I bought Xbox Live cards on Walmart.com as Christmas gifts last year for my children. I have emailed & called customer service(several times) asking for the cards to be activated and each time they told me they would take care of the problem. 6onths later I finally asked for a refund because it was obvious they were not going to help me. Now Walmart is telling me they're not going to activate cards & I should blame Microsoft. It's Walmart's responsibility to activate the cards they sell. Stop passing the blame Walmart & own up to your mistake! Not only have they taken my money but they've disappointed 2 children.

The worst of the worst
December 11, 2018

Ordered a ps4 game, it was through a third party on Walmart.com. I requested the order be canceled, received a email from the seller that the order was canceled. Then I see the money have been taken from my account for the order. I have no product. Contacted seller and they tell me they are waiting to hear from Walmart about refund, and then contacted Walmart.com and I am told to contact the seller. Tracking numbers does not even exist that is listed on the order. Then Walmart.com sends me an email with a return label but I have no dam product to return. All i want is my money back. I have no product so I am just suppose to give them the free money?...I think not. I will never ever order anything from Walmart.com....I would rather order from Amazon and Ebay.

Bought a Black web speakers and got the extended warranty from Walmart two years warranty they will not stand behind this because they said when you buy the warranty from them you don't get the warranty from the company that sold the product to walmart bunch of bull never have I bought a product and not get the warranty that comes from who made it very bad walmart never again will I purchase a extended warranty from walmart

Big disappointment

Ordered online and did not receive items as promised. Fedex only had a shipping label from Walmart with no package. Walmart showed items shipped and collected payment. When I called Walmart customer service they noticed the items were never given to Fedex to send. The customer service agent blamed Fedex, and stated she doesn't have an answer for me as to "why it happened," and had the nerve to say "that's why I never do online shopping." What a way to support her company's mission to be competitive in online shopping. So, she reordered my items and said she cannot guarantee shipment. What a lack of management oversight! Definitely not a reliable place to do online shopping, they will charge you for items that aren't actually sent (but will create a shipping label), and still not guarantee shipment for your order. Poor management, shady business antics, poor customer service, and definitely not competitive compared to other online shopping experiences.

FRAUD

Ordered a wheel barrow through walmart.
Wal-Mart purchased this item through a 3rd party RETAILOR. I never received a WHOLE WHEEL BARREL. Only parts. Minus a tub and HANDLES. I sent this item back intact by way of FEDEX. Wal-Mart refuses to refund the full amount. They kept $40.00 of the original purchase price. (BUYER BEWARE OF "ON ONLINE WALMART." COULD BE A SCAM!)

Walmart hides product reviews. Everytime I look at a product online at Walmart there are less and less reviews and even if it says there are 20 reviews Walmart on the old will show you about 5 of them. I'm sure they think we don't notice this I don't know how they think they're ever going to beat Amazon without showing us product reviews. If the product is bad it's bad stop hiding bad reviews.

Item stuck in processing

Ordered a gaming PC online the day before Thanksgiving. Was supposed to be delivered Dec 1. Never got a shipping confirmation or an email stating there would be a delay. Contacted customer service Dec 1 to see if the item had shipped. Was told by the CS rep that it would be delivered THAT DAY. Surprise - no delivery. Contacted CS again the next day. Different and honest CS rep told me the order was "stuck in processing" and the only way to fix it was to cancel the order (?) and reorder the item. Of course, it is now out of stock. Oh yeah, and if it does come back in stock I will have to pay the higher price and hope that they will make an adjustment to the Black Friday price. Right. Never again, Walmart.

I brought a item far Walmart.com, I didn't receive on the day it was supposed to be arrive. I called Walmart.com service team. They answer to this issue is for me to wait, it will arrive someday. So I call the Fedex to find out that they have not receive my item fromWalmart.com.

walmart.com uses alot of false advertisement saying clothing items are "unavailable", which is nothing but lies and b. S., items never sold out and doesn't have any reviews. Clothes sold on Wal-Mart.com don't sell out at all. Warehouse just destroying items because nobody buying it.

On the front page of the ad Walmart puts the best deals! I have not done Black Friday in years because of the violence and rudeness of greedy people. So I decided I would give Walmart a chance on their online service! I understand that you might have technical issues but I'm not understanding that you have been out of stock on the 1 item I was going to purchase and it was on the front cover of the Black Friday Ad! It was never in stock because I have looking at 40 and 43 inch TVs! I really believe this is false advertisement! Just wondering why that was on the front page and not even on the web page did it say this was out of stock. I thought it was because it was going to be available. I like how we got to sign if we are doing false reviews but you are not responsible for false advertisement.

I bought a Modem/Router from Walmart online. When it arrived it did not work. We returned it but cannot get our money back or even a return acknowledgement. I have sent several request but can't get help. I guess I'll go next to my credit card company and call the transaction a fraud! Don't shop here for electronics!

Bought four tires from Walmart.com about three years ago. I was told to go to a specific store to pick them up. I got there, they told me it appeared someone stole them. I asked for a suitable replacement, they laughed at me. I demanded a refund, and some code they used shorted me 19 cents. You can't make that up. Yesterday, two days after a slow cooker was promised, I began an online chat. The first guy told me it was coming tomorrow. Twenty minutes later, he came back, after numerous "I feel your pain" submissions, and told me they lost it. I called them, out for lying, and asked what they planned to do. Another 20 minutes later, they gave me $20. Two Walmart.com transactions, two disasters.

I ordered a large pureology shampoo and conditioner. I received a small empty envelope that there was no way whatsoever my items would fit in to! After complaining to the shipper and Walmart and the seller. I have nothing and no recourse.

Shopping at Walmart leaves me to wonder how they got so big. The grocery end doesn't resemble any from years past with out of stocks, rude employees and nobody in charge. I couldn't tell anyone that I've ever seen the manager and the supervisors need training on greeting their customers. I could go on forever. I say this from 30 years of grocery experience.
