I recently placed an order via a 3rd party seller through Walmart.com. I received the wrong part and found it is nearly impossible to get a refund. The 3rd party seller (Galaxy Bang USA) and Walmart never responded to my emails so I could exchange or get a refund. This is terrible, unacceptable customer service and I will never shop at Walmart.com again.

I go to Walmart when I am in need of a lot of groceries because of the low prices. They don't have all of the grocery items that I usually buy, but the prices of the groceries they do carry are usually lower then most other stores. Furthermore, since my Walmart is a Supercenter, it's a great place to shop for my pet supplies, garden supplies, and household items. Clothes... not so much, but everything else, for sure! And, I couldn't possibly write this review without adding that the checkout gals that work at my Hall Road & Market Place Walmart in Chesterfield, Michigan are always so nice and pleasant that it's always a pleasure of shop there.

So I went into Walmart and they weren't to busy and as I walk to the back by the garden center I see 2 managers and 3 workers just sitting on the outdoor table and chairs. So I approach them looking for Venus fly traps and all 5 of them just looked at me and continued to talk about how they were all going out that night. Sad part is I had a whole cart full of stuff and due to there rudeness I will not shop at Walmart and will not have a positive thing to say about them to anyone. U have cameras why don't u watch them and see how lazy and incompatent ur people are.

My daughter and I went shopping for a television before we went to Walmart we had tried other places. With no luck. The one place that we did buy from it was damaged. So we decided to go to Walmart. Their were boxes that had been opened and returned. We thought. There must be something wrong with it, boy were we wrong. The TV is wonderful we could not be any happier, the best part is it was only $111.00 for a 32inch TV. What a great deal.

Thank goodness contents were intact--but when I went back to buy the sauce again-- no longer instock--

AND I don't like their hiring/low payment of their employees-- I used SpralMart four times in my life... been with Costco for 25 years.

Wal-Mart has come a long way in its on line delivery. A year or two ago it was a box for almost each item received over weeks coming from the parent company location. They are now committing to two day delivery. I ordered 10PM July 25 and received one big box today, July 28, from a state next door containing everything I ordered. It was fairly well packed with some filler added. Everything was received in good order! The website lets you pick from things you previously ordered which saves time. I found a few different brands of items which had better reviews than the brand I bought in the past. I did not shop at the Wal-Mart store as much as they don't have the selection that Walmart.com has.

I should have listened to my Wife and just ordered from Amazon, but instead gave Walmart a chance. Ordered my product on July 5th 2017. After 15 days I finally got an email on July 20th saying my package would arrive on July 28th 2017. Surprise, Surprise, NO Package. Went online and tracked the tracking number with USPS, and guess what it hasn't even been shipped out yet.
I am disgusted with this process and lack of communication and above all now I need to admit to my wife that she was right and I was wrong.

Moral of the story: If you need the product in the next 30 days use Amazon

As a tax payer my experience with Walmart is one of exasperation. Walmart is the worlds largest employer BUT they refuse to pay their workers a LIVING wage in spite of raking in 481.32 billion U.S. dollars this past year. So what you say? Well if you are a U.S. taxpayer the food stamps, section 8 housing, and medicaid that Walmarts underpaid employees qualify for cost U.S. taxpayers an estimated $6.2 BILLION per year! Call corporate headquarters and tell them to step up and pay their workers a living wage because you are tired of subsidizing such a fabulously profitable corporation's labor costs!

Third order with Walmart... ALL THREE WRONG! They will probably be OK in the future but now not so good. One NOTE to watch for If you order from Wal Mart and a 3rd Party fills the order you cannot return it to WalMart and you are at the discretion of the party that filled the order. Good luck with that! There is absolutely no mention of this anywhere during the ordering process. So if ordering from them please keep and print out all documents to protect yourself, otherwise you might be out of luck!

I use Wal-Mart a lot to get things my local store does not carry! I also love the online photo lab because the in-store one at my local store sucks! Walmart.com is easy to navigate and much nicer than my local store.

I've spent over $200 online orders this week and I Called customer service to add in another order with one that hadn't even processed or shipped and they wanted to make me pay for shipping when I've spent so much on orders why the heck would I want to pay extra for shipping when I can cancel my orders and just re purchase and make it harder for everyone stupid a$$ greedy company

From staff down to the shoppers you feel like you entered Zombie-land. Manners are a thing of the past at Wal-Mart. It seriously lacks class. I would rather pay more then go through those walls again. If you don't mind that type of thing this your place! Have fun and try not to get run over by a shopping cart.

My 10 year old recently ordered a bunch of video games without our knowledge on Walmart.com. I only found out when the packages began to pour in. I quickly logged on and realized he had ordered from 6 different vendors.

I went into the Walmart branch near me to return the packages I had received and to try to get them to cancel the others( He ordered over $1200). They were only able to return 2 items as everything else had been sold by "different vendors".

While I was there someone else was at the customer service desk having the same issue and was told she needed to ship it back to the vendor for a refund. I ended up losing over $100 in shipping and restocking fees.

I don't think that Walmart is doing a good job when it comes to their online stores. They are trying to be like Amazon with the varies vendors but unlike Walmart Amazon stands behind customer satisfaction!

10 years ago I ordered a backpack with wheels for my daughter. The description made me believe it was a regular size backpack but when it arrived it was a lot smaller. I called Amazon to express my disappointment and tell them I wanted to ship it back for a refund. They told me to keep it and gave me a refund anyway even though it was a separate vendor that sold it to me, not Amazon itself.

This experience has really turned me off from shopping at Walmart. If you are going to order from them make sure it's from Walmart and not one of their vendors because returns will be a hassle and it might cost you extra $$.

Wal-Mart sucks I hate that stupid $#*! store I fell on a slippery floor and broke my ankle and I had a friend with me we was doing some shopping and we was walking down a isle there had to have been a water leak in the roof because as I was walking down the isle I slipped and broke my ankle and they tried to have me arrested for breaking my ankle in there store Wal-Mart's are shady as $#*! and will do anything to get you from suing them all was Matt are the same of you get hurt in the store they will try and charge you for shop lifting and call the police I went to jail for a broken ankle in there store and they filled charges on me for slipping in there store so I say $#*! Wal-Mart they are $#*!

Having used a number of different online retailers, I would have to place Walmart in the middle-ground in terms of the overall experience in browsing the website, the competitiveness of their pricing, and the overall service being provided. I've ordered a number of their products either to be shipped to my house or to be shipped to the store. In most of these cases I received the item in a fair amount of time, or the ship-to-store feature enabled me to just show up and pick it up.

In a few particular cases I have experienced a less-than ideal experience. The first involved placing a ship-to-store order and being told it was available, only to find out that they sold the item that I had explicitly had shipped to the store on accident. There were no other ones available and there would be no more available.

In another case, I had an item that was shipped to the store damaged before I had even received it. I refused acceptance of the item and ended up buying it from another online retailer.

In the final case, I had made a pre-order which had apparently been added by mistake. As a result, my pre-order had been cancelled.
