Walmart's products are without a doubt the best deal. Their customer service side is badly slaking. In store, it is impossible to get help and when one finds a sales clerk it is mostly with a feeling of bothering them. Check out is pretty good.

I was told that as of Jan 2017, WM has allowed other vendors to sell on their website. I ordered 2 items to choose 1 of. I tried returning it to the store and was told to call the company that mailed it.
I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the customer service, or lack of, that I received from Walmart regarding an online order. Be forewarned that portions of your order may be subcontracted out to other vendors. One of those vendors did not properly fill part of my order. When I contacted Walmart. Com I was told that I had to contact the vendor, Bargains N More. Unable to reach that vendor by phone, I sent an email. I was asked if I wanted a refund or the proper item shipped. I immediately responded, asking how long it would take for the new item to arrive and... NO response. When I contacted Walmart.com to inform them, I was told that it would take two business days for someone farther up the chain at Walmart to look into this problem. Given that I ordered from WALMART and not from a subcontracted vendor, when and how did it become MY, the CUSTOMER'S responsibility to correct this error? I am contacting my credit card company and stopping payment on that portion of my order.
I'm really not a fan of shopping but going to Walmart online, finding what I want, having it shipped to my door is the way to go. It's fast and easy. Shop from your home and forget the hassle of dealing with rude shoppers.
I find their stores to have the best selection among the available options. The attendants are also very helpful and professional. Thank you very much, and I will continue buying from them
They have everything you need at a good price, but sometimes some of their products are expensive. They get you in the door by attracting you by some deals, but then you find other things a little priced up... but I guess they need to make money somehow

I shop at Walmart a lot. They have great prices and cheaper than other stores. The 2 day shipping is terrible! I never get anything on time it's always late arriving. I prefer they go back to the shipping pass it was better and more reliable.
One to two registers open at busiest time of day, no customer service, treats its customers like criminals when they leave by asking to see your receipt even when you have a shopping cart full of bags and you came directly from a register. Not like it used to be when they APPRECIATED your business.

When they changed to free two day delivery I thought for sure there is no way. No annual fee and two day delivery for Walmart products. And some are less expensive than in the store. Need I say more?
I bought through the Wally world website. Apparently the order is being filled by a 3rd party. It's taken over 2 weeks and it still hasn't shipped. Very disappointing that they can't ship in less than 2 weeks. Won't be using walmart.com again! Not worth the pennies I saved.
Hate shopping at Walmart. Overcrowded with smelly merchandise, produce is not cold, store is dark and smelly. Kids running everywhere. No customer service on the floor. Out of flyer items. Long waits at cashiers. Dirty bathrooms. Dirty parking lot and shopping carts. I comparison shop and a lot of their sale items are more than at their competit or - advertising leads customers to believe Walmarts prices are the lowest when in fact they are not.
Wanted to order a supplement from a website. They were out of stock. Found same item on Walmart.com for less money and free shipping. Only thing that would have made it better is if I could have bought it off of Walmart shelf, but seems it is an online only product. Still happy to get it.
Mail service or store pick up is very good but they still need to work on items showing up higher priced than what is advertised in the stores. I have to make it a habit to check my receipt before leaving the store so that I do not have to make a return trip to get my money back.
We placed an order through a phone operator and were told product would arrive in a few days. Walmart took the money from our bank, We were excited about our purchase. Then we got an email that said our order was cancelled. I called and was put on hold again and again and told to reorder it but my money would take seven to ten days to come back. Also they could not be sure since I was a first time Walmart.com customer that it would not happen again. Do they think I just want them holding large amounts of monies for days on end. I spoke to Pamela in corporate out of Texas who was rude and no help. We decided we would never use Walmart again. We have spent thousands there but would rather give our money to a company with better customer service. I would not buy a can of cat food from Walmart. Stressful and horrible experience. DO NOT USE EVER!
