal-Mart to is one of my favorite store... and I like shopping online and in the store.And I don't have anything bad to say about Wal-Mart ever. I like getting my home goods from then and my water. And my personal item... but I do not shop for food... I shop for food the Wal-Mart in Westerville. This Wal-Mart and in Reynoldsburg... and cancel Winchester. These are the only store I shop for food.

My absolute favorite option. I save 80% off clothing and most other products by doing the site to store option. The online selection is larger and if you keep up with clearance you can really hit some deals. I don't pay more than 3$ for pants or shorts and 2-3$ for shirts. I love it. The service is great and now I have the credit card so I even get 3% off my orders. Very pleased!

I ordered a Printer on Friday 7/14/17 with 2 day shipping. I received an email Sunday 7/16/17 that stated my order had shipped and provided a Fedex tracking number. My order was suppose to arrive on Wednesday 7/19/17. I checked my tracking number and nothing. So I checked it on Fedex.com and even on the fedex phone number and both said it was a invalid tracking number. (lie #1 it never shipped and they gave me a invalid tracking number) So I contact customer support and told them what was going on. They told me that my item was out at the warehouse but they found one in another warehouse and it was processing to ship and would ship that day. Told me to give 24-48hours for the shipping confirmation email and the updated tracking number. I never got either. (That was lie #2) Friday 7/21/17 today it was supposedly by the customer support would arrive so I never got an updated email. I contacted customer support again and they informed me that my order had gotten lost in transaction to begin with and it would have never shipped! So now I am waiting on my supposed refund. I'll update my review to 3 starts when I receive it. They said online orders take 5 buisness days to receive.

Costco is the place to go.

Walmart's website is like a poorly designed Amazon. If I go to Walmart.com I want to view items I can purchase from Walmart... Not 800 random retailers that Walmart apparently doesn't even monitor what they post. Just go to Amazon.com and save yourself tons of hassle and probably money!
