Walmart on Highway 99 in Everett WA does not care or should I say their managers just don't care at all when teenagers come into the store picks up clothing and throws it on the floor stomps on it kicks it and leaves it there on the floor and then leaves the area just to go to yet another area in this store and do the same thing.
I spoke to two of the managers on two separate occasions both different guys they said yeah that happens were used to it,
WELL I'M NOT!
Because of the managers poor attitudes I choose not to shop there ever if that was the last Walmart on the planet I would shop any store but that one.
Walmart is always offering sales that everyone wants. Their delivery service is tops and they're willing to make good deals better. I was a bit disappointed when they pulled out on their single yearly priced free delivery service but was happy that they returned the cost when they left. It's minimum free delivery isn't difficult to reach since there's so many bargains so everything is fine now. I shop walmart for most all of my needs.
Yes, i like the walmart, in my house, almost goods are from walmart. Why do i like it so much? Probably, because of their customer service, when i have trouble in goods, the customer service always give me a hand, thanks.
Fast. Efficient. Get those products that are not stocked in their stores. Everything comes inmultiple shipments. I don't know how they can do it, but, it works for me.
I placed a large order for my family vacation, to pick up as we drove to the resort. Instead, when my daughter got there to get it at 8am, we learned that it had been cancelled at 1am that morning "for security reasons" DESPITE my having an email from AMEX saying the order HAD ALREADY BEEN APPROVED.
Since it was not our local store, it took hours to rebuild the order manually - and the store employees would not help, saying they were busy with their other orders. Finally a low level employee (ROGER) did help, but despite that it took many hours to fill - hours which should have been spent with family & friends on vacation.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
Living in a small town where "big brother" has oosted out all of the local business it is difficult to avoid Walmart but if I could I would. The quality of good is poor and actually Good Will has better goods in it but not groceries! I do on line a lot due to Walmart being the only place in town to shop. I go there for emergencies.

I purchased a dehumidifier online on July 1st and was guaranteed free two day delivery and it never came. The status of my order said "shipped" so I attempted to locate my order by contacting UPS. On July 12th, UPS stated that a shipping label had been created by the shipper on July 2nd but they had never scheduled a pickup. I contacted walmart.com who then stated that it had not been shipped and that they could not guarantee that it ever would and recommended I cancel my order. Upon cancelling my order I was informed that I would receive a refund via gift card for Walmart... Being the idiot that I clearly am at this point I ordered another dehumidifier and had it sent site to store and it was guaranteed to be ready for pickup on Saturday the 15th. Surprise surprise, they didn't have it. Walmart.com was very unhelpful and at this point refused to issue me a refund because the item had "shipped". I will also add that I was chastised for using horribly abusive language with the csr such as "crap" and "junk". Here it is, Tuesday July 18th and still nothing. I feel frustrated and I just want my money back. $200+ they have of my money and I have NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT! FML

I don't have to go to the store unless I want it shipped there on certain items. They are having things that are not in the stores.
I have never witnessed such terrible service! I ordered a mattress through Walmart.com and they lost it. No one wanted to admit it was lost however, even though you could track the item and see where it had arrived and departed from every hub but one. They assured me time and time again that my item would arrive on time, but that never happened. They refunded 20% for my inconvenience at first. Then they offered to cancel my order and expedite another one to me. But they wouldn't honor both concessions even though I'm the one here without a bed to lay my head. I'm still inconvenienced! Even after all that they wouldn't take my initial method of payment. So yeah. I'm done with Walmart as a whole now. I will never deal with their incompetence again!
I live in an rural location with limited options for many products. Walmart Super Stores carry a very wide variety of everyday consumables. Their prices generally meet or beat local competitors. Items can be ordered and paid for in advance online, and can be picked up at a specific store location. I visit a superstore one or two times a month, and have found that certin days of the week are better for quicker shopping and that earlier in the day shopping will always be quicker at checkout as "checkers" are not as busy.
Most convenient place to get what I'm looking for. Low prices and has everything I need in one place.
July 4 2017 i put 185.00 on my card to pay a bill. After it was paid i was left with $1.65. Here it is july 15 2017 i went and put 20$ on my card for Google play and something told me to check my card -57.13 is what its says for food at walmart. I called my card. The ar # and walmart.com to find out why this happen. They cant tell me anything but some had to get my card and use it. Nope. I have a 6yr old and 1 yr old. They are very smart but to order food and hide it from me i think not. I have to wait for them email. Im so done with walmart
