Everytime I order from themy I have to make sure I'm home or else I'll have a TV or Xbox on my porch in original box for all to see. Other than that sometimes they will send the wrong color or some little thing like that. I just wish they had a sign on delivery option.

I'm very upset someone hacked my savings catcher account and stole my savings catcher gift card I filed a complaint and opened a case july 16 2017 well it's august 3 2017 still no response i have called and emailed them 7 times still no help all I get us the run around I was promised I would get a new gift card and new pin assigned to my account and never did I do alot of shopping with walmart because of savings catcher but after this I doubt I will be I rather go to kmart were they care about there customers I think it's ridiculous that a billion dollar company don't have better security on there websites and better customer services STAY AWAY FROM THEM STAY AWAY FROM SAVINGS CATCHER IT SEEMS TO ME IT'S A SCAM they allow people to hack your account and still your identity and money and no absolutely nothing about it I WANT MY EGIFT CARD THAT WAS STOLE FROM ME OUR I'M CALLING HEAD QUARTERS AND FILLING A FORMAL COMPLAINT THIS IS B. S

I purchased a TV from walmart.com on July 22nd with a store pick up of July 28th. On the 28th it did not arrive. On the 29th i checked online and it stated that it would still be arriving the 28th. I contacted support to ask where the item was since the website still said the day prior. They let me know there was a delay and it would be there Monday July 31st. At the end of the day July 31st I contacted support again to see what had happened, they let me know there was another delay and that it would not be arriving until August the 1st, and if for some reason it was not there by the first to contact them so they can find me a resolution. On August 1st i contacted them again to say i went to the store and was told it was still not there. So i contacted support again (very frustrated by this point) and they let me know that there was a delay and that for sure it would be there Today August 2nd between 9AM-5PM. About 6:30 i decided to contact them one more time before i decided to file a dispute with my bank on the charge, i attempted to come to a resolution today. But when i contacted support i was told that there was some other delay and that i would not be receiving the item till Friday August the 4th. And that if i wanted a refund i would have to wait until "the item arrived" to ask for a refund. I have never had such a terrible shopping experience in my life and i have never had to file a dispute on anything else before either. Worst shopping experience i have ever had.

They have put thousands of small family owned businesses out-of-business with their cheap importation business model.

Thats capitalism! We will see if consumers will WANT to "Buy American" after the Walmart effect!

Back to Amazon for me

I thought I would try ordering online from Walmart after hearing they had improv d my service. The item I received came broken. After contacting Walmart I got an email from supplier asking for a picture. In addition they were gong to contact their manufacturer to see how to handle it. I sent a picture and have yet to hear from anyone. Regardless of what happens I am back to Amazon. Had this happened with an Amazon order it would of been returned no questions asked. Glad it was only an $18 purchase. Will probably throw it in the trash and forget about it.

I bought flash drives from Walmart 7, 31, 2017. They ran the flash drives over that magnetic or demagnetizing thing by there cash register. I learn a while back that magnets ruin information on the flash drive. The flash drives I got from Walmart before to put my family pics on are having corrupt files now. That magnetic thing could b damaging the cells in flashdrives. I can't open some of my pics. It shows a pic was there, but u can't open. I think that magnet is ruining their flash drives. The few I had from another place are fine. Walmart needs to stop doing that.

I bought a 500.00 firepit table. Used it for about 2 months then put it away for next summer. This year i was crawling arounf the ground with a baby and noticed it was bent length ways NOT like in half the easy way a long skinny piece would bend. They told me to contact the place who sold it. Best choice products who also refused to help me. They REFUSED TO SELL ME A REPLACEMENT DUE TO CONTRACT WITH WALMART. Got online again was told walmart would refund me, then 3 weeks later check to see no refund, i went thru the process again and now THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME.

The tire and lube department in Mt. Pleasant, PA ruined my seats by getting grease on them and won't take care of them. They haven't even offered to replace them. Don't use the tire and lube AT ALL

A while back I ordered online from Walmart. The first part of my order was fulfilled very quickly but the other item took forever to get here. I complained to Walmart and they made it right by giving me a gift card for more than the delayed item even cost. Making it free once it finally arrived plus $2 and some change. I certainly cannot complain about that so I am very happy.

I have been very satisfied with service and products but I would caution to be careful with 3rd party sellers on Walmart. I am comfortable with products on Walmart.com that are backed by Walmart.
